I had purchased an article through eBay which was sent through Bluedart bearing consignment number [protected]. It appears that the product has reached darjeeling but it has not been delivered citing insufficient address but the reality is Bluedart, darjeeling never delivers any article at home... We have to go there ourselves to collect our items... This is not the first time this is happening, when we go and ask ourselves thet cite lack of manpower but we r paying for the product to be delivered at home... All products and letters get delivered at that address, a prominent landmark has also been cited in the address, but the fact is the staffs of Bluedart, darjeeling are reluctant to deliver the articles at home, please address my complaint

Waybill no : [protected], national highway hub:shipment arrived 11-nov-2016 04:30, its nov 18 today 1700 hrs and yet not delivered. status shows consistently for the whole period : necessary charges pending from consignee. while no one contacted me. i was ready with cash despite demonetization. snapdeal further asked me to keep money in freecharge... am put to lot of inconvenience. tried to contact the address at pinode 110034 which is location...

From5 Nov my courier not getting diverted to me. Everyday giving silly excuses and false commitments no action taken from anyone no follow up no call back.its been 4 days m not going to work just because ur team saying tomorrow will delivery for sure but ur tomorrow has no end. Y is that. My way bill no is [protected]. Just go through this check ur record how many times I called you guys for follow but no one olive listing. Not done . If don't wanna deliver just let me know I'll ask my bank some another alternative solution or courier from another courier company. This very pathetic service u providing to clients making it very inconvenient to them. Just because this i did go to work for 4days sitting at home waiting for delivery wasting my money to calling u guys . Ur local offices are useless they don't answer calls if they answered then put on hold for long wasted my balance like anything on guys. Not good

I'd ordered one product from Amazon...
But it was defective piece ...with the help of return policy...I had given complaint..
I got call on blue dart company, on 16/11/2016... They were saying package will be picked at 4-6 pm in between..
And till today no one came and when I call on same number ... He says wrong number .. I m really surprised...my only request is just shut down your company...and stop fooling your clients...

One item airway bill no.[protected] was to be received at my residential address sriniketan appt flat no f2 bhattacharya para, n/l rath bari, kolkata, west bengal, 700154. On 22.10.2016 through blue dart express ltd and as per tracking record of blue dart express ltd and email from senders it is confirmed that the item has been delivered to me on 22.10.2016 at 10.20hrs. But fact is that till date have not received the item.
It is further surprising to me that as per record of blue dart express ltd that shipment out for delivery from blue dart express ltd’s garia hub at 10.17 hrs on 22.10.2016 and same has been delivered to my address at 10.20 hrs on same date which is practically impossible because the distance between blue dart express ltd’s garia hub to my residence is more than 2km.
Please look into the matter immediately and do some needful

This is to bring under your kind notice that the Bluedart Surface Pick Up services is very bad in my Area. The pick up person named Mahendra is not regular at all. Despiyte registering pick ups and several reminders he never comes to my place . He is so adamant he simply refuses to collect parcels . As a result of this i am facing lots of problems from the buyers side. I have to cancel orders due to this kind o[censored]nacceptable behaviour.
From past 1 Year i am continuosly facing this issue.

Very important shipment was delayed by two days. When asked to customer care they are just giving excuses saying it is already delayed by vendor/it will be delivered in some time and it is subject to delay so it can be delayed. Very ridiculous. The bluedart contact number given is not reachable [protected]- vishnu. There is no trust on this company for shipment as they are not aware or not sure of delivering the shipment.

My blue dart ID : #. [protected]. its delivery day 16/11/2016. its not deliver up to date 17/11/2016. and i received a massage from blue dart Awb#[protected] is undelivered as premise closed, its 100% lie. full day my house open no any even ring my door bell. i request on your call [protected] to deliver the order.
I also track blue dart shipment detail there maintained Wednesday 16 Nov detail of 2:44PM is " Delay delivery on customer request" also 100% lie. i was not request to any your deliver person for any type to do delay.
Please check the matter and conform me.

Dear sir,
My way bill no is [protected]. Somebody called me to collect my document (Called mobile no:[protected]). I told please delivery my address. He said that is not my delivery point. After that status is delivery attempted-premises closed.
My question: if this is not your delivery point why are you take booking. I want proper reply as soon as early as possible.

1. First time i am dealing with blue dart but dhl served me a lot
2. I contacted bluedart at trichur kerala at m. G. Road to dispatch a single document from trichur to banglore
3. The system was not working on 15/11/2016 at 15.40 hours due to some password problems.
4. Customers are dealt with a brand new guy. No supervisor was on seat.
5. The dealings of the guy was nice but he don't have a password to open the system.
6. I waited about forty five (45) minutes, he contacted several personal thank god at last he opened the system and booked my document
7. Why bluedart offered a service on this station without a supervisor.???
8. On 17th at 16.40 pm your staff at bangalore delivered the document
9. The document is delivered not in office (Ok. Office was closed) it was delivered to a security person.
10. Fine delivered to the security person we accept. But it is the duty of the delivery person to contact the receiver and confirm that the document can be delivered over there or not. (Karnataka mobile is printed in airwaybill and on envelop) this is not done
11. Sender and receiver both reported this matter to customer service -[protected].
12. Bluedart is the part of dhl. So the company should keep its standards

13. Why bluedart is not providing a perfect service???

AWB No [protected]. The shipment has reached the destination hub 3-4 days back. I contacted their hub at Sambalpur, Odisha but they refused to deliver the same. Their customer care representative is also of no help.

My name is diksha sharma My awb is [protected] My curior is returned they even dont inform me i called them 3 time tell my extntion n dipartment they tpld me to deliver it within evening but next day when i ask them they tpld me mam "y to hmne vaps bhej diya h" i asked why the even dont explain. This is happen 2nd time within me. Its really worst service ever.

Supposed 2 receive on 15th.it's been 2 days.contacted customer care 3 times.one of the worst services ever.All they do is promise immediate delivery, which never happens.And in the tracking details it's mentioned that the consignee not paid.Without receiving a phone call from the blue dart, how can something like this be assumed.The products has to be sent to kerala before 20th of Nov 2016, which has been delayed due to the unprofessional service of blue dart.

I am enable to receive bank document ref no. [protected] which was send from bank, as my address is correct. I had called today date 16.11.2016 to Blue dart customer care no.[protected] and request him told delivery boy to call me i[censored]nable to find address or give your office address i will collect my document.
Blue dart customer care executive told we cant do this and told that SOP of him very rude language is used.
First time i have seen this type of answering to customer via telephone.

My AWB no is-[protected] was dispatched on 07/11/2016 and today is 16th.till yet I have not received my Courier neither at my home nor on my office address.your executive at Exihibition road, Patna, Bihar have talked like he was giving me threatening that he will not allow the delivery boy to deliver my courier.and also told that what you can do if I will not deliver to your address.I have already told to deliver that parcel to my office address, today whole day I was waiting for that parcel at my office.then finally I reached your office at Patna.and the staff at the counter misbehaved me rudely which i cant explain.
Tomorrow also I will be waiting at my Office but I dont think they will deliver that parcel, because they told that they will return that parcel to Bank.

Sir i have to receive a shipment from axis bank. Which has been delivered as per your message on 08 nov 2016. No [protected]. But till now that has not been recd at my address. I also not received any call regarding that but only received a message on 08 nov 2016 that your shipment has been delivered at your address and recd by sheetla. Hi, I am Vishwanath PM, sales manager from Astellas pharma company, Bangalore. I am the service of medical sales business since from last 8 years.
Head office is in mumbai. I use to get medical inputs & other learnings insights through blue dart service.
My serious complaint is on the delivery boy who is dropping my courier at my home. They are tearing the box & checking the inputs like writing letter pads, pens etc. If they feel the things can be able to steal then taking out from the box. Its happening in every delivery. I hereby furnishing the tracking ID ([protected]) for your reference to check & to rectify the problem in future. With this complaint attaching the snap shots of the teared goods which i recieved from courier boy.

I have an important document whose no is [protected], which was taken for delivery on 15th nov 2016 to my residence address and it was locked. The delivery boy called me and i have asked him to make arrangement to deliver it today at 5 pm. But when i inquired today at 3.00 pm i was told that it is not out for delivery. Kindly arrange the deilvery today as its not possible to come home from office early just to recieve a courier.
