ICICI Bank has sent a cover to me and the Waybill number is [protected]. The cover hasn't been delivered to me despite my phone calls to your customer care numbers. I've called your customer care on 02.11.2016 and twice on 03.11.2016. On the first two phone calls, I was misled by your staff, who intimated that the cover is out for delivery. On my last phone call on 03.11.2016, your customer care executive told me that it could be delivered tomorrow, i.e., 04.11.2016. I request you to either deliver the cover within 11 a.m on 04.11.2016 OR to send it back to ICICI Bank, explaining your inefficiency. Thanks for your excellent support.👌👌👌
