I had purchased 2 live rose plants worth Rs. 1116/- from Ms Shiatoshi, Kolkata . There were delivered to you by 4 pm on 8th August, 2016 and were shipped vide AWB No. [protected]. The plants were sent on a Bharat Darshan from Kolkata to Delhi to Hyderabad to Mumbai to finally Indore where these were lying since 10 am on 12.08.2016. No delivery was attempted yesterday as my Pin code was allegedly incorrect.
Your courier came at 06.05 pm today, i.e. a few minutes ago. The PIN CODE 452018 was mentioned correctly on the package . My mobile number [protected] was also mentioned correctly.
Thus, the sole excuse that you had for your inefficiency is also untenable. I have refused to take delivery as the live rose plants in the package ( alive when picked up by you)are dead by now due to your callousness and inefficiency.
Please now advise me the escalation matrix as I am not satisfied with your
service. I need a compensation of Rs. 1116/-. If I do not hear from you by Tuesday, I will ask my lawyers to send a legal notice followed by a consumer forum case.
