I am experiencing intentional delay in delivery of the consignment whenever a consignment is happened to be delivered by blue dart. They have delivered in my address 10 to15 times earlier, not a single time they had delivered timely either i had to contact by e mail or by phone. They have the two remarks for delay (1). Wrong pin code (2) network delay impact on delivery,
Last time on my complaint one customer executive talked to me, after delivery, that this thing will never happen. And requested me to tell to customer executive that problem is resolved.
This time expected delivery is 28.06.16 but on 29.06.16 you find that there is no sign that it will be delivered on the above two fake ground. I would like to request please try to avoid this type of lame excuse as it does not suit your size of company

    I lalitha peri is having account at axis bank - a s rao nagar, hyd, telangana.I had requested for issue of cheque book with the bank. The axis bank sent a message the cheque book was dispatched by blue dart on 20-6-16. But till now i did not receive the cheque book.

    I request you to please send my cheque book immediatly as my transactions are pending and urgent.

    Please acknowledge on receipt of the mail and respond to [protected] at lease by sms immediatly.

    please once again look into matter and send the axis bank cheque book immediatly.

      On 28/05/2016, hdfc bank, chennai has dispatched important document to my address in dombivli pin code: 421201.

      But neither of the above address had received the document, however it is mentioned in the blue dark tracking portal that the item is delivered 30/05/2016 mentioning name kacnchan. I really dont know who is kacnchan.

      Kindly help me in receiving the document.

        Waybill No : [protected] :Delivery not attemptedon June22rd 2016 and updated in website consignee not available, they have not even contacted on my mobile on this day.

        Second day 23rd June the courier delivery person called me informed vehicle is break down btut updated web site as Consignee'S Address Unlocatable/Landmark Needed, updated the PIN code same day and got assuarance of delivery on next day.

        Nothing happened today also after contacting support they put my call into onhold and did not answer my questions.

        This is the 4th day since this courier arrived in Bangalore.
        Never ever use BluDart they are interested in cheating people rather than deliver it on time.
        Ugliest service I have ever seen from a professional courier company.

          I ordered a DVD from Amazon in Italy. I spent 30 Euros extra to receive the DVD more quickly. The DHL/Blue Dart office in Chitoor--3 hours away from where I live and work--refuses to deliver it to me. They are making me go get it from them even though I paid a significant amount extra on shipping itsel[censored]

          They have called me 2 times to say they would deliver the package part way--to Madanapalle (17 km away) and that I could pick it up there. Then they said they changed their mind.

          Now they are making me pay the bus fare of someone who may deliver it half way.

          DHL/Blue Dart is functioning like an extortionist. They are stealing money at the upper most level of the company and then making the customer pay 2 times for their goods that they already paid for.

            Axis bank ltd. Had couriered through blue dart a consignment to be delivered to me. Blue dart tracking code no [protected]. The consignment has not been delivered. On checking the tracking, i found that blue dart ltd. Had mentioned that the consignment not delivered as landmark required.
            It is strange that even after possessing my mobile number (As i have got a message from blue dart that the delivery would be attempted on... Day) there was no phone call made to me by the blue dart delivery person to ascertain the correct address or landmark.
            This happened earlier also and i had to collect the consignment from axis bank.
            Very unprofessional and poor service.

              Hello, blue dart customer service in kohima, nagaland is pathetic. They never home deliver items and has even stopped messaging us when an item reaches the blue dart office. I do all my shoppings online. On 3rd june 2016 i ordered an item from snapdeal. I got an sms from dm-bludrt that my item was successfully delivered on[protected] to my surprise, when i never got any message from the blue dart office that my item has reached kohima. Snapdeal on the other hand kept updating me about my items tracking. I went to the blue dart office on[protected] and finally got the chance the talk to an employee after crawling through the crowded customers and told them i never received this particular item. This young man rudely told me to bring the tracking details. I had it written with me so i handed him the paper where i had the tracking details noted down. After a few mins of going through the unorganised packeges in the office, he came back telling me the item is not there. I requested them to check it properly, because snapdeal already sent me a message saying my parcel has reached kohima. To my dismay, they flatly told me to write a complaint to the snapdeal. And upon enquiry on why they stop messaging us customers when our parcel reaches the blue dart office, the reply was disappointing, "there is no time to message". When asked why, he replied "so many parcel, too less workers". What i cannot comprehend is that, if they are not able to provide a decent customer service, why are they even operating it? Or, why not increase the workforce? The people behind the counter are always rude.Instead of providing a proper service, they are causing unnecessary mental harassment to the customers.

                World's most worst experience from bluedart courier. Didn't deliver the product on out for delivery date. This is not my first experience. This is the eight time. If you have doubt i will forward my many tracking messages from sms. I will definitely move this case to consumer court. My recent tracking id : [protected] and it's my pan card. What a pity on you. You should resign your job.

                  I am saminathan muniraj, i have got information from hdfc bank that they have sent personal loan foreclosure dd through blue dart couriar...

                  It supposed to reach on 11-jun-2016 and i would close my loan by 12-jun-20-16.
                  Without contacting me chormepet delivery team send back the courier to bank, i got to close my loan by 10-jun otherwise it will be penalty, now its almost 20-jun, i got to pay penalty almost more than rs.5000 to the bank for not paying on time,

                  When i contact consumer care line [protected], i spoke to ms. Arifa of blue dart again they told will contact from the chormpet delivery team,

                  Mr. Kathir from chennai chormpet delivery team contact me and say lie that they have contact me on 13-jun, i have proof that i have got any calls from their phone numbers what he mention is[protected]/183/188, but i have all my 15 days mobile history that i never got call from this numbers.

                  They simply send back to bank and saying lie to me. Why people are prefer blue dart as safe delivery, in this case, its clearly understood blue dart is not good..

                    I am a senior citizen and after retirement, i am staying at Omaxe city, Sonipatt-131001. I am getting number of currier through Blue Dart, but they never to deliver, what they are doing, they will make a phone call and advise the customer to collect from their office as the Omaxe City is not in the deliver zone of the Blue Dartt. I cannot understand that such a reputed currier company outlet are giving such a hopeless reply. When the omaxe city is not in the delivery zone than why they are accepting from the company who are sending the currier to their customer through Blue Dart. The above matter may please be examined seriously.

                      This is regarding bluedart way bill no [protected] the original product I purchase from ebay and as per there policy the product suppose to deliver between 16 to 18 june. Last week I informed that my product will deliver on today and today morning I got sms that it was canceled by me. its totally wrong. already I updated alt contact no so that it should not miss but they didn't take it serious and now blaming me. It contains very urgent product and I was looking for it urgently. Contacted with bluedart customer care and they are doesn't have anything to say.

                      I need strong action against them.

                        Kindly note that my bankers had sent me document which was despatched under airway bill no [protected] and addressed to me:

                        However, to my extreme surprise when I did tracking of said packet / airway bill it states -C'Nee Shifted From The Given Address
                        As the documents are urgent, I request that delivery of same should be done urgently and kindly take up the issue with your Saket Branch for having given a false statement that the Addressee (Ajit Narain) has shifted hence the packet sent by HSBC couldnot be delivered!

                            Most of the online business are delivered via bluedart in kohima Nagaland. Many customers are frustrated with the sevice and the staff. Of 100's of parcels arriving in a day, it's handled by a small office of 4-5 staffs with very poor discharge of service . Deliveries are never made instead we are asked to collect it ourselves which having done are never handed to us on time sometimes we are made to wait even 2 hours(a recent case).Customers are even asked to look for their parcels themselves in the stockpile of hundreds of packages. Many customers have complaint but all in vain. The online business has just started to get popular in the state but if bluedart logistics are to continue this form of poor service then the company is depriving many of the promised previliges as claimed by your company. I request you to see to this issue at the earliest possible time. Thank you

                              I ordered one item from amazon, the seller shipped it through bluedart [courier: blue dart, tracking #: [protected]], it arrived on the friday [07/06/2016]. The delivery person name: murthi hebri contact no: [protected], not delivered the product, by his own assumption. I called him he told will deliver on saturday morning, called again on saturday afternoon, he is telling he is on some other work will deliver on monday.
                              Please look in to this matter. I want the product by saturday that is today evening 4pm.

                                I am sharing the worst service issue of Bluedart which I have not seen in any logistics company, As I applied for SBI credit card which has to be delivered by Bluedart in Jodhpur at my office address/Home address and executive asked to take it in his assigned area/territory. I picked up from there and today again SBI sent me the password and the Courier executive Mr Jasraj said the same statement to collect if from Akhaliya Circle whether the distance between my office location to his location is just 500 meters. If company is not able to deliver any courier then Stop taking responsiblity. Even I will notify the same to SBI also to stop giving business to Bluedart. I will not collect the courier now. if the person cant deliver than its ok.

                                  Due to some reasons i was on leave and could not collect the delivery from office address, hence requested the delivery person to deliver at a different address, since i was going to be on leave for rest of the week, but delivery person did not respond to calls after the first time he called me, updated wrong status in their tracking system hence making it useless, and they did not entertain redirection of address.

                                    Bank had sent a courier with awb[protected] ib 13-june-2016. On 16th june, when status of the courier was checked, it was mentioned that the premises was closed at 13:13pm and could not deliver the courier!!!

                                    Kindly note that i had been at home for the past 2-3days expecting this courier and a lame excuse/reason mentioned by the company gives a bad image. Nobody had called me up checking my presence at my home nor any message being forwarded informing the same. Then on 16th i checked with the courier ph:[protected] and they said that shortly i will receive a call asking the delivery time as i prefer, but nobody called. Today at 11:15pm, i called up again and a madam said that i will receive a call soon asking about the time of availability. But no call so far.

                                    Kindly describe your mode of delivery of a courier and contingency plans in case of non-delivery of the same.
                                    Do you fully trust the courier boy's statement or even the customer who has more concern than the courier boy about the incoming mail/courier??

                                      Blue dart express corior service is very bad because they never found my home address. My home address is ten year old.every letter reached my home but blue dart can not found my home .this is the third time.last day I am waiting my letter and I already talk to the costumer care no.but he not reached my home.
                                      I already give them house no. Gali no. Block no. Near by and pincod also in Delhi my pincod no.is 110092. Please help

                                        The address is in the city limits and hardly 3 kms from their outlet and also clearly mentioned and hence no confusions. The agent has not even made a call in the mobile number mentioned in the consignment even though they are supposed to do so. Last week i had two couriers from the blue dart one for my wife and one for me, but the same happened.
                                        I have enquired to their office @ gandhari amman kovil trivandrum and reply was that it will be delivered to the address the next day.

                                        So disappointed to have such a bad service from one of the reputed courier company
