Blue Dart Express Complaints & Reviews

Hi There, I am forced to write on the pathetic service being done by the Bluedart in my area (PIN Code #560037). There are more than one instance where the delivery boy has not delivered on mentioned date and have given false reason for the same. This kind of service may be exception but it definitely dents your image. It would help if you have some quality control and can take people responsible to task I would take example of two "Airway Bill No" - [protected] and [protected] First Airway Bill [protected] - On 7th of Nov - 2015 at 18:45, delivery boy updated the status as "Delivery Attempted - Premises Closed". The fact is that he never attempted any delivery. I was at home that time. I also checked reception guys downstairs and they mentioned that no Bluedart guy came to deliver. Second Airway Bill [protected] - On 12th of Nov - 2016 at 19:49, delivery boy updated the status as "Consignee's Address Unlocatable/Landmark Needed". Now, this is same address as above Airway Bill Number. So, can you tell me how the address became unlocatable when it was locatable few days back??? I raised complaint for the first Airway Bill but looks like nothing happened to it. This kind of service by your guys can give you good SLA numbers by circumventing or fooling system but wont give you a good name for sure. When India Post, DTDC, Professional courier can deliver, why you guys can't??? Aren't you supposed to be better?? But the callous attitude says that its not the case. Thanks, Prabhat

Shipment [protected] has arrived in Pune on 7th November as per system. It has since been floating around in Pune. In spite of clear PIN CODE instructions the parcel seems to be going from one end of Pune to another, misdirected all the time. Since it is an online purchase, I request Bluedart to refund the money I paid for the purchase and then they can play around with the parcel as long as they wish.

Credit Card Not delivered my name is pooja jain, my credit card came through blue dart courier, under awb no [protected]. we did not receive any call from the courier, according to Courier status customer premises close however i am present in my billing address, when i call up the call their is no proper response from courier end, please contact me urgently an it should be deliver by today Otherwise i file a complain against you. I would l like to put in your knowledge that my courier not came till date 10/11/2015, the delivery date was due for 7/11/2015, yesterday i got the call from land line you will get the your courier tomorrow 10/11/2015 but till 2.20 pm neither get a call or no one come for the same . very bad impression coming from blue dark and very pathetic service . please see the details attached . my shipment id [protected], Regards Ravindra [protected]

Hi i have ordered an item from ebay online website from there they couriered the parcel on 05/11/2015 with the waybill no: [protected] it was from Delhi to hazira ( Surat), it reached Surat on[protected] and was out for delivery according to their online status. but till evening it didn't reached to me and the status came address incorrect. when i called the customer care about the matter they told that it was by mistake we will deliver it on 09/11/2015. but same thing happened they in the evening i got the message that it was delivered to some MR. AJAY in hazira. i again called on customer care for this matter they told that it was delivered to wrong address. it was there fault than als the status on their website was : Consignee'S Address Unlocatable/Landmark Neede, hazira is itself a landmark what eles thay need than once again on 10/11/2015 i called the custmercare this time they are saying that its in the pandesara center you can collect it from there when i argued with them then they again changed their statment that now you can collect it from nanpura center. they them self are not sure where the parcel is. and look at them they are asking the customer to collect from the center they are not coming to deliver it because hazira is quit far.

One docket was booked from Indore to Greater Noida on Dated 31.10.2015 th. Way bill no. [protected] after many times call & contact in blue dart office we have not received this docket. Every time your representative is says that today or tomorrow this will be delivered in your given address
Blue dart service is too much poor.

We want to know that why we will not given the show cause notice to blue dart for this poor service because for this poor service we have financially suffer for this reason.

I have sent a courier to Mr. Devender Singh, from Bangalore to Faridabad via Docket no. [protected]. However courier not delivered to respective person due to Land Mark not given on address as per your Tracking details.

I have clearly mentioned the Landmark on delivery address and courier person has confirmed the address from Recipient (Mr. Devender) too. However courier not delivered and returned back to me. (Images attached of delivery address and your tracking details)

Blue dart is very reputable courier company but why it's happened.

I suffered time as well as monetary loss.

I had ordered a product through askmebazar.com [ Order ID AB6591923 ] and the seller shipped the item on 26th October 2015 through Blue dart express limited couriers. it was a Pre-Paid Shipment. D/Concern, I have sent a courier on 17th Oct from Vapi to Indore, which shows it has been reached on 19th Oct, but my concern has told he has not received the courier, kindly help me to mail me the receipt copy who has received this courier at Indore, my way bill no is [protected]. I have already complained about the same but there is no positive response, they are still keeping me on wait and asking time to investigate from last 2 days.

The blue dart branch in tadepalligudem does not shipped the couriers to the home.They simply call to our number and says please collect your courier at blue dart.we have many works and we suffer a lot due to this reason.please take necessary action. we have many proofs receive the couriers at bluedart. order id:[protected] [protected] [protected] and many more orders we receive at blue dart courier.

Hi, Waybill No : [protected] Reference No :[protected] Status is showing that "C'Nee Shifted From The Given Address" whereas i am staying at the given address only.Plz deliver the product as soon as possible to the given address only .And I never got a call.

I have not received the item Yet. I tracked the item through online tracking in Bluedart website and to my surprise found out that they delivered the item in Bangalore not in My Home town to the address it should be delivered .The item reached my hometown Nirmal on[protected] but it was returned saying the reason " Out of delivery are" and finally it delivered at J P NAGAR SERVICE CENTRE on[protected] to some one else named NAGARAJU PUDOKOTAI . .I mailed them 2 times but i did not get a reply and called their Customer service Number No one has lifted my Call. .Please look in to the issue as soon as possible. .

I had ordered a product through amazon.in [ product id[protected] ] and the seller shipped the item on 14th october, 2015 through BLUE DART EXPRESS LTD couriers. Tracking id was '': [protected]''. the item reached my hometown Agartala on 22nd october but till today, i.e 31st october, i have not received the item. I tracked the item through online tracking in bluedart website and to my surprise found out that they are showing 3 failed delivery attempts against the item, each on 26, 28 and 30th october whereas i was physically present on my address on each of these three dates in their mentioned failed delivery attempt time. Neither did any delivery boy try to deliver the item nor i received any call from any courier guy on those dates. It is clearly a deliberate attempt by blue dart for cheating with the customer and not delivering the item. I have had previous experiences with this particular courier service and all of my past experiences were bad and sour ones.they are a bunch of incompetent mannerless people unfit for delivering an item professionally in time. To my desperation, i called up the bluedart office, the landline number says out of order and they dont receive the calls on the mobile numbers, i even went to the local blue dart main office in the state capital to enquire about the item but they could not even tell me the location of the item, not to mention their rude behaviour and nonchalant attitude to their customers. Blue Dart is notorious for misdemeanors and late and non-delivery here in Agartala, Tripura. Its high time a reputed courier like BLUE DART takes notice of these malpractices by their Agartala Franchisee and take necessary steps.

Hello i had order one product to askme bazaar on line shopping, they sent me the product through blue dart courier and they informed me via mobile sms traking no is 595097xxxxx. but the courier office return the product with out any contact to given address on the parcil.they called me 2, 3 times to take the product but at that time i am not in station i told them abt it .and i tell them to send dat parcil to given address.but they told me...

A courier was sent from Bangalore to Kolkata on 27th October to be delivered on 28th October. By the end of 28th October, 8pm, the tracking website showed that the product will not be delivered due to a network delay. I called the customer service and they said that they cannot update me about the courier because the link was suspended and to call back the next day. Also, they dont deliver after 6pm. The courier was very important and had to be delivered by 2pm on the 28th October. I am not being able to track the item or know exactly where it is so I can pick it up.

Dear Blue DART, On last 6 days back [26-Oct-2015] i was sended a courier from ANANTAPUR TO HYDERABAD with WAY BILL BAR CODE : [protected] but it was showing Invalid. And the Anantapur - BLUE DART Courier Dealer was also don't have any information / feed back. Its only a job of maximum 2/3 days or atleast it should shows the TRACKING STATUS but it was not showing. Its really very bad service... Shamless to us to make like this complaints.
