I Rohit registered Contact Numer is + 91 [protected], today my parcel was to be delivered but no response yet from your support team.
I talked about this in care, and he said that our executive called you, but I have not received any calls till now. this situation happened to me before. I got a message In the morning from your team for communication with the delivery executive,

I am trying from morning on the number which was maintained but I can't seem to get the call.

So you request please delivery my parcel today before 06:00 PM. and please share delivery agent contact number as soon as possible. otherwise, I complain higher authority of Blue Dart.

The status is attached herewith for your reference.

    Hi Team,

    Blue dart was supposed to delivery my order on 9th April, as per their provided ETA. However, there have been no tracking updates from them since 9th April morning. I tried multiple times to reach out but yet to receive a revert from them.

    Please help.

      So I have these important documents to be delivered to me, but the parcel is in help at shipment location due to incorrect shipping address. Now I contacted the BludeDart customer service and provided them with the correct details and I get a message that your parcel is out for delivery. This is on 9th April. But later that night, I check the status again, and it is "Consignee'S Address Incomplete/Incorrect".

      I don't understand and most likely someone is just being lazy.

      So these are my details -

      So around 11:05 PM, after posting this complaint, the status was changed to 'Shipment Out For Delivery', but again it was reverted to 'Consignee'S Address Incomplete/Incorrect' after some hours even after providing the correct address and contact number.

      No attemp was made to contact me.

        Dear Sir,

        I am writing to inform you that my courier delivery date was 6th April 2022, But still have not received my courier.

        I had also called so many times to them. They told me that they will arrange a back call but no call was received. I have been calling since yesterday but no solution was made by them.
        It is very urgent to deliver the parcel by today before 2:00 PM..

          Very pathetic service of Blue Dart. A few days ago on the 28th of march, I ordered products from plum. The expected delivery date was the 1st of April But Blue dart holding up my item for 7 days. I called Blue dart customer care several times, but They were unable to solve my problem. But today, when I am going to track my Item with my AWB no. It shows that "Consignee Refused To Accept. And I have not received any call from Courier boy or anyone else from Blue dart. My order is very very valuable to me. Please Help. I want my item back now.

              My document was sent by citi bank on 18 mar 2022, so far i have not received the document, after enquiring with citi i tracked the status of blue dart AWB this is showing it's delivered on 19th March Recipient Arun.

              Could you take necessary action and confirm the below address is mentioned by the Mailing address person Nagaraj V?

                  I'm Aswin Ghosh I'm waiting for a parcel that sent by kotak bank .
                  I got a notification from my bank that the package was delivered successfully.
                  Just now I'm checked the tracking through BLUEDART site and I can see that my package was delivered.
                  But I never received this ORDER!!!
                  Also the recepient name they updated is wrong.

                  I got my Courier on 2 April, I did payment of 799 by Phonepe
                  but payment gone under process thats why I give cash,
                  he said that if payment get success then i will give it return'

                  now phonepe payment is success and I had given him cash also
                  that mean i did double payment and as per his commitment he need to return one payment but he not receiving my phone call
                  i tried more than 50 times to call pls help me for return my payment

                  day before yesterday he received my call and said payment is received and i will return after solving bank issue but still not did

                    My name is Dr. Shivika Gupta.

                    On 29 March I booked a hp laptop of 40739INR. Hp assigned bluedart for the delivery of the package. The package was delivered on the 4 of April by bluedart, but due to their bad management and arrogant behavior laptop was not delivered by the 5th of April by 5;45 pm. The person Mr. Hemant was not able to assign any person to deliver the product. They cancel the delivery on the 4th of April after saying the address was incorrect. I go to the bluedart office in Hisar mandi on my own for taking my package. This is my second time disgusting experience with bluedart hisar.
                    He (Mr. Hemant) on their own updated the status on the bluedart tracking site by saying that owner was not able to give the delivery code.
                    This is my sincere request to bluedart please take strict action against these guys.

                              For your kind information as committed by your agent at bhadrak branch that shipment was delivered at Hyderabad address 02/03/2022 & he charges 1000 rupee for 1.7 Kg parcel in express service

                                On 29th march i have booked mattress online.. on 31st march i got the call from mr abhiskeh parab delivery boy to deliver the consignment on given address and also guided him. Till date product is not deliver. He has not called me thereafter.. whenever i m calling him he is not answering and texting me either he is busy or cant talk. He has wrongly updated in their portal area is restricted.. I always received all kind of online product in that address and never faced a problem. He not even bothered to call me if he was facing any issue.. instead he keeps on updating wrong information. Today he text me the number of mr peter dias as he mentioned that he was on leqve.. on contacting mr peter dias he said said the same stroy. I want that such people should be highly penalised and also product to deliver on time

                                  Ordered the product on 28th march and as per the website the company the product was shipped on ( 30th March ) with hope of getting it before sunday (3rd april )as BLUE DART DHL claims to shipped the product between 4-6days ..but 6th day i.e. 2nd april has gone already . So my sunday(3rd april) plan got cancelled . also, i tried to track my order in bluedart website, however they have written a date there ( 8th april ) which is 11th day of their shipping days !! The point is they claiming false hoped for delivery dates for which we are not had to suffer and sacrifices out precious plans we made for ourselves.

                                    On 23 mar 22 I received the message that your consignment is out of delivery, but I didn't received any call on that day. the same thing repeated for next 10 days without a single from the delivery agent. In between I made multiple calls to customer care and told all the details that I didn't received any calls nor I received the item also informed the landmark of the place, everytime they assured me of delivering the parcel on next day. Till date I didn't received the parcel which is very important to me nor any response from bluedart. Its a very lethargic service.

                                    I received a call from bluedart and they were blaming me only. Later i contacted the bank and requested to mail the item through any other mean except bluedart. Item received on time

                                      AWB - [protected]. Today afternoon I got the call from delivery person [protected], and he asked my address confirmation. I given all landmark and he promised to deliver by EOD or max tomorrow morning. But now I am surprising to see the message from Bluedart that its not deliverable because wrong address. Why you are just making fool to the customers and wasting our time. If you guys not able to delivery today thats fine delivery it tomorrow but dont put the wrong comments and status like I have given the wrong address. WORST SERVICE.

                                      Hi Team,

                                      Its more more than a week and I am waiting for me parcel. First of all I would like to say your service is becoming worst day by day. Since morning I am trying to contact customer care number, it was never ever reachable and always busy.

                                      Yesterday morning I got the message that it will be deliver by today, and I also got the call from delivery person from number [protected]. He asked me the landmark, I have given all detail and He confirmed that he will deliver it by EOD or max tomorrow morning. EOD when I checked the status on BLUEDART its showing Landmark missing and location not found.

                                      How is it possible ??? Its very much known place and hundrad of parcel I am getting on same address, then why you people updated address not found????? On top of that delivery boy already called me and taken the detail then why still not yet delivered ?? When I was trying to call back on the same number then no body answered.. Such a irresponsible behaviour.

                                      I want the immediate solution for this and justification for wasting my time. Who was the delivery boy and why he called me and after taken the information why it was not deliverred and why he didnt respond back, why customer care always busy????
