You guys used to be one of the fastest delivery logistics, However you are failed to maintain the same in recent times.
I was expecting my package to be delivered today but somehow when I opened the consumer app they marked my shipments as delayed. I'm also hearing about this issue from other customers that they also facing the same issue with their products if it has to be delivered by enroute bhubaneswar, is it common or what ?
I have ordered a product from direct consumers website and I think due to your name they have handed over the shipping responsibility which you guy's are not fulfilling, anyhow I'm going to report samething in their forum also so at least they should use reliable sources to deliver their product from next time onwards.
