This is regarding my Waybill No : [protected]. the product has not been delivered with a comment "Consignee'S Address Unlocatable/Landmark Needed". I mean are you guys really serious. The address has every important details including landmark and every other courier in the country delivers it without any hassle every single day in this society. Why is blue dart guys always struggle. The tracker tool suggest that delivery was tried again but could not deliver and the message was "Prohibited Area-Entry Restricted For Delivery". Can somebody call me and explain this. Every society has restricted entry and every house has a door for restricted entry. this is not some military area where civilians are restricted. This clearly suggests that the delivery boy has not at all attempted to deliver the product and they had simply put some absurd reason for not delivering. This is not the first time. In couple of more previous cases exact similar message has mentioned for not delivering a packet to a location where every other company delivers.

This is to inform you that my blue dart curior with awb no.[protected] has not been delivered.

This is the 2nd time the bank has sent me the credit card as when it was sent earlier with awb no [protected] the blue dart without making any effort to deliver it returned back to bank. Kindly get it delivered at my door.

Sub: misbehave of delivery boy

Sir,
I wish to draw your kind considration by the following few lines.
I am a regular recipient of blue dart, there was courier by axis bank credit card through your company dated on 26 dec 2016. The delivery boy try to contact me on the same day at 1316 hours and that time i was unable to receive his call because i was on the bike, but after when i check my phone and found a missed call then call him back, the wording of delivery boy was, he is not my servant and i am not a person who paid him salary for his work, and also said to talk to senior officer of the compony, and i can't do anything on him.
So his behavior was too rude and i am undelivered by my product and also not attend of mine to the vaishali office.
I hope you will be able to resolve this problem and provide better training to all of your staff for better future performance.

I got the massage in my mobile at 3:08pm today and courier is not deliverd yet
I"ll go to blue dart office two times in a day at 4 pm and 6:30pm but they giving answer to me that courier boy has gone but till 8:30pm a'm not received my amezon parcel yet. My i'd is [protected]

I was issued my credit card from icici bank which was to be delivered through Blue dart. After waiting for a few days, I called at blue dart office, requested to send me my card asap. But no response. rather I was told that their executive attempted to deliver but couldn't locate my house. I wonder at least he could have called me if he was not able to find my location. Again I called them to deliver and requested that the executive call me when coming. But again he didn't make any call nor deliver it. I am sure they didn't even make any attempt. eventually I had to go to their office to collect it.
Another disappointment, when my credit card statement was to be delivered on time, I waited for so many days. Later I get a message saying it has been delivered to Mr Anshul...Now who is this anshul I don't know. Can't they even call and confirm if it has been delivered to right person. I am extremely frustrated with your services.
Apart from this I have tried many times calling office but no ones takes calls also. It feels like they just don't bother about customers at all.

My courier is arrive last 5-7 days ago at Jaipur Blue Dart Office, Jaipur, and courier expected delhivery date is 25/12/2016. but not delhivered on my address. Why???????????????
I will call at office No.[protected] on 20/12/2016 and answered we will delhivered tomarrow at your address.

My order from paytm shipping to be done at my address which I provided on site.It came for delivery on 24/12/16 as I was tracking on your website, but in the evening status was updated that prohibited area restricted entry for delivery, but nothing like that with the address I provided.
And also I was not contacted on my mobile at the time of delivery.
So your delivery boy didn't try to delivered he updated a false status.

Shipment NUMBER [protected] was received on 21 Dec 2016 at Hadapsur Centre. Delivery was not attempted because the address Col RN Verma was 'assumed' to be in a restricted military area. However no attempt was made by the Hadapsur Centre to either speak to me or attempt delivery. on repeated requests to the toll free number assurances of delivery were made for yesterday and again today. Despite five requests made today delivery was not done.The delayed delivery of the said shipment is causing me not just financial loss but also mental harassment in addition to waste of time while waiting for delivery at home.

Hello sir My consignment no. [protected] is delayed. This is the second time i am facing this problem. My shipment is hold in yamunanagar from last two days. What is the reason behind this. I have contacted the bluedart person in yamunanagar but still i did not recieve my consignment. Please resolve this matter immediately.

I sent following mail to Blue Dart customer care.

HI,

AWB No. : [protected].

Thru online (Blue Dart Website), Before delivering this assignment I requested to contact me @[protected] as this delivery has to be given only to my hand. I am not available @my house address during office hours.

First, at 11:23A.M 23rd.Dec2016, I received a mail from [protected]@bluedart.com stating consignment not reached Kolkata (despatched from Delhi on 22nd.Dec2016). But within 2-3hour blue dart delivery person, without calling me, went to my home to deliver this. I was not there at home.

Blue dart has well defined system for tracking etc but Blue dart didn't listen to the customer what requested for thru online tracking system.

Before delivering, no one called me.
Moreover delivery person should rang the calling bell of my house couple of times & wait someone to come from inside the house. Without doing this he just quietly wrote "Miss you" slip & pushed off hurriedly. Why so hurry?

IS BLUE DART HURRY NOT TO DELIVER THE CONSIGNMENT RATHER TO RETURN IT.

This is not the first time it happened.

Please ensure Kolkata-Jadavpur office's delivery person to call me tomorrow(24th.Dec) for timing of my availability @my home and deliver it tomorrow.

Otherwise, if not delivered it properly to me, I am compelled to escalate it to higher authority.

Very irresponsible of the courier team, last time i ordered a package, it was delivered without any problem by blue dart but this time the status is "consignee's address unlocatable/landmark needed" and the worst part is i was waiting for them all day at home and i did'nt even received a call to clarify my location.

Hi my name is Deepmala Roy and i have a confidential parcel with Blue dart, with tracking no [protected], The guy came at morning 10.00 AM and went back after that i have been trying to reach them through email and only once i got a response but parcel till not received . Then somehow i got to speak to customer service i told them that my shift starts after 6.00 PM so please deliver at 6.00 PM he said yes but didn't turn up . i thought i will go and pick up the parcel from the office and the phone no i got is [protected], somebody every time picking up the call and disconnecting . This is really frustrating because i needed that parcel in urgency .

I really don't know if Blue dart is so effective to solve problems at one go if yes then please ask someone to call me and deliver it to me at the earliest .

I send a parcel through blue dart. It was just 10 Km from blue dart office.i gve them correct postal address and gave my number to contact. They didnt contact me for last 3 Days until i contact them.today is the second day i contact them. They still not delivered the parcel. Now i want to cancel my order and want my payment back. My Courier ( [protected]) is lying undelivered in the Blue Dart office at GMS Road, Dehradun for the last 3 days. It shows the same status when checked online. No one picks up the phone when you call. My house is barely 4 km away and still this unprofessional & lackadaisical response. You are charging for these services, so you better deliver. Please have my courier delivered immediately.

I want to told u blue dart delvry man is very irresponsible. My item was showing undeliverd because addreess prbm. But already i got many item at this address. Main matter is he did not try to contact me on my mob why? Worst customer care... They do not provide proper information.

They claim that they deliver all over world and they can not deliver in talwade it park where 3 big companies are there.

Hell with your service...

I still do not understand the meaning of prohibited area (Eon it park)... Is it pok where terrorist will kill your staff?
