I had ordered a product through amazon.in [ product id[protected] ]
and the seller shipped the item on 14th october, 2015 through BLUE DART EXPRESS LTD couriers. Tracking id was '': [protected]''. the item reached my hometown Agartala on 22nd october but till today, i.e 31st october, i have not received the item. I tracked the item through online tracking in bluedart website and to my surprise found out that they are showing 3 failed delivery attempts against the item, each on 26, 28 and 30th october whereas i was physically present on my address on each of these three dates in their mentioned failed delivery attempt time. Neither did any delivery boy try to deliver the item nor i received any call from any courier guy on those dates. It is clearly a deliberate attempt by blue dart for cheating with the customer and not delivering the item. I have had previous experiences with this particular courier service and all of my past experiences were bad and sour ones.they are a bunch of incompetent mannerless people unfit for delivering an item professionally in time. To my desperation, i called up the bluedart office, the landline number says out of order and they dont receive the calls on the mobile numbers, i even went to the local blue dart main office in the state capital to enquire about the item but they could not even tell me the location of the item, not to mention their rude behaviour and nonchalant attitude to their customers. Blue Dart is notorious for misdemeanors and late and non-delivery here in Agartala, Tripura. Its high time a reputed courier like BLUE DART takes notice of these malpractices by their Agartala Franchisee and take necessary steps.
