I couried a laptop from abohar, Punjab to bangalore via bluedart.The value of item they put was 30, 000 . Recieving party got the laptop in a breaked state at some places and has send me bill of 4720₹ for the same.I tried contacting bluedart but got no response from their side.i tried to mail them, call them but all in vain.Please help me with this and reimburse the money bluedart.

    I ordered a Paytm Fastag from Paytm Mall ... The currier partner was blue dart... 14/04/2022 I got a notification that my product was delivered.. but I was never delivered to me or my family or my neighbours... No one calls me or tried to reach me about the delivery related quiry..

                I dont know why Bluedart is saying Consignee'S Address Incomplete/Incorrect last month i ordered many things to my same address and delivery partner was blue dart i am not sure what to do now not able to contact blue dart. How would i get my parcel now there are many cloths which i had ordered as sample for business.

                Please help me.

                  My order didn't deliver two times. By showing false updation of delivery which was not happen. How it happen when i got all the items on or before time.

                    Package delivered to the Wrong address

                    I had placed an order from Be Bodywise on 10th April 2022. The delivery was supposed to arrive today i.e. 13th April 2022. The AWB Reference No/ tracking ID for the same is [protected]. I received a message in the morning that the package is out for delivery, but I did not receive any call from any delivery person. At 1:30 pm, I received a message that the package has been delivered. I have not received the package yet. The delivery has happened...

                    Dear sir, मेरा कोरियर का AWB no [protected] दिनांक 08/04/2022 को अम्बाला cantt से पोस्ट किया था झाँसी के लिए...
                    जो दिनांक 11/04/2022 को डिलीवरी होनी थी... उस कोरियर मे मेरे अत्यंत जरुरी कागज़ है... जो मुझको ऑफिस मे लगाने थे
                    ... आज दिनांक 13/04/22 को फिर झाँसी ऑफिस मे मेरा सम्बन्धी कोरियर का पता करने गया... पर वहा ऑफिस मे ताला लगा है...
                    और ज़ब कल दिनांक 12/04/22 को गया था... तब ऑफिस मे बोला गया... आज तो मै नहीं दे पाउँगा... आपको कल ही melega...
                    Blue dart कंस्यूमर को बताये ज़ब... उपभोक्ता बाजार से अधिक कीमत पर आपको कोरियर का पैसा दे रहा है... तो उसकी सामान की डिलीवरी समय से क्यों नहीं हो रही... और अभी तक ऑफिस झाँसी का बंद है... तो मेरा सामान कब मिलेगा?? उपभोक्ता का नाम - achint kumar tiwari...

                    कृपा मै सबको recomend करता hu... blue dart कंपनी मे अपना कोरियर सोच समझ कर पोस्ट करे... बहुत ही poor सर्विस है इनकी... मेरा इम्पोर्टेन्ट डॉक्यूमेंट कोरियर दिनांक 8/04/22 से पोस्ट किया हुवा है... और जहां डिलीवर दिनांक 11/04/22को होना था... अभी तक कोरियर का कोई पता नहीं है... दिनांक 13/04/22 को... झाँसी मे इनके ऑफिस मे 3दिन से ताला लगा है... ऑफिस की phone no सब बंद है... जो काम मेरा 70rs मे होता... जल्दी के लिए मैंने इनको 625paid किये... और सामान का पता नहीं है...

                      Delayed delivery of my Shipment

                      I ordered a product online from Vero Moda on 28th Mar, 2022. I received a text message on 01st Apr that my order will be delivered on that day and also received the call from Bluedart employee and he confirmed the address on the phone. But, in the evening, I got another text message that the order is undelivered due to address related issues. It had never happened before that my address is not findable in the city as I regularly receive parcels...

                      This is Worst experience as I feel from Blue Dart Express Corrier Service from last year till now some of my parcels sent through Blue Dart Service only but Corrier parner not at all contacted me even single time and Order also not yet delivered but Consignment Status Showing Delived With Seal. This is one of the Frad Corrier Patner in India Plz do the needful

                        I was supposed to receive a courier with the tracking Id [protected]. However, the status shows delivered on 6th April 2022, but I haven't received the delivery. I haven't received a ca about the delivery also. Could you please look into this.

                          I had ordered OnePlus phone under exchange program. But at the time of delivery, delivery boy refused to give me exchange. He put wrong feedback to app. He had not diagnosis my old phone. He just put camera not working on the exchange phone.

                            I have ordered an item from Tata Cliq on 7th April and expected delivery date is April 9th. The shipment has reached the final delivery station two days late on 11th April and then the status is again updated as "Consignee'S Address Incomplete/Incorrect" though I have provided correct address and contact number. Didn't even receive a call from the delivery fellow. Never expected such poor services from Bluedart.

                              I Rohit registered Contact Numer is + 91 [protected], today my parcel was to be delivered but no response yet from your support team.
                              I talked about this in care, and he said that our executive called you, but I have not received any calls till now. this situation happened to me before. I got a message In the morning from your team for communication with the delivery executive,

                              I am trying from morning on the number which was maintained but I can't seem to get the call.

                              So you request please delivery my parcel today before 06:00 PM. and please share delivery agent contact number as soon as possible. otherwise, I complain higher authority of Blue Dart.

                              The status is attached herewith for your reference.

                                Blue dart was supposed to delivery my order on 9th April, as per their provided ETA. However, there have been no tracking updates from them since 9th April morning. I tried multiple times to reach out but yet to receive a revert from them.

                                  So I have these important documents to be delivered to me, but the parcel is in help at shipment location due to incorrect shipping address. Now I contacted the BludeDart customer service and provided them with the correct details and I get a message that your parcel is out for delivery. This is on 9th April. But later that night, I check the status again, and it is "Consignee'S Address Incomplete/Incorrect".

                                  I don't understand and most likely someone is just being lazy.

                                  So these are my details -

                                  So around 11:05 PM, after posting this complaint, the status was changed to 'Shipment Out For Delivery', but again it was reverted to 'Consignee'S Address Incomplete/Incorrect' after some hours even after providing the correct address and contact number.

                                  No attemp was made to contact me.

                                    I had also called so many times to them. They told me that they will arrange a back call but no call was received. I have been calling since yesterday but no solution was made by them.
