I am vishal from hisar haryana. I had a courier from ICICI Bank courier no -AWB [protected] and Dispatch Date is 18 aug 2016. But this courier is not receive till date. And Blue dart Hisar office do not pick any phone call. Please take an action against on blue dart office in hisar. And provide my courier. As soon as give me answer.

I have purchased one product from snap deal and suppose to deliver by you at Roorkee, Uttarakhand. But till today I have not received the product
But unfortunately no body is picking up the phone to response for last three days.
This is managed most unprofessionally at Roorkee.
Kind tell your office staff at Roorkee to at least pick up the phone.

We observed on air your policy is asking 48 hours for transit from kolkata to vadodara, which is not justifying the airfreight rate.

Materila handed over at your person on (as per ypour report) on 23/8/16 8:30pm but you have missed to load on flight of yout=r evn air on that day. for no reason from our side material is unnecessary lying at kolkata till now.
Again for the above subject doc no. your vadodara team is asking for another one day delay for the their local holiday on 25th.
It is very surpricsing on air freight people are asking more than 24 to 30 hrs within india (popular city).
For delay due to this material delivery we will be failing our despatc o[censored]rgent 4 cr business.
This issue also will be informed internally to our logistics for their record in world of schneider

The company delayed the delivery by 2-3 days giving a bogus reason as address was wrong

[protected] but nobody picking the phone even on customer i called[protected] they said there system is not working from 8 days, please help me that courier was important to me

Hi Team,

This has reference to Airway Number [protected]. This is a prepaid courier and supposed to be delivered at home. The courier boy called and asked me to pick-up the courier from a location which is not even the courier office. When I asked to delivery at my home my courier is put on hold. I have raised complaint multiple times on customer care helpline number but in vain

I visited bluedart center at crystal arcade, lodhipara, raipur on 22/8/2016 around 8:00 pm & booked a parcel to delhi with no [protected].

While leaving from the center i left my bag there which had some cash. I was told the center closes at 8:00 pm everynight.

I visited the center today around 12:30 pm & was told by same bluedart personnel that he did not find any bag & that he closed the center around 8:45 pm because 5/6 more customers visited the center.

Request you to please call me & take a look into this matter.

But status updated in blue dart company portal that consignee Shifted From The Given Address, where as I was at office throughout the day also no body called me also. Also this document sent to me earlier but returned mentioning the same C'Nee Shifted From The Given Address.

Please take up with blue dart as I am not able to contact with them via toll free no as well as below mentioned no but no body is reponding. Please take up.

PAN Card expected arrival date is 07/07/2016 whose AWB NO [protected] but due to irresponsible behaviour and unethical response, Bluedart return the documents without any information or any kind of conversation with me instead of delivering.

Hence I am facing problems to re-return my PAN Card from Official .

I ordered 2 products from Homeshop18 via Bluedart which reached the town this Saturday on the 20th. It shows "failed delivery attempt" even though everyone was at home then. It does that every time so sadly we've gotten used to collecting our stuff from the BlueDart office. But today when a person we know went to collect the parcel, he was charged Rs. 250/- extra as delivery charges while no such charges were mentioned before. I've had other delivery services like GoJavas deliver my parcel even 20 kms away from the main city. But Bluedart won't do it. So I selected my friend's address which is right in the middle of the city and still they don't deliver. In addition they ask for extra 250 bucks which isn't even official. Really, really disappointed this time.

I was awaiting the courier comprising of axis bank cheque book thru airway bill no [protected]...no one turned up nor left any message.
I call up the toll free customer care blue dart they have a false update and they are not aware of what action to be further taken.
I do not know whether you r running a courier agency .. please for your further action at the earliest

Hdfc bank has sent my documents to my address but your person is asking me or my family member to come and collect at highway. Proper address is given and after receiving call, tried to guide with proper instructions to reach at home. But he straight away rejected and mentioned that talk to your bank.

Your service very chip you don, t call before coming home and if you come down then you should call me at the time standing home ya msg it this your responsibility to reschedule delivery product but i tried to call so many time in this no .[protected]last five days since 19 august i am calling that no, gultekdi office but you dont respond the call and finally i have to pickup my product

My pan card with bill no. [protected] has not yet been delivered to my address. Expected delivery was by 15th august, 2016. I called up their customer care around 20 times but no one responded. Such a pathetic service they are provided. My salary for 3 months is pending due to the bon availability of my pan card. I am facing dealey service and improper response from your agency located in mhow, my shipment is reached to location on date[protected] but till date[protected] I not received that shipment, I called more then 50 times of your agency's person but still i am not getting any proper response and feedback about my shipment.please do needful.

Wrong amount of rs 2499 collected against actual payment of rs. 2064 by misleading. Order no 25943375 from naptol dilvered on 21s aug 2016. Awb no. [protected]. I have told the courier boy about the actual payment of 2064 but he asked for rs. 2499 and took the acknowledgement wthout mentioning amout. When i cross checked the appliance and bill and agiain confirm the same from naptol and confirm that courie boy has misguided and took extra payment.
