Hi,
I would like inform you that one of our packages will had been delivered at my address from blue dart courier service. But packet had opened and qty was also missed in my packet. Delivery person said me that you sign on receipt paper without check my packet. And I asked to his contact number but he doesn’t give me contact number and he did unethical behavior with me. Delivery Boy has came from blue dart express ltd golghar Gorakhpur. Below given address for sender and receivers.

    Most of the online business are delivered via bluedart in kohima Nagaland. Many customers are frustrated with the sevice and the staff. Of 100's of parcels arriving in a day, it's handled by a small office of 4-5 staffs with very poor discharge of service . Deliveries are never made instead we are asked to collect it ourselves which having done are never handed to us on time sometimes we are made to wait even 2 hours(a recent case).Customers are even asked to look for their parcels themselves in the stockpile of hundreds of packages. Many customers have complaint but all in vain. The online business has just started to get popular in the state but if bluedart logistics are to continue this form of poor service then the company is depriving many of the promised previliges as claimed by your company. I request you to see to this issue at the earliest possible time. Thank you

      I ordered one item from amazon, the seller shipped it through bluedart [courier: blue dart, tracking #: [protected]], it arrived on the friday [07/06/2016]. The delivery person name: murthi hebri contact no: [protected], not delivered the product, by his own assumption. I called him he told will deliver on saturday morning, called again on saturday afternoon, he is telling he is on some other work will deliver on monday.
      Please look in to this matter. I want the product by saturday that is today evening 4pm.

        I am sharing the worst service issue of Bluedart which I have not seen in any logistics company, As I applied for SBI credit card which has to be delivered by Bluedart in Jodhpur at my office address/Home address and executive asked to take it in his assigned area/territory. I picked up from there and today again SBI sent me the password and the Courier executive Mr Jasraj said the same statement to collect if from Akhaliya Circle whether the distance between my office location to his location is just 500 meters. If company is not able to deliver any courier then Stop taking responsiblity. Even I will notify the same to SBI also to stop giving business to Bluedart. I will not collect the courier now. if the person cant deliver than its ok.

          Due to some reasons i was on leave and could not collect the delivery from office address, hence requested the delivery person to deliver at a different address, since i was going to be on leave for rest of the week, but delivery person did not respond to calls after the first time he called me, updated wrong status in their tracking system hence making it useless, and they did not entertain redirection of address.

            Bank had sent a courier with awb[protected] ib 13-june-2016. On 16th june, when status of the courier was checked, it was mentioned that the premises was closed at 13:13pm and could not deliver the courier!!!

            Kindly note that i had been at home for the past 2-3days expecting this courier and a lame excuse/reason mentioned by the company gives a bad image. Nobody had called me up checking my presence at my home nor any message being forwarded informing the same. Then on 16th i checked with the courier ph:[protected] and they said that shortly i will receive a call asking the delivery time as i prefer, but nobody called. Today at 11:15pm, i called up again and a madam said that i will receive a call soon asking about the time of availability. But no call so far.

            Kindly describe your mode of delivery of a courier and contingency plans in case of non-delivery of the same.
            Do you fully trust the courier boy's statement or even the customer who has more concern than the courier boy about the incoming mail/courier??

                The address is in the city limits and hardly 3 kms from their outlet and also clearly mentioned and hence no confusions. The agent has not even made a call in the mobile number mentioned in the consignment even though they are supposed to do so. Last week i had two couriers from the blue dart one for my wife and one for me, but the same happened.
                I have enquired to their office @ gandhari amman kovil trivandrum and reply was that it will be delivered to the address the next day.

                So disappointed to have such a bad service from one of the reputed courier company

I had to recived the matrial by 15 june 2016, as my material is very important to dispatch to the my esteem customer, but till date my material is not received and my order get canceled due to not receiving the material from you. I have suffer near about 2 l loss. Who will be responsible for this loss. I had received the material delivery before 4 to 5 times on same address.
                  Look into this matter seriously and pay my loss due to your lethargic service. I am going to file a compliant in to the consumer forum.

                    My firm name is s a remedies. I have received message that my firm pan card is dispatched through blue dart express vide pod no [protected] and will be delivered by 17-06-16. Today when i enquire my pan card online it came to my notice that your local courier agency (Blue dart yamuna nagar) has return my firm pan card on 14-06-16 due to incorrect address.

                    Every day from 9:30am to 7:00 pm i always remain in my office and on 14-06-16 i have receive some imp doc through other courier agencies at the same address mentioned at pan card.

                    Soo this is second bad experience when i have not rec my imp doc through such a international and renouned brand and such type of services are not expected from your company

                    Request you to kindly check the same at your end and to deliver my doc on priority basis as the same are required on priority.

                        This shipment had crossed more than 7 days to delieer it to me. It is showing out of delievery everyday and same day returned to the janakpuri branch. Its a important shipment for me.
                        This service was not expected from bluedart.
                        I called the cust care also they used to tell me that they will deleiver it to me in next 2 hours, from last 3 days i was calling to cc.

                          The courier arrived in mumbai hub at 0630. On 13 june
                          I had booked the courier as express, and i find your elite courier service did not move my courier for full 24 hours from mumbai hub from 13 june 0630 to 14 june 0730h
                          My expected delivery date was 13 june. Today is 14 june. And i have seen your elite company with express payment is moving like a spider.
                          Very very sad state of affairs.

                            Standard chartered bank despatched my renewed credit card to my address arakunnam, ernakulam-682313. - awbill no. [protected]

                            On 10.06.2016, i got a call from blue dart, aluva, that they are in receipt of the courier and i had to go and collect from aluva. I requested to deliver it to my address but they informed that they had no service there. I told to atleast deliver to tripunithura, but they informed that they will keep the article for 6 days only.

                            On 11.06.2016, i taken delivery from blue dart, aluva, 36 km from the delivery address. I lost my time in addition to the petrol charges to take the delivery.

                            What the hell you people think of. Because of the goodwill and the corporate orders you think that we common people will collect from any office of yours as it i our requirement.

                            I have already given complaint to standard chartered bank and now i am going to file a case in the consumer forum if you people have not redressed my complaint and compensate for it.

                              It means without visiting to the address you are sending this message means its just like a fraud

                                I had to receive my cheque book and credit card from sbi from gurgaon which is very urgent to me sbi dispached within the time as they committed but their mistake was having contract with a useless courier service bludart. I got a message from bluedart with ref no ev[protected] saying it will be delivered within 5 days. With reference to the tracking number i tracked it on bluedart website it has given the details of my shipment saying it is out for delivery on 11/06/16 from vanasthalipuram branch at 1315 i waited til 5pm and called on their branch landline phone no response and switched off tried alternative number that is also switched off then i called customer care service the executive told it will be delivered by today at 7pm i waited for two hours again i called customer care around 0720pm their reply was same, told delivered by 0730pm i didn't receive neither a phone call nor a message i wasn't able to know the status of my shipment. Again i called customer service the ivr says can't connect today service ends for today will be available on monday. Then i went to the vanasthalipuram branch it is closed. I cameback home and tracked again then i surprised after seeing the status consignee's address unlocatable/landmark needed. It is really foolish i was trying to contact them in all the possible ways can't they call me to know the landmark i wonder its unlocatable its just 8km away from the vanasthalipuram branch. Even pizzas are delivered hot to my location why can't courier service reach. I received so many couriers and packages from other delivery services without hassle. Only blue dart is unable to find my address. I wonder how the employees are committed to their work. There is no dedication and common sense to the vanasthalipuram branch employees or management. What iam worrying is just 3months ago i ordered mi fitband on the official website i found the same status and they sent the product back without contacting me. One month ago i ordered mi ear phones same status i myself went to vanasthalipuram branch and collected my earphones because the delivery boy told "we are unable to come there because we need to deliver only one product to your location it is waste of fuel for us to come there u come n collect your package" wat can we say i collected it. Here i see the same status wat if it goes back to gurgaon. There is no contact to speak to them they don't even try to call the consumer. I faced problems three times with bluedart giving wrong information to consumer and updating wrong status after not even trying to contact. Vanasthalipuram branch is the worst branch in terms of service inefficient employees.

                                  Hi Team,

                                  Your team received my Debit card from bank and your delivery person has denied to deliver the card to my registered address as that was my uncle's house. The problem is that your customer call center and delivery person misbehaved so much with my parents and with me over the phone. I was out of town and was not available and your delivery person has not asked me that in any case the card will be delivered to me only else I would have been available at home. Now I am badly stuck and no help has been provided by Blue dart to me.

                                  I was already frustrated and on top of that your customer care executive and delivery person yelling on me. Worst customer experience I had with any company ever.
                                  Highly disappointed.

                                      I had a courier from my bank (Waybill no.- [protected]) which was to be delivered on 7th June. I received a call from the customer delivery person who asked me for the landmark. I guided him and he said he will deliver it the same day. I called him up on 7th evening as I did not receive the courier and he did not receive my call. I have called him more than 20 times (in 2 days); neither he picked the call, nor called me back. The status of the courier is "Consignee'S Address Unlocatable/Landmark Needed" in the blue dart website. Even after I detailed him about locating the address, if this is the status; why should people send couriers through blue dart. This is not the first time I am facing such an issue with blue dart. More than 80% of the times, I received a courier through bluedart, the courier has been returned stating similar reasons. I fail to understand that why on earth only blue dart guys are having issues in finding my address. I have received couriers from almost all courier companies and none had such issues. With such being the state of service of blue dart, its a pity that most of the banks and companies still use blue dart for their courier services!!! Wake up people, there are much better courier service providers than blue dart in this world!!!

                                      Thank you consumer complaints website, the issue is resolved now. A new courier guy called me up and delivered the courier. I am really grateful to your website as everytime when I registered a complaint with a service issue, I have got it resolved within the next couple of days. I am sure without your help, I would not have received my courier as it would have been sent back with some stupid reason. Thank you once again!! You rock!!!

                                        I wanted my driving license urgently so i got it couriered via 'Blue Dart' on Tuesday[protected].
                                        Today when i tracked my courier and called the customer care department i came to know that it has already been delivered.
                                        However, i didn't receive it and i didn't even get a call regarding my courier.
                                        I am greatly disappointed with the kind of carelessness that the company has shown and i am never going to trust this company as far as my courier is concerned.
                                        All i want for now is my courier to be delivered to me on urgent basis.
