Hi team,

I applied for credit card from icici bank approx a month ago. It was expected to be delivered at my doorstep by 15th of december 2016 but already it has been delayed and negative information gets updated everytime on the portal of the website. The information on the website says that the “delivery attempted-premises closed” but i was available all day long at my address. So here, the wrong information has been updated by the courier delivery representative and there was no attempt made for the delivery.

Today i was waiting again at my home address but the courier partner came to my office address but the current location for me has been changed due to internal business requirement of my company and i asked the guy to wait there itself so that i can reach at that address to take my card. I started to run from my current office to the office where your courier delivery partner was waiting but he left from the address after promising that he will wait. Then he asked me to come at his place randomly, i even went there but after reaching there he asked for rs.100/- inr as a bribe before handing over the credit card to me. I denied this concern and then he switched off his phone straightaway. Now tell me what is happening and provide proper justification otherwise i will escalate this issue to even higher authority in this courier sector.
I went 25 kms running with my car to get my card but he switched off his phone just because i denied his offer of bribe of rs.100/-. I still don’t have my card in hand and it has been delayed by 10 days because of this guy. This is seriously pathetic. Provide justification.

    Delivery boy did not visit the (Delivery location) and said address to be incorrect in the statues. Its very disappointed to learn such thing, as there is very important document you people dealing with? You should personally take care to avoid the failure of the delivery. Its second time i'm having such kind of experience by blue dart express.
    Delivery boys are having very bad approach toward delivery important document. The issue came in my notice just because i do have certain access to electronic and media platform but the people who are not educated or never used internet service will be always failure and stucked because of your irresponsible work attitude.

      The worst service i ever experienced. I will never do any dealings with blue dart and will suggest to my friends also.

      I was in my office, the quire person was at my home, i asked him to come office but he said no which is acceptable.

      I asked him to wait for 5 minute he said ok, i drove my bike faster by taking risk and reached home within 5 minutes he was not there.

      Instead of making my self-coming like that he could have simply said “no”.

      I tried to reach the same number i received but i cannot, within 10 minute i revised below massage from you guys.
      “waybill# [protected] is undelivered for address related issues. Please contact hdfc for redelivery, else it will be returned to bank within 7 days.”

        I am not getting anyone on line when dialling the number you had sent - [protected]. Tried a number of times - it is getting cut at the stage when it is supposed to transfer me to the customer care executive. It nees a check up.

        Now please inform us the delivery time of the packet having docket no — [protected], dated 16/12/16, sent from salem to us at sail, mti, doranda, ranchi-834002, which is not yet delivered. No news from anyone in spite of me giving my contact no.

          Dear Sir
          I send a urgent consignment on 29.11.16 by Blue Dart Express Limited from Kolkata to Hyderabad (Docket No -[protected] ) but it was return back to me because there was non written of consignee's phone no on the parcel .I called the blue dart customer care[protected] but they told me the same version that "there was no phone no written on the packet .I am attaching the packet's photo graph for your ready reference where the sender phone no along with details address was clearly written on that .I also talk to the franchise person Mr S Paul but he wouldn't take any responsibility to resolve this .
          Again on 15.12. 16, I send the same document on same address along with consignee's Phone no by Blue Dart (docket no - [protected] ) from kolkata to Hyderabad .But still today it wasn't delivered due to the same reasons like before, but the tracking result showing it was reached at Hyderabad on 17.12.16 at 08.28 am (document attached ).I talked to the blue dart customer care executive regarding this but this time they are saying three phone no was not-reachable at same time and tracking result showing there was no department name /extension no on that.
          So if this type o[censored]nprofessional delay will happen again and again then how the people like me trust on them by sending there valuable urgent document by courier with bearing extra cost and who will bear the delay huge loss for delay delivery .
          So I request you take this matter seriously and take necessary action against them .

          The same thing happened with me also... They relied on flimsy pleas only. It is the company only giving this type of scope to their delivery boys so it is natural that they will definitely take the benefit out of that.
          Yeasterday, I personally visited Gbl office at Nanakramguda, to enquire & clarify my address the cusstomercare madam noted everything in her note sheet & reassured that, the delivery must be done & the person must call me either of my 2 mob nos. but all in vein. Neither the delivery person bothered to call me nor the cusstomercare neither I got delivery of the postage. Rather found an flimsy comment.

          Solution:
          The delivery persons must call before delivery. The delivery person even if not call, should take photo of the nearest prominent place where from they could not trace.
          Otherwise, the delivery boy will get the scope of not visiting nor calling & make a flimsy comment that, "address is not traceble".

            I am supposed to receive a courier from eBay via Bluedart today[protected]. Bluedart guy called me at 16:52. He promised to deliver at my office reception. But I got a sms stating undelivered due to person not being available.

            When I called him again he told me to go to 8th floor of my office. I did so and till now he has not turned back nor picked my call. When tried him after couple of minutes the mobile got switched off.

            Such a fraud person.

            Do u guys action? I need to call the blue dart call center number for that they are charging re 1 per call. and still not getting connected.

                I found a slip stating delivery miss from bluedart then i went to their baner, pune office and informed them. I asked to deliver my courier to me but they refused. They promised me to deliver on next day but the didn't deliver it. Also, they didn't call when the came to my home, i was just downstairs and i could have collected my courier if they had called me.
                Who is responsible if that shipment will be returned? If they have policy to call then why their delivery guys are not following it?

                1. He was using abusing language to my wife like he was drinks wine
                2. I have wait for him about 2hour at palace as he told me
                3. He was not delivered my shipment at last
                4. He told me that i will not be delivered it. You can do anythung
                5. Please take action to him and cal me back
                The courier booked through Blue Dart is not being delivered and when I called at [protected] they are abusing for no reason as they were not able to trace my item and they were using un-parliamentary words.

                    My awn no. is [protected] and [protected] this is the shipment from Mumbai to Bhopal. on the date of 11/12/2016. On 13/12/2016 shipment will attempted according to the bluedart but not any call made by bluedart on 13/12/2016 . On 15/12/2016 bluedart returned the shipment by awn no. AWB#[protected].
                    Without any information bluedart returned my shipment. How the ridiculous job done by the bluedart and who is responsible for this. Very poor service.

                      It has been long time over expected delivery date but my product which is a Laptop bought from eBay. It is stuck in ccu bda warehouse Kolkata since 8th December 2016 an today is 18th December. eBay commited that the product will be delivered within 72 hours on Monday whereas today is the next Sunday. I have contacted Bluedart is says the product is stuck due to some permit issues but not giving me any surety about the delivery of the product. A screenshot of the blue dart tracks is enclosed but I very much dissatisfied with the service of Blue Dart because it use to be a good courier services. I am still expecting positive updates from Bluedart regarding my parcel, Thank You.

                      By mistake axia bank has given a bit mistaken address to deliver my card... i then contacted blue dart nd told them my correct address

                        This is third time in a row that Blue dart has not delivered courier package.
                        Without attempting to deliver the package, the courier status always says "Consignee not available - Package Undelivered".

                        This is really ridiculous that a company like Blue Dart has such a bad customer service. No Delivery person contacted. This is third time and the reason recorded by Blue Dart is the same.

                        My package order number is : [protected] and I have been tracking since morning today (Dec 12, 2016) and I have been at home all day.

                        I really wish that some action is taken against this courier service.

                          This is regarding the waybill number [protected].
                          The parcel was at the bannerghatta office on 14th december morning.
                          They have not yet delivered the parcel which has important documents which I needed urgently.

                          The address of my place is pretty straightforward.

                          But in the tracking page they have mentioned Landmark needed.
                          I called up the customer care and updated my landmark and also gave my contact number.
                          Next day they have mentioned as Consignee not available.
                          How did they decide that I was not available as I did not receive any call from them.
                          I have seen other complaints about them and looks like they do this to lot of other people.

                            Dear sir/madam,
                            A product purchased from amazon.in (i. e. usha heat convertor fh812t) with way bill number -[protected] handed over to blue dart express on dated 06/12/2016 which reaches courier facility bhiwandi, mh, in @10:27 pm on 07/12/2016, respectively. the expected delivery date given to customer was 15/12/2016. the shipment arrived the destination i. e. bareilly on 12/12/2016 @12:43pm. since now the shipment is on hold status till date and the message send to customer is”delay delivery on customer request “, however such request for delay in delivery has not been demanded by the customer. the team blue dart plays a very careless roll towards the customer by sending wrong updates continuously along with the team blue dart @ local office bareilly as they couldn't attend the call of the customer in fact a call from my number +91-[protected] made on 13/12/2016 @ 17:48 hrs to the regional office customer number i. e.0581-[protected] has been disconnected without any issue.
                            An application mail enclosing the same issue has also been send in previous to bluedart team on dated 13/12/2016 which was attended by vikram k s| executive-national mail centre (nmc) | blue dart express limited.
                            Please consider the environment before printing this e-mail. save paper. p
                            Now, i wants to know where is the shipment and what action is taken by the team blue dart for such careless behaviour towards their customer. such type of response from a reputed company like yours is not expected. so, it is requested you to please look matter into consideration and resolve the same so as the shipment should reach the customer on time, and make sure that such type of wrong updates will not be repeated in future.

                              On 2.2.2016 in infibeam website i had ordered sizmic chocolate (Strawberry flavour of 500 gms) with the order id:19514159. I got a message from infibeam with a tracking id or way bill no. ([protected]) to contact "bluedart" on 5.12.2016. Again on 6th decemeber i got a message it has been delivered through "bluedart" courier. But still now i didnot receive any product as such.

                              I hv already gvn my corewct address and landmark is harimandhir punhabi colony still i hvnt recieved my debit card but i recived the pin through first flight at the same address and also i hvnt received any call on dispatch day

                                I have received message from axis bank that my debit card has been dispatched vide bluedart courier no. [protected] dt. 09.12.2016. But till date i have not received the courier. On tracking the courier online i found that the courier is lyeing at the cheema chownk branch. On enquiring mr. Pardeep the authorised person at the said branch told me that they have no courier service at my place. And thus they will not give me the debit card instead they will send the same to the axis bank branch at mall road from where i can collect. Whereas a week before i have received cheque book from the same bank through your courier service at my address. If i can receive the cheque book at my address than how it is possible that debit card cannot be delivered at my address. This shows some mischievous behaviour on behalf of blue dart courier. I want an explanation to the same. You are requested to look into the matter and ensure that my debit card is sent to my address. Please note that no one can expect such service from courier service of your status. I will really appreciate if you will look into the matter and get debit card delivered at the place it should be delivered.

                                  This is the most worst experience i have faced towards delivery of credit card. Blue dart courrier, employ not do their job seriously they do not call us to make sure that you have a courier and return that courier back.

                                  I need my credit card asap. Without any delay. I have face such type of problem earlier but that time i go his office to pick my courier. What a funny courier company employ they do not do any thing but people go and take their own courier.

                                    Parcel was supposed to reach my office on 14th dec.
                                    This is not the first time blue dart has delayed the delivery, twice in the past have faced same issues with them.
                                    Calling customer care is of no use as they cannot commit a time of delivery even after knowing its been delayed. This customer care lady executive called "sandra" told me that do you want me to commit a wrong time of delivery to you"?? Delivery can happen at any time during working hours.
                                    Which means i will have to cancel my most important business meeting and wait for the parcel as it contains my laptop charger.
                                    This is extremely pathetic, blue dart consider me as your utmost dissatisfied customer.

Handed blue dart local boy but not communicate to me & return my letter today & rudely behave by blue dart local team only for make money not customer service so please review & take the action.

                                        This product is showing held at center. I just wanna know why u guys pick up the courier from the company when u are not able to deliver the courier to that particular area.
                                        I called 3 times customer care no.
                                        1. he gave me wrong pin code n address .
                                        2. time phone disconnect.
