The shipment is not delivered in the proper address. Spoke to customer services 15 to 20 times on [protected], no solution. Spoke to amit, prasant, and many more executive.
Lastly i requested last eve to deliver it to my home address today, but just they said it is going to my office address.
What service is it? Need a solution urgent #[protected]

    I am not sure why status is telling require department name/extension number. I gave my home add so above information is not applicable at all.
    Infect courier guy (blue dart) is not calling and asking about address or any other information if any problem faced by him to check regarding add.
    Worst service from any courier i faced.
    Lazy team from Blue Dart, these guys are not professional at all.

      It's been 2 days my documents which was under priority is still not come, I called your customer care, and they informed me that it was by mistake send to wrong branch by ur staff member, and becoz of that I am suffering, worst service by blue dart, . I also want a refund as ur company clams that shipment is done within 24 hours.

            Tracking number: [protected], the shipment has been delayed a lot, and i have been promised 5 times that it will be delivered the very same day, but this never happened, and the delivery incharge said he will get it delivered on 10th, this promise was made on 9th, on 10th the whole day he did not picked up my phone, i am really upset, i paid 1300 to get it delivered and no one is helping me, every one is just sending emails to each other, but no priority given to any complaint.

              I sent courier to snapdeal at bhivandi my docket no is [protected]. On 24 of oct. Now on portal of blue dart it is showing product is delivered. But at snapdeal is still undelivered for that i require proof of delivary. I hav contactcted blue dat at sangamner in maharashtra he eefuse to give. Aswell i talk with customer care for the same. But not receive any kind of responce. Please resolve the issue and provide me proof of delivary

                  my self suresh.bethampudi employ of relaince info comm pvt ltd from chennai from the past three days i am waiting for my SBI Credit card finally i was call to customer care center then they fixed[protected]:30pm to 10:30pm fine your blue dart person called me and i meet him,
                  i showed all my ID cards like PAN and AADHAR but he is very frustrated and he dint delevered on time but i received pending ammount message from SBI bank how manage it i want explanation about it...

                    I make a amazon order and delivery is through Blue Dart Express.

                    Parcel is shipped from Gurgaon as on 29th Oct 2016 and the same has reached at Narwana Centre (126116) on 1st Nov. 2016

                    But the parcel is not reached at my location i.e. at Ward No. 13, Near Aggarwal Dharamshala, KALAYAT (136117)..

                    And when i talk in Narwana Centre, the concerned person said that delivery will be done in Next week.. He talks rudely ..

                    I m really disappointed with your courier service at this time. This is not the way to deliver the product.

                    It is requested to take proper action in my case.

                          I am from newtown, kolkata, west bengal. Bluedart is giving horrible excuses for not delivering my order, my waybill number is [protected] and as per the website my address needs landmark details, but i have given all possible details (Including landmark) in my address, should i have to provide the continent name as well? Last time also bludart did the same thing and returned my courier to the dispatcher and after that i updated my address with all possible details, still the issue is same. But i can see bluedart courier person everyday at my place. Moreover, if i call in their number, either the call is received but not answered or the call is not even taken. That is an important parcel for me! I need it to be delivered asap.
