      I have booked a consignment which is medicine from Kolkata to Agartala via Surface and after booking this consignment i got confirmation from them that the medicine will deliver at Agartala 13th June 2022, but still my consignment not deliver also they dont have any contact number also. i raise a complaint regarding this matter from their site also but they did not reply me. This is very urgent medicine for patients but this courier have no responsibulity.

                  Dear Sir,

                  I wanted to send my consignment very urgently from Trivandrum, Kerala to Mumbai . My tracking number is [protected]. I had sent the same on 11 June 2022, paying a hefty sum of Rs. 415/- for such a small parcel expecting it to be delivered in next 48 hours. However, the same is shown as lying in Kochi Hub. Please arrange to deliver the same at the earliest. This may be treated as most urgent.

                    On Friday I had courriered my courrier from Mumbai to noida. They told me that it will be delivered on Saturday and if not delivered on Saturday then Sunday. But when I called that person from where I had courriered my courrier he is now saying that we don't do delivery on Sunday. These people they don't even call on the mentioned number to deliver the courrier on that address. They say we don't deliver there or the courrier is just received now. They don't deliver on Sunday but how they receive the courrier on Sunday. I had experienced the bad one with bluedart express. I'll recommend that not to choose bluedart if you want to deliver e courrier as early as possible.

                      The delivery partner called me and said that he will be come at my address to deliver this shipment because the mentioned address is not his serviceable area. He asked me to come on a remote location and take my shipment from there.

                      When I said that you should deliver the mentioned address only on the shipment he refused my request completely and said that your address is incomplete and later updated same on the tracking status also.

                      How can my address be incomplete if it is same as registered with my back and aadhar.

                      This is 2nd time I am facing this issue because of this delivery partner.

                      He just handover all shipments to any random people and never deliver shipments to the final destinations.

                      He does this even with bank related documents.

                                      On 2nd june i have orderd a watch from fastrack.in (prepaid) the estimated delivery date was 6 june 2022 and its 9 june not deliverd yet. And even i cannot connect to blue dart as all the number are invalid.
