I have paid Rs 6900 to Xiaomi India through credit card for the Redmi 2 prime smartphone on 29 December 2015. The product has shipped on 29 Dec 2015 to Bluedart Express and the last update has been made on 2 january 2016 that the product is missing at patna. And I haven't got any update till date. The product has to be delivered at Motihari, Bihar-845401 on expected delivery date 04 january 2016 but there in not any update at tracking site. My waybill no is [protected] and the order no. of Xiaomi India is [protected]. I have also attached the tracking status of Bluedart Express.

My courier waybill no is [protected] And i have given full address even other courier service deliver my courier properly without any problem but from blue dart local service is given foolish reasons for delivery Even they have to contact on my cellphone as i given but they have not call me just a single call So fix this as soon as possible

Sir, Reference to Bluedart Bill- [protected]. The Status shown as consigneee not available on 31 Dec 15 at 1500h. But I am Still waiting for The same till now. And I also contacted to No[protected]/8310 on 31 Dec 15. But No one picked up my call. And No one contacted my Mob No-[protected] But status shown as Consignee not available. It is not understood. Dear Sir, This is highly Pathetic service from Blue Dart service (Banashankari region). I am chasing from 23rd Dec but still i have not received the shipment and i am calling to customer care every day and they given false commitment and finally yesterday in blue dart tracker they mentioned as Consignee address unable to locate. if they unable locate they should call to my mobile numbers as i given two contact numbers. and Yesterday i Spoke to Amit and Rohith from Banashankari region as they giving false commitement as delivering yesterday but still not reach to me. Complain for bluedart, one order to given by flipkart to bluedart for service. My blue dart tracking no. is [protected]. but it is showing unlocatable address, while bludart delivered to my address more than 4 items. I called more than 2 times to bluedart and he is saying today i will deliver but he did not do.

I have called manjit bluedart servise mangeger model town hoshiarpur he was too rude and aggresive that i cant tell i have recording sonn ill file FIR for him but first i need to c what u do with him so pls kick his and trow him out from ur center

Blue Dart-DHL Couriers booked a document weighing 2 KG to the Executive Engineer, Chennai Central Electrical, Central P.W.D, Shastri Bhawan Chennai on 18th Dec 2015 vide Consignment note number [protected] from Jana Cinema Complex, Jana Peru, Delhi and was assured to be delivered by the following day 12.00 Noon on 19th Dec, 2015. Today 23/12/2015, 11:25 AM the document throe online tracking is showing delivered status at Chennai on 21.12.2015 (Tracking details attached) The outlet where I booked the document Jana Cinema Complex, Jana Peru, New Delhi 110058 is making excuses that it was a holiday on 19.12.2015 hence the delivery was not possible on 19th Dec, 2015 It was extremely important document. The documents contained our Tender document which because of delayed in delivery has resulted into a heavy profit losses tuned to an amount of RS 53, 98, 258/- (In words Rupees Fifty Three Lagos Ninety Eight Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Eight Only ) Its disturbing to note such a pathetic service from such a world renowned courier company. Apropos to the matter we have following question to be answered by the courier company: 1. Was the Blue Dart-DHL courier not aware prior to booking the courier that it was a holiday on the following day on 19.12.2015? Had Blue Dart-DHL not assured us of kg the document on 19.12.2015 we would have sent someone across personally by flight? Such was the importance of the document to us. 2. How do the Blue Dart-DHL courier propose to make up the heavy losses of RS 53, 98, 258/- (In words Rupees Fifty Three Lagos Ninety Eight Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Eight Only ) borne by our company? 3. It has also resulted in loss of our prestige and reputation amongst our competitors. All of our contemporaries kept on waiting for the document of M/s Bharti Refrigeration Works which never got reached due to false assurances of Blue Dart-DHL. Hence why we should not follow a lawsuit for defamation against Blue Dart-DHL. नमस्कार सर/मैडम मेरा नाम राकेश बिस्वास है । शिप्मन्ट नो [protected] है। जिसको मैंने छपरा बलुएडार्ट बुकिंग काउन्टर से 19/10/2015 को नदिया, वेस्ट बेनगोल के लिए किया लेकिन 20/12/2015 तक उसका कोई आता पता नहीं, और अचानक आज 22/12/2015 को बलूदारत से काल आता है की आपका पैकेट लॉस हो गया है...आपका जो भी क्लेम है ओ मिल जाएगा, नवंबर 2015 से चक्कर कट रहा हूँ कभी बुकिंग काउन्टर के तो कभी बलुएडार्ट करे पर काल करके लेकिन अभी tak कोई भी पोसेतिवे फीडबैक नहीं de प rahe है ... और कमाल की बात ye hai ki jab bhi mai बलुएडार्ट कौरिओर ऑफ़गईके jata hu तो कहता hai तुमको जो उखाड़ना हो उखाड़ लो लो कोर्ट कचहरी जो करना हो कर lo मेरा कुछ nahi kar sakte । सबसे बड़ी बात की मेरा ₹13000/- का सेल फोन का स्लीप उन्होंने ₹999/- का दिया है और वही आमुंत मुझे मिलेगा, क्या ये सही है, बलूदारत ये बहुत गलत बात है ... इसके अगैन आपको जो भी कारवाही करनी हो करे ... मुझे मेरा पार्सल रिटर्न करे या फिर जो भी उचित अमाउन्ट हो उसको क्लेयर करे... धन्यवाद राकेश बिस्वास [protected]

Hello I am here to complaint about blue dart express's worst service. they do not delivery my parcel which is into their office since more than 7 days. Everyday they update fake status (Delivery Attempted-Premises Closed) on their website without single attempt of delivery. I tried to contact customer care[protected] Ahmedabad) many times but every time they give fake promises that i will receive my parcel soon. Woooooooooooorst courier service.

The Blue Dart staff in Mumbai (Delivering to Malabar Hills) is extremely rude. Their staff refuses to deliver the parcels if customer is not found at home. On requesting the staff to deliver products after 5pm or before 9am (as we are working people) they refuse to do so. It seems it is just our prerogative that we wish to receive our parcel and they are unconcerned to fulfil the delivery that they have to deliver.

Way Bill No-[protected] As per bluedart information the item is delverd on 20 Dec, 2015 received by Aparna who is not known to me. This address is well known to BLUEDART, as many order is properly received through bluedart.

Hi, A packet sent to me by Citi bank through Bluedart Express on 26 nov2015 with way bill no-[protected].but i did not receive that packetbut Blue Dart record showa its delivered to Mr. robinson.I do not know any person by that name and no one near dear to that name I contact to blue dart customer care but they did not accept that they delivered it wrong Neeraj kumar([protected]@gmail.com)

I waited whole day to receive it. I have been told that parcel will be delivered only on Monday because tomorrow is holiday. The services are very much disappointing. There is no way to contact senior people who are claiming world class services.

I was home since last 4 days, and on today I checked my package on BlueDart tracking! I was like WHAT THE #UCK! Since lst 3 days, the status on the website is showing Premises Closed! Poor service!
