I purchased Redmi note3 on 13th april 2016 in flash sale from mi.com and done online payment of 9, 999.Now its 22nd of april and still my mobile is unknown.
Bluedart courier said that your order is lost somewhere and talk to mi but mi customer service just do vice-versa.I just want my money back nothing else as I am from poor family I need it badly after many months of saving I am able to purchase this phone but this is very unfortunate.Its getting too late please do something.

    The above consignment was booked in delhi on 20.04.2016 with clear understanding that the same will be delivered on 21.04.2016. The said consignment has not been delivered yet i.E. Till 2.00 pm on 22.04.2016. No body from blue dart has bothered to call me although my mobile no has been recorded in the envelope. Request for immediate delivery of the consignment under advice to me in my emailid [protected]@gmail.com and mobile phone. Complain can not be lodged in their website.

      A very important affidavit has parceled through bluedart on April 13, 2016 from saharsa(bihar) to Trivandrum(kerela). Now bluedart employee told that they lost that parcel. It was very important for my service and that is required asap at my working location. It was a government affidavit. Kindly take an appropiate action against it and provide me with the same and compensate.

            Undelivered shipment held at location

            Today blue dart branch office person at siliguri told me that there is no service at bharat nagar, siliguri - 734006. Why? Is it out of siliguri? Or is in forest? If it is so, then why have you taken this important document from nsdl office without checking of your service facility location.

            I am staying at chennai and how my father, age of 75 will collect this courier from their office?

            Please help me for this...

            My courier dispatch 8 aprill 2016 from chennai & courier has been reached 12 april 2016 in bangalore but when i have checked shiiping status, i am surprise, there is menstioned "consignee's address unlocatable/landmark needed" but i have so many document recieved on my address but blue dart corier not found my address. Please help & provide my document urgent basis.

              Dear sir,
              With regret to inform you that i was scheduled to receive an important document vide waybill no : [protected] reference no : 2683 by bluedart. The same has not been received/ delivered till date.

              With pain i am to inform that a complaint was lodged by my husband few days back and also had talked several times to your customer care authorities and as well as with local functionaries of bluedart at dehradun, but all in vain.

              The tracking details incorrectly shows the same as delivered with following details:

              Pickup date: 06 april 2016, from: mumbai to dehradun
              Status shipment delivered, date of delivery: 08 april 2016, time of delivery: 16:41 to recipient named chandra.

              It is worth to mention that there is no person living or residing at the said address with name chandra.
              It is also to mention that the delivery person (Mr. Manoj) whom my husband has also spoken has failed in discharging his duties. Other documents also couriered recently through bluedart were found lying in the premises, it appears he just throws the document (S) as per his whims and fancies, we asked proof of signatures even.In addition, the entire matter was also brought to notice of mr. Pradeep of dehradun office but it is falling on deaf ears.

              The document if with wrong hands may also lead to its unintended and mischievous use. Only god knows the fate of document. No action till date, every time it is informed that operational team is looking into.

              It is requested that needful action may be undertaken immediately to arrange the delivery of said document on priority.
              No emails are provided to correspond.. Pity

                Sir,
                A parcel containing some important material/docs was dispatched from hyderabad to sgr under no [protected].It has already reached srinagar office a couple of days back but due to strike in city was not delivered to us. But today on monday we called the local blue-dart office to enquire abt the parcel and came to know that it has been given for delivery to some boy namely rayees. We also were given his mob number.
                We called him after due intervals and he continued to assure us that he will deliver it with an hour. As the parcel contained some imp docs which were urgently needed at our end so we again and again called the said person and he kept saying that he will deliver it before 3pm. But immediately thereafter he switched off his mob and did not turned up.So we could not submit the docs at desired office and lost a business of about rs 4 lakhs.
                One the one side it is the irresponsible behavior of blurdart delivery boy who deceived us by making false promises and on the other hand is an example of poor service of bluedart.
                So as we have enough evidence that the parcel was meant for delivery toady but was not delivered due to irresponsible behavior of delivery boy & the co, so besides filing this complaint we are at liberty to sue the co under consumers protection act and claim the damages we have suffered.

                  My shipment is out for delivery from the past 25 days howeer i have not received it yet. I have been getting different excuses as consignee not available, address out of area, etc. I have not received a single call from blue dart yet. I have received almost 8 waybill numbers. And have also called blue dart for almost 7 times. However everytime i was promised that i will receive a call from the driver. I even spoke to the manager however still of no use. Now i am done with following up. I wanted to pick up the shipment. I called blue dart again today and spoke to lionel who was a bit rude and he advised that the blue dart won't call prior delivery in case if the shipment is from a bank. He also stated that blue dart needs an approval email from the concerned bank so that you pick up the item from the office location. I have applied for two new bank accounts and hence i do not have the details so that i can provide it to the bank so that they can track it from their side as all the required details are in the shipments. I usually do a night shift and cannot receive the shipment at my office address in the day time. Overall an extremely pathetic service from blue dart. I will try to escalate it to the highest level possible. I was very patient this long however cannot be more. I am left with nothing to do between the bank and the courier service. Atleast let me pick up my shipments myself. I will provide whatever proof required to confirm my identity.

                    We have a shipment from pan card department it was a very urgent delivery, though after confirming our shipment your local customer care executive has told us that it will received on 09/02/2016 by my husband. I said to husband but husband denied for the same. I meet with husband your local franchise office & he said that your shipment has been delivered. Then i said him "please show my husband sign" but this request has ignore from your franchise person & misbehave to me .Still now we have not received our shipment.

                      Inspite of multiple reminder calls, i did not receive my parcel from bank even though i requested multiple times that i required the card on urgent basis.
                      They say that they attempted the delivery, but i never received any call/ sorry note from blue dart intimating that the delivery attempt has failed. And now the parcel is returned back to the bank. I have lost 15 days in this procedure.

                            I was promised to received the consignment from blue dart as on the 15th of April-2016 between 14:00-16:00 hours.The same was supposed to have been delivered to Wipro Sarjapura Campus.
                            The Way Bill Number has been -AWB[protected].

                            The courier person was called several times on his contact number which is [protected], however there was not response from the same person.

                            Please look into the matter and keep me informed with sms on my mobile number which is [protected] so that I am there in the office and keep myself free during the delivered time.

                                It is very often observed that your courier staff do not delivery any document/ parcels arrived; at our location. We have to personally collect it from their office.
                                Alternately it is mentioned as "address not found/ incomplete address/ landmark required".
                                We are location in the heart of the city and on the very prominent government offices area.
                                Secondly, we are receiving parcels & couriers from other courier partner like gati, dtdc, dhl etc.
                                I would like to know as to why bluedart, a very renowned company is inefficient in making deliveries.
                                Kindly make an thorough enquiry at your location at alibag, rist. Raigad, maharashtra state.
                                Awaiting a positive outcome.

                                  Ordered the item on 6th april 2016.

                                  Items is delayed at airport from last 5 days. They are not providing satisfactory answers. And other items from mi and also through fedex, booked on same date was delivered in less than 28 hrs.

                                  After multiple calls to their service center, they are just providing answer that they are looking into the matter. Please wait for some time.

                                  Not only this, twice i ordered a cheque book from icici bank. It was dispatched through bluedart, without contacting me for delivery or even trying to reach my address, they marked the status as delivered. When i contacted they said, if they hadn't done this then this item would have been returned to originating address. What a policy ????

                                    The above consignment was not delivered till 12 th April 16 despite it was received at Yeswanthpur office of Blue Dart on 9th April 2016 from Chennai despatched on 8th April 16 citing false reasons such as "consignee not available" on 11th and "consignee out of stattion". Both reasons are utterly false and malicious. I the consignee and my wife both were in our house only on 11th and 12th April throughout 24/7. Then how the delivery boy can give such false and misleading remarks consecutively for 2 days. There is some limit for patience.

                                    The reputation of Blue Dart has gone for a toss.

                                      This is about Blue Dart courier service in Hinjevadi, Pune, Maharastra.
                                      One of my courier has been dispatched twice from Noida, which is very very Important document for me and it's required to reach me on time.

                                      When first time Shipment reached to Pune, Blue Dart contacted me only a single time and they updated the status of shipment in there tracker as "Consignee Not Available " for 7 days. Though they never contacted me via mail or on my mobile on any other day. Then after they again delivered to Origin (Noida). This was completely not acceptable.

                                      I again requested Noida person to deliver it. This time I got a call from the first day (6 may) from Blue Dart person. As I was not available at the place, I gave him another time slot and told him to contact him.But He never contacted me again.Though I called that person 12-15 times about my presence. But he has not delivered my courier yet.

                                      Please refer the attached screenshots.The behavior and service is not reliable and trustworthy at all. It seems that they don't care about their customer.Please solve my issue because I have been stuck and frustrated from this people.
