You guys talk about door to door delivery and express and what express you guys talk about i dont understand. Bcoz my credit card has been arrived at your facility hub malakpet and it was out for delivery, i didn't recieve any call nor any message from your delivery boy and you guys updated the checkpoint as address not traceable, how it can be possible i dont understand...

Pathetic service 1 month almost about to complete and these people unable to deliver my package. Even amazon is making fool to people.
Such a response will make me either from market or from other portals.
After calling 10 times in same no. [protected], neha a cse picked up phone from bluedart then hold my call and it would have taken more than 5 minutes to her to respond untill i dropped call.

Blue dart courier service is worst in our city.
They never deliver any product at customer address. They call the customer once and told them to pick your package. Otherwise they return back the package to the company or retailer.
Everytime i am facing difficulties in dealing with them. They are rude. Cancel their licence after enquiry. They dont have potential to handle customer....

I had purchased an article through eBay which was sent through Bluedart bearing consignment number [protected]. It appears that the product has reached darjeeling but it has not been delivered citing insufficient address but the reality is Bluedart, darjeeling never delivers any article at home...
