Dear Sir,
This is for your information that, I have a credit card of HSBC Bank. There is serious problem about the delivery of the account statement of the same card to my residential address, which is given below:

Flat 11E, 11th Floor, Annapurna Apartment
224A, Acharya Jagdish Chandra Bose Road,
Behind Krishna Building,
India. 700017.

All other courier company easily get the address at the time of delivery of the statement and more importantly my wife, Mrs. Falguni Majmudar get her account statement regularly by other courier but it is very shocking to me that, a company like BLUE DART never get my address properly and can’t deliver the same on time. This problem is becoming a serious problem for me. Enclosed is the delivered envelope of Mrs. Falguni Majmudar by other courier.

So you are requested to take care of the matter and train your delivery people accordingly as they can check the delivery address properly and deliver this kind of documents at the right place on time.

    Even after providing proper address with landmark the shipment is not delivered. And it is showing status as "Consignee'S Address Unlocatable/Landmark Needed".
    Worst kind of service provided by Blue Dart Express.

    Other couriers can deliver the shipments on time on same mentioned address BUT blue dart is having problem in understanding proper address and showing fake status on their website.

    Dear sir the courier boy has not deliever the doc in my home, I did't get any call from delivery boy. But in status it showing consignee address unlocatable landmark needed, i have provided the correct address, i am requesting you to respond to this email as soon as possible awaiting for your reply

      Standard chartered bank need to send me some important documents and they have posted me by bluedart courier service but the item is not delivered from 6 November but they are updating wrong information that consignee is not available but i was their at my address location. nobody will approached me. my way bill no. is [protected] and its status is out for delivery but yet now i didn't received any call from bluedart nor a parcel please look after into its at its very compulsory .

        My Way bill No : [protected] product not delivered, and I am tracking this for last 3 - 4 days so that I can contact your customer services about this, None of the contact work efficiently, Now it says Prohibited Area-Entry Restricted For Delivery. And since then I am calling Customer Service - -[protected] Doesn't work, Getting silent Voice, also called Location[protected], 65150518/520, They are simply Disconnecting the call on[protected] and other number does not work, Doesn't make any sense that why these numbers are updated, Pathetic delivery system and now I don't know how I will receive my product as your this office BLUE DART EXPRESS LTD, C-60 COMMUNITY CENTRE JANAKPURI, B/H JANAK CINEMA, NEW DELHI Doesn't care about customers neither you Blue Dart. So upset.

          Delay Caused Beyond Control

          I ordered my phone on 10th of November. I was continuously tracking my order. But now 2 days have passed from the day it reached Jaipur and status is Delay Caused Beyond Control. Really disappointed from Blue Dart. Till today that is 15th of November, I haven't received my order and the status for my order which is unchanged ( Delay Caused Beyond Control ).           I have ordered a product from naptool worth 1598 Rs, on october 29, they shipped it to blue dart, and my expected delivery is on november 05, but they are taking too much time, till now i didn't get my product, and i get a sms that my product was sucessfully delivered on november 06, but i did'nt get my product, my order id is 17741668.i have already paid full amount of Rs 1598 through debit card.

          WE have booked a docket on 3rd March 2016 to Pune vide way bill no. [protected]. This docket was delivered us to us today i.e.on 8.3.2016 after 5 days.. We would like to bring it to your notice that the said article was reached in pune at Hadappsar local distribution centre on 5.3.2016 at 10 am. The destination was just 1 km from hadapsar office. We are surperize to tell you that it takes 3 days to deliver the docket to destination. We have paid heavy charges for urgent delivery of docket. If we would have post it stamping Rs.5/-, it would have reached the destination less than a time taken by blue dart. Kindly look into the matter and refund our money.

            I got SMS on 10.11.2015 that my parcel was dispatched through Blue Dart Courier. On the same day I got admitted in Fortis Hospital, Vashi due to sudden cardiac arrest. I got discharge and came to my Home on 13.11.2015. When I checked with my family members they told that no such parcel arrived. When I tracked on the website it states that the parcel arrived and returned as the Premises was closed. My old mother and mother-in-law is always at home and never ever the premises was closed. What is wrong, where is the problem ? When I call on toll free number [protected] (actually it is not toll free I was charged about Rs.6/- for making a call to this number) it states that the delivery reschedule on 16.11.2015 3-6 p.m. I fail to understand your system. In any case I want the parcel on urgent basis as my diabetic control depends on this machine. Can any one see to this complaint and call back to me urgently ?

              Hi There, I am forced to write on the pathetic service being done by the Bluedart in my area (PIN Code #560037). There are more than one instance where the delivery boy has not delivered on mentioned date and have given false reason for the same. This kind of service may be exception but it definitely dents your image. It would help if you have some quality control and can take people responsible to task I would take example of two "Airway Bill No" - [protected] and [protected] First Airway Bill [protected] - On 7th of Nov - 2015 at 18:45, delivery boy updated the status as "Delivery Attempted - Premises Closed". The fact is that he never attempted any delivery. I was at home that time. I also checked reception guys downstairs and they mentioned that no Bluedart guy came to deliver. Second Airway Bill [protected] - On 12th of Nov - 2016 at 19:49, delivery boy updated the status as "Consignee's Address Unlocatable/Landmark Needed". Now, this is same address as above Airway Bill Number. So, can you tell me how the address became unlocatable when it was locatable few days back??? I raised complaint for the first Airway Bill but looks like nothing happened to it. This kind of service by your guys can give you good SLA numbers by circumventing or fooling system but wont give you a good name for sure. When India Post, DTDC, Professional courier can deliver, why you guys can't??? Aren't you supposed to be better?? But the callous attitude says that its not the case. Thanks, Prabhat

                Shipment [protected] has arrived in Pune on 7th November as per system. It has since been floating around in Pune. In spite of clear PIN CODE instructions the parcel seems to be going from one end of Pune to another, misdirected all the time. Since it is an online purchase, I request Bluedart to refund the money I paid for the purchase and then they can play around with the parcel as long as they wish.

                Also talked to the concerned on their toll free number twice. They are of no help. Assurance was given that parcel would reach before 2 pm on 12th November. Its already 4.15 pm and am still waiting.

                  Credit Card Not delivered my name is pooja jain, my credit card came through blue dart courier, under awb no [protected]. we did not receive any call from the courier, according to Courier status customer premises close however i am present in my billing address, when i call up the call their is no proper response from courier end, please contact me urgently an it should be deliver by today Otherwise i file a complain against you.                       Hi i have ordered an item from ebay online website from there they couriered the parcel on 05/11/2015 with the waybill no: [protected] it was from Delhi to hazira ( Surat), it reached Surat on[protected] and was out for delivery according to their online status. but till evening it didn't reached to me and the status came address incorrect. when i called the customer care about the matter they told that it was by mistake we will deliver it on 09/11/2015. but same thing happened they in the evening i got the message that it was delivered to some MR. AJAY in hazira. i again called on customer care for this matter they told that it was delivered to wrong address. it was there fault than als the status on their website was : Consignee'S Address Unlocatable/Landmark Neede, hazira is itself a landmark what eles thay need than once again on 10/11/2015 i called the custmercare this time they are saying that its in the pandesara center you can collect it from there when i argued with them then they again changed their statment that now you can collect it from nanpura center. they them self are not sure where the parcel is. and look at them they are asking the customer to collect from the center they are not coming to deliver it because hazira is quit far.

                        One docket was booked from Indore to Greater Noida on Dated 31.10.2015 th. Way bill no. [protected] after many times call & contact in blue dart office we have not received this docket. Every time your representative is says that today or tomorrow this will be delivered in your given address
                        Blue dart service is too much poor.

                        We want to know that why we will not given the show cause notice to blue dart for this poor service because for this poor service we have financially suffer for this reason.

                          I have sent a courier to Mr. Devender Singh, from Bangalore to Faridabad via Docket no. [protected]. However courier not delivered to respective person due to Land Mark not given on address as per your Tracking details.

                          I have clearly mentioned the Landmark on delivery address and courier person has confirmed the address from Recipient (Mr. Devender) too. However courier not delivered and returned back to me. (Images attached of delivery address and your tracking details)

                          Blue dart is very reputable courier company but why it's happened.

                          I suffered time as well as monetary loss.

                              D/Concern, I have sent a courier on 17th Oct from Vapi to Indore, which shows it has been reached on 19th Oct, but my concern has told he has not received the courier, kindly help me to mail me the receipt copy who has received this courier at Indore, my way bill no is [protected].                                 The blue dart branch in tadepalligudem does not shipped the couriers to the home.They simply call to our number and says please collect your courier at blue dart.we have many works and we suffer a lot due to this reason.please take necessary action. we have many proofs receive the couriers at bluedart. order id:[protected] [protected] [protected] and many more orders we receive at blue dart courier.

                                    Complaint resolved with too much delay which is not a good experience. I will never refer any one to shop with this. Customer executive never responding on time and updating about the actual challenges they are facing on this.
