there was no agent who called for delivery neither did anyone attempt the delivery and have marked as I was not available at the delivery point.

      I purchased Oppo a16k on 26th april. Eta is 29th april. Bluedart is the package handler. The shipment has reached nagpur, and is out for delivery on 29th april, which is my city where i live. I wanted to know the delivery contact details of the courier or details of bluedart delivery boy so that i can either gather the package or can have the information of delivery in advance.

      I couldn't receive both, i was expecting a call from the bluedart delivery team so that they can locate me well, in case they have difficulty to reach out to me. That's why phone number is provided, right? Without a call bluedart team straightaway marked my address as incomplete, and to mention i didn't get a single response from bluedart on this. And oneplus support team is silent on this. Calls are also getting unnoticed.

      Now i am getting an error status that consignee's address is incorrect or incomplete. And have seen people hardly get resolution to this issue, what shall i do?

This Shipment has Arrived at your Chowki Chauraha Bareilly UP Branch but on behalf of your branch wrongly reported in it that the address was not found, Even my Address is Listed on Google Map. Your Branch's Contact number [protected] has been continuously contacted but no response, I Many Many Time Contact with your Toll Free but no response.             My AWB is [protected]. Shipment arrived in my city 3 days ago, but delivery not yet done. Neither any delivery agent called me. They FAKE UPDATED status to Consignee address incorrect.

              I was about to receive my order from Blue Dart on 27 April 2022. My shipment with AWB no [protected] was Out for Delivery but it hasn’t reached yet. Again I have rescheduled delivery attempt on 28 April 2022. Moreover I didn’t receive a call from any delivery person and now it’s already showing that Consignee’s Not Available. I want my delivery at earliest . Delivery agent refused deliver my order . Very worst service. why blue dart is keeping this kind of employees to serve publics

                I purchased a epson l805 from epson website on april 20 .now it is 27 april. Bluedart is the package handler. The shipment has reached sambalpur, and is out for delivery on 26th april, which is my city where i live. I wanted to know the delivery contact details of the courier or details of bluedart delivery boy so that i can either gather the package or can have the information of delivery in advance.

                I couldn't receive both, i was expecting a call from the bluedart delivery team so that they can locate me well, in case they have difficulty to reach out to me. That's why phone number is provided, right? Without a call bluedart team straightaway marked my address as incomplete, and to mention i didn't get a single response from bluedart on this. And epson support team is silent on this. Calls are also getting unnoticed.

                I made a tweet, wrote messages to bluedart on twitter handles, wrote mail and did a lot of efforts, all in vain.

                Now i am getting an error status that consignee's address is incorrect or incomplete. And have seen people hardly get resolution to this issue, what shall i do?

                  I was about to receive my order from Blue Dart on 26 April 2022. My shipment with AWB no [protected] was Out for Delivery but it hasn’t reached yet.                     Due to sone reason the call was missed by me to pickup ., when I call to delivery boy, he said I am far away to your area now now, than I said please delivered the product tomorrow than he said please come to Mohan Vidya school and pick ur parcel, he refuses to come in my home. Than I said there was no body in my home who came and pickup the parcel, I am 9th month pregnant lady …he was so rude, my blue dart way bill no.was[protected]. and delivery boy no was [protected]…

                      Most waste delivery system award goes to blue dart express service. in this service we need to beg the blue dart people to delivery the product in onetime or more than delivery date also.

                        My delivery status shows prohibited area restricted for entry when it is not.

                        No phone call to update me, customer care is an IVR with no humans and it's a chargeable number. I think, this is the new business model of bluedart. Charge customers to reach IVR.

                        Terrible service.

                              EPSON Order #[protected] AWB #[protected]
                              I received a message FROM Blue Dart on Thursday, 14 April 2022 at 12.26pm informing me of the promised delivery of my Epson order.
                              On 19 April, 1.24pm, Op. Executive Mr. Emmanuel emailed me claiming that I am not answering my calls. I don't have any record of missed calls. Can he prove it? Also I am residing at the given address for several decades and I keep receiving courier and postal parcels. I replied to Mr. Emmanuel at 2.53pm, same day. After that I saw 2 emails between Mr. Emmanuel and his staff, but it's been 5 days and I am afraid these irresponsible öfficers" have returned my parcel.
                              Request action against these degenerates and keep me in the loop so I can approach the North Goa Consumer Forum.

                                        Hi,

                                        I was suppose to receive my delivery today, but bluedart delivery guy delivered to product to wrong person and I got a message saying that product is delivered to some unknown name.
                                        When I reached them they are asking me whther I have any relation with that person, instead of giving me a hope that I will receive my product. And how can they deliver the product to some unknown guy than the concern person.
