I need to receive my passport. When I am checking the status I am getting
Consignee'S Address Unlocatable/Landmark. when I am calling customer service no one is receiving the call.
I did not get a call.

My delivery status shows prohibited area restricted for entry when it is not.

I believe it is just failure to deliver on the blue darts service.

I received a message FROM Blue Dart on Thursday, 14 April 2022 at 12.26pm informing me of the promised delivery of my Epson order.
On 19 April, 1.24pm, Op. Executive Mr. Emmanuel emailed me claiming that I am not answering my calls. I don't have any record of missed calls. Can he prove it? Also I am residing at the given address for several decades and I keep receiving courier and postal parcels. I replied to Mr. Emmanuel at 2.53pm, same day. After that I saw 2 emails between Mr. Emmanuel and his staff, but it's been 5 days and I am afraid these irresponsible öfficers" have returned my parcel.
Request action against these degenerates and keep me in the loop so I can approach the North Goa Consumer Forum.

Supposed to be delivered on 20 April. Hundreds of emails and Twitter complaints... Still my order is not delivered yet.

I was suppose to receive my delivery today, but bluedart delivery guy delivered to product to wrong person and I got a message saying that product is delivered to some unknown name.
When I reached them they are asking me whther I have any relation with that person, instead of giving me a hope that I will receive my product. And how can they deliver the product to some unknown guy than the concern person.

I did order a Samsung Soundbar via the Tata Clique portal and when I ordered that, the time shown for delivery was the 19th and now it seems that it will be delivered only by the 24th of April??? It has been discovered that the supplier - Infinity Retail gave the consignment to Blue dart on the 17th Itself

The consignment has reached Kochi today the 22nd of April and Bluedart says the area is unserviceable on their website I also got the same feedback over the phone...If the area is unserviceable why did Bluedart take the parcel from Infiniti Retail which is a partner of Tata Clique? I cannot contact this warehouse of Bluedart and the phone numbers on your website etc do not work!! Total disappointment in terms of customer service!

I was supposed to receive a consignment from Axis Bank on 18th April. Consignment number [protected] was showing out for delivery for past 4 days. Every evening a new reason will be marked for not delivering to the address.

They have the mobile number. They could have called. The location/building is one of the main building and they say they could not find the building. Landmark also I added. Still they are unable to locate. Atlast they even mentioned that consignee was not available whereas I was still at the deliver address working. This is a very serious issue. They are cheating customers.

my ref number is : [protected], when i checked in online status tis showing as "C'Nee Shifted From The Given Address". I have not shifted from that address. I know why they have updated like that because the delivery boy don't want deliver on Top floor of building.Please ask them to contact to mobile number/phone number given in the courier. I have not seen any issues with other courier service.

There is still NO Update from anyone, and hardly anyone bothered.
I can still see the package hasn't reached even kolkata, and from your actions and template responses of buying time from me, it certainly looks like Bluedart has misplaced the item completely, otherwise, there is no reason why the package took more than 70-80 hours to travel just 1000 kms from guwahati to kolkata.

Recently my bank hdfc shipped a new credit card through blue dart and they gave me
AWB bill number to track i was tracking for few days
Today it was updated as out for delivery
Normally the delivery boy will have phone no he can contact me but without even contacting me he Updated as adress incomplete if my adress was wrong he could have called once right
The customer care also
When i called they are not even taking complaint on delivery thing
They asked me to give a complete adress i gave with detail adress like additionally i added some colony name
In previous adress everything was there
Door nor
Area my city and even i got delivered coriers from them previously for the same adress but this time how he can say without even contacting
No customer care people telling
They will match adress and will investigate and if not resloved then they are telling me to contact bank
Where is my mistake in this
Why should i suffer for the mistake the delivery boy have did and customer care no also not at all connecting
They are updating everywere that undelivered due to my adress incomplete
How can they even do that

I haven't got my package which was supposed to be delivered on 18th April.
I have been trying to reach their toll free number but it isn't reachable nor I am getting response on the complaints that i had filed on their company portal.

I opt prepaid services and my parcel tracking number [protected] was dispatched on 12 may 2022 but now its showing Load On Hold;Space Constraint-Comml Flt without any reason.

I need this parcel to be dispatched urgently. i called to blue dart customer care but no one picking the phone nor giving me proper response.

It's complaint regarding executive...the executive who came to deliver our product is very harsh and rude ...no respect towards claint...I request u to take seveere action ...worst service ever...have taken 500 rs but not returned amount money as he didn't have the change and went to get remaining amt...product worth 435 and remaining amt 65 should be returned...but not returned...pathetic service...I request u to return my money asap

I have ordered clothes from Ajio online and the shipment was assigned to blue dart with way bill numbers [protected] and [protected].
When I tracked this order it is said that shipment delivered and received by self but I haven't received that even I didn't got any call from delivery boy.
I have raised a complaint in ajio customer care also.

Even after providing proper address with landmark the shipment is not delivered. And it is showing status as "Consignee'S Address Unlocatable/Landmark Needed".
Worst kind of service provided by Blue Dart Express.

Other couriers can deliver the shipments on time on same mentioned address BUT blue dart is having problem in understanding proper address and showing fake status on their website.

My product got delayed because it's misrouted. Can I get my product by 20th April please. Tracking ID [protected]
