I checked online and its shows that they are holding my package since last 5 day just because my home is not in their serviceability area. If you can not deliver my package than why you take my package. you don't deserve International courier.
this is my 7th worst experience with Bluedart and every time they were just wested my time and money.

Inspite of Repeated presentations of proof the Employee Mr.Venkatesh who is irresponsible to the customer and speaking unreasonably is not giving the delivery.So please immediately look into the matter and call [protected]

Dear Sir, I used Blue Dart Service to send my letter from Bhubnaswar to Noida . I handover to courier service on 12th but it did not deliver to my Noida Address till 16th. Even this delay the worst part is that I called their customer care service 8-10 time and only one executive Aparna responded positively rest all are making me fool by putting me on hold. These letter were related to my home loan disbursement and because of this delay and disappointing response I have to pay late fee interest.I wanted to you please take strict action against them so that no one else will suffer due to this. My atm debit card was delivered to my neighbours guard RAVI on the 11th dec. On the 14th dec the pin number was delivered to Ravi again. My parents are always at home and we have a full time maid. Ravi decided not to give us the same, meanwhile i got a message from the bank and i called Ravi. At first he refused then i threathened him and he gave me the same. CAN I KNOW WHY WAS THE COURIER GIVEN TO ANYBODY OTHER THAN MY FAMILY .PLEASE THROW THE DELIVERY BOY OUT OF THE JOB FOR THIS MISTAKE. AWB No : [protected], the corier tracking says the consignee shifted from the given address. But its my office address and how can my office be moved overnight?

ZERO! I would have given it a rating of ZERO! This is by far the most useless and disgusting courier service I've used so far. My way bill number is [protected]. I had a delivery of an important and urgent document at the beginning of the December. I needed it on an urgent basis. But to my horror, the BLUEDART PEOPLE PLAYED WITH MY DELIVERY. They came to the apartment twice, and as there were no one, which is absolutely normal because it's only ideal that everyone works here, the rep dropped a bill and went away. What's really bad is, I rescheduled the delivery later and stayed back home so that I receive the doc, took a leave from office. And guess what! No one showed up! This is absolutely INDECENT! If you guys have the phone number then why don't you call?! I would have told you to give it to the watchman, the neighbor, or anyone else I trust. But no, you have this code of honor that you wouldn't call. This is downright selfish and inconsiderate as you JUST DON'T VALUE our time and energy of putting money and faith into you guys that you will do what is expected! But only to our surprise, the deliverables are being played with in the name of norm! DTDC and Track on are much better services, and I will make sure I don't use this service, and influence others to not use BlueDart anymore.

On Friday evening I had sent a courier with your service centre in Palakkad, near Bharathmatha School. On Saturday night around 11.30 pm, a stranger starts whatssapping me and it turns out to be the employee who took my address and contact for sending the courier. I did not personally give him my number. He allegedly is using my number from the receipt to contact me. I think his name is Sundarsan. Not sure. Hope you will see to it.

If you can not deliver my parcel in pin code 391740, than why you take my parcel for courier. and you hold my courier for 4 days and don't even called me to pick up.

Hi, my waybill number is - [protected]. I'm waiting for my parcel since two days. When checking in the website about it, It shows that delviery has been attempted but the premises is closed but infact I was present at home whole day. Without attempting, Blue dart is updating the status. I want my parcel ASAP

This is regarding a courier from KAMA Ayurveda delivered by blue dart courier service. The order was for Rs. 1590 and I paid 1600/- to the delivery guy. I demanded change after receiving the parcel which the guy blatantly refused to provide.Instead of being sorry he was rude like hell. This is not about 10 bucks but the height o[censored]nprofessional behavior from the company's side.

After 3 days its Showing its Out for delivery but delivered in any other address. 3. After asking in Bluedart office they are not responding Properly. 4. contact Details are Not proper in Website. Please any one don't Prefer to use Bluedart for next time.

This is utter bull that BLUE DART is doing to the customer as they charge high amount of charges even for small packages.

This will be a revolutionary complaint against BLUE DART courier services.

Waste company in delivering packages.

Government should close BLUE DART in India.

its been 4 days that my supposed date of delivery got delayed. They cant able to track it and at least update the tracking status of the package.

I had to cancel all my plans due to this utter bull courier company.

Dont ever courier ur packages with BLUE DART.

I strongly don't recommend this waste courier company.

I am Sagar and i am from MORBI(GUJARAT)(INDIA). Directly coming to the point, Please register the below matter as an Serious Complaint. It is an shameful thing for BLUEDART company that you dont know the meaning of COURIER. Whenever i get the courier from this company, everytime i get a call from your office demanding to pick it up from their office eventhough they are able to deliver it to my address and we are AVAILABLE too!!!. I mean they directly speak off that "your courier has been arrived to our office and please send somebody to pick it up" that too very RUDELY. So, everytime in my working hours i have to spoil my 5 to 10 minutes teaching them their service because BLUEDART have hired them without explaining their part of JOB. Please take necessary and useful steps to solve this problem

Hello sir, My name is mubin nagori my shipment of my hdfc credit card AWB [protected] should have to reach me on 1 Dec 15 coz it was delivered from bank hand on 30/11/15 i got a sms from their hand but unfortunately i didnt get it. they never call me. and when i reached their office there was a lady name reena said we can not handover it to you. i told them that instead of sending me my parcel to my office send it to me on my second address which is my home address mentioned on my parcel. they said ok tomorrow you will get your parcel on your home address but still there was no call no delivery from their hand and when i tracked my parcel online it said consignee not available and shipment redirected to awb i dont know what the hell wrong with this guyz? at least they can call me

But to morning you send the mail 2 Oct 15 I'm not there my house so your courier not so return ur area but three days 3x 24 I'm always there your delivery man enter wrong details so immediately send the product

My expected delivery date was 1st Dec, being a housewife I was at home all day but still the courier company showed as delivery status"premises closed" moreover no body attends their customer service number and I am unable to get the date of my products delivery.

I had scheduled the delivery of my shipments ([protected], [protected], [protected]) in the first half of the day as I am a working person and the customer care person assured me of the delivery which has not yet happened. I had to take leave and wait for the shipment which I am still doing. I had called the customer care for atleast 10 times and every time they made a commitment of getting the shipment dlivered in next 15 minutes which has not yet happened. you people don't value the time of others. I am really very disappointed with the service. I am not sure if i will receive the shipments after wasting two days of mine. I was assured that i wil get a cal from senior person to get my issues resolved which I have not yet received.

Dear concern person,

I have ordered for a D-Link Modem. The item has not received yet, Blue Dart services uploaded their portal that the consignee is out of station but I am doing a continuous follow up with Blue Dart.
Blue Dart has not contacted me.

Dear sir, I have ordered 6 books, All 5 books are good delivery... But i have not receive mathematics books due to poor response Blue dart delivery.. Maths books returned to Amazon due to poor service blue dart courier.. no one call from Blue dart courier. I given the address with phone number.. really disappointed service. Please resend our books immediately. our order ID[protected]. I could not find out whom to contact in amazon..
