I have placed an order on phable on 2may 2022 but till now I did not receive my product.when i track my order it shows pending pickup from last 2weeks .My order I'd is 3276084.

    This company is full of fraud and I am ready to file an official complaint to drag them down and hope they shut down, Their customer care number never connects. All over locations their ratings is always below average.

    On the incident: On 13th May my parcel was supposed to be delivered, for which I got a message. Yet the agent did not contact me till 7PM and he just asked an address he can deliver my package at that moment. I told him my home address and he said he will deliver by 9PM.
    This all is shady and unsafe already.

    Then they never called but the package status went to delivered.
    Next morning, 14th May I called the agent but he rudely said to come and collect it from the office else someone going my route will be handed the package and I may get it by 7pm. At this point it was unbearably rude and unprofessional. I went to complain but their customer care numbers were not connecting. At last I filed email complaint.
    Still nothing. The agent never called. The customer care have not approached.

      I have ordered a Samsung mobile phone from Samsung website with order number [protected] on May 3rd, 2022.

      Samsung has dispatched the order on 3rd May, 2022 with blue dart with waybill number [protected].

      It was constantly updated with wrong tracking status for delayed service. For instance, my delivery pinched is 742101 but they updated in tracking status that due wrong pincode, shipment connected further.

      Eventually on 13th of May after 10 days delivery boy reached my premises.Normally it takes 2-4 days from anywhere in India and this was apparently sent from Mahestala Kolkata which has 2 days delivery time normally.

      Now while purchasing the mobile under exchange, Samsung has directed (I have email) to download cashify application and run the application to generate the mobile health/condition report in querty code or passcode format. This query code for the phone to be exchanged, was supposed to be shared with the delivery agent.

      This delivery agent did not listen to me and was not interested to look over the querty/pass-code. He started looking over the phone in unprofessional manner which might cause damage to the phone. He told that he cannot deliver the phone when I tried to clarify about the query code.

      Then he returned without delivering the phone and updated in tracking status that I have refused to accept the phone. Eventually the phone was sent back to shipper.

      I have called the blue dart customer care centre multiple times without any proper resolution. This phone cost 12609. I want a equal compensation for this harassment from blue dart.

      Blue dart Berhampore centre unprofessional behaviour and false update of status should get addressed by the Bluedart India management.

      I have the video where the delivery agent is saying that he won't deliver me the product. I have uploaded the video but cannot see it in attachment here. Please let me know if you have received it or else I can send it out at any needed platform or email.

        I am continuously reaching out to bluedart team for my shipment from past one week but my order is not getting delivered everytime they say it is wrong pincode, and when I contact them they say it is correct and we will deliver it . I am so much frustrated with there service .

          My 2 cards, one from S(shipment number 394******10) and one another card and one AC from Croma shipment number 508*******3, have been returned without even trying to deliver. The shipments were well on time but as soon as they reach mohali hub of bluedart, they stay there for 4-5 days and then they send it back by saying shipment undelivered due to address issues. I live in a famous society and i have been receiving all my other orders easily. 3 days ago even some delivery guy from bluedart called about the delivery of AC and asked me about the address i told him exactly and asked him about the cards, he said that there is some problem of staff here. And now even after knowing the address, my ac is also undelivered. I am going to consumer court if i don't receive my shipments.

            They delivered to Anshu who is unknown to me and even then did not call me single time.

            It was a mental harassment for me because it’s credit card and worried about misusing it.

                My prepaid order is not being delivered for 3 days. It was supposed to be delivered on 9th May 2022. I got the error message that the address is not locatable/landmark missing. My parents called customer care thrice, provided full details, and were reassured that the item would be delivered. However, we got the same error the next day. After calling again, the customer care agent said that the phone number was missing which is completely untrue. It is extremely urgent for me to receive the item.

                  The product status is showing as delivered on Apr 25 but still I didn't receive it. I reached bluedart customer care twice but no use. The simply said that I would get the product within 24 hrs from when I called but it is gone more than a week.

                  Can you please check the same and do the needful ASAP?

                    Scam by Blue Dart

                    I had order an item from Belora Cosmetics on 1st May 2022. It was a prepaid order.

                    The company sent the order through Blue Dart Waybill # [protected].

                    According to Blue Dart's tracking website, the item was picked up on 2nd May and delivered on 12th May. However, the TRUTH is that THE ITEM WAS NOT DELIVERED AT ALL.

                    I called Blue Dart customer service and they told me that the item was delivered...

                    He came to my visiting place and after then he enquiring for the place where the addres mentioned.
                    That was his responsibility to find the address .I am not at home so I told to my neighbour to collect the courier he neglected and updated this false update

                      I received the message from bluedart regarding my shipment to be delivered on 9th of may however now when i try to track my package different error messages are being displayed and it has been days and the courier hasn’t made any calls or conveyed any information. I also tried reaching them through mails and calls but no response.

                          My last order of one plus 8T which was sent through blue dart to be received by my wife in Bangalore palace road Ambedkar Veedi 560001. Delivery guy made false excuse of wrong pincode and after asking for explanation of late delivery he abused me and I have proof of all conversation with him. I have also complaint through calling customer care of blue dart but no response. I hope some action will be taken in this regard and inform me about the status of my complaint otherwise I will have to file complaint in consumer court also of wasting important resource of customer such as time and also harassing the customer through irresponsible act and words.

                            There is just signle number for customer care and to complain and for inquiry also and interesting thing is that, that one and only number answer that "the line is busy " and suddenly call disconnect.this is the service of the reputed company.one more thing is that there is no other way to reach them or contact them.my courier with bank cheque was sended by party, but i didn't received the courier and company tracking id shows you got the courier by the time and here no clue of get the courier, what should i do, no paths.

                              My courier is not delivered to me on time. Iam getting a notification like Resident closed/incorrect address.                                   I hv orderd a mobile plus 2 other items from OnePlus website of high value on 5th May 2022 Delivery was expected on 8th may. Didn't get so i hv complaint on OnePlus. OnePlus executive told me that they can't do anything and i myself have to contact bluedart courier partner ( visit blue dart office). I have complaint to bluedart they replied that the parcel has lost and they are finding please cooperate. How can i cooperate I hv paid through credit card. Statement is about to be generated in 2-3 days. I don't want that cancel and request to cancel the order still nobody is cooperating. Please help

                                    I've ordered Oneplus Tv from the website and their delivery partners are these bluedart express, i don't know what so express with this company, my actual shipment date was 7th of may 2022, it got delayed and today i got a message from them that it is out to be delivered but not only they didn't delivered the product upon that their is no customer support ant their customer care number isn't working nor did they provided me with any delivery agent number, there is absolutely no way to communicate with thia pathetic company. I l've already complained thia to Oneplus people.
