    The shipment has reached to balanagar Hyderabad on 22/3/33. but till now none of the executive called me and is updating consignee unavailable. but i am very much available at home on all the slots mentioned as unavailable.
    it was promised by customer care executive when i called that the package would be delivered by yesterday before 6pm. but there are no signs. i fail to understand what is the problem in delivery which is just in 5km radius on the location mentioned.

      I sent a 2 parcels through bluedart fully packed and sealed in a safely manner through blue dart. My customer has complained that the product they received was damaged. I have before and after videos of packaging and the images of box in which it was packaged and sent. I have images of damage. I’d request blue dart to reimburse us the amount for the damages. There has been no response from blue dart till now. I should take this further if my issue is not resolved.

        I want to complaint about the fake services of this blue dart company. My bank sent welcome kit through this platform. When I checked on its website, then they confirm the shipment and said that your order will be delivered on 24 March. When I check again on 24. Then they said order received and will deliver tomorrow. When I checked on 25 then they are showing the order is in transit. When I call them on their official number then each time when the call connect there I receive the autogenerated voice that there is congestion, and the customer is busy. And even for saying this they charged 8 rupees from my Airtel account. Who is this possible, i don't know. They are in reality giving the fake services in our country. The same incident was happened with me in past years also. When my bank send credit card to my address. They never go to the said address. They return the orders by itself. Because the banks and other organization have already paid the fees to them. Every time they are blaming the customers that customers are not found, they have not picked the calls. Or they are not present on the said address. Dear sir, we are verified citizens of India, and after getting our kyc verification complete we are opening our accounts. Then how it is possible that our addres are wrong. By doing this they are challenging our govt. Kyc management system also. Who gave this permission to this company to reject our orders on the basis of what they are saying. Again i am requesting to the leagal department of india to take a strong action against this fake company. I have a AWB number [protected]. And this order is still in transit. And no person came to my house to deliver this order. I want strong legal action against this company. Thanks

          The status is showing that the consignee shifted from the given address, where as I am living at the same address. What is the issue? I didn't get a call for any such issue. Why should it change like that without my consent?

            My name is Mohammad Farhan saiyed and I sent a courier through bluedart on 26 th Feb to Delhi farnce embassy..There were all orignal papers in it and now embassy says they didn't get any courier while online it shows it delivered how's that possible..               I have been waiting for my order it was showing out for shipment delivery but I didn't receive and when I check I saw my address was unlocatable or my landmark was needed although it was totally correct. I've tried to email several times but I didn't receive any response then I've to contact but it was showing busy and declined my call. Such a worst kind of service provided by BLUE DART EXPRESS

                  I have requested a courier service for my parcel.I placed a book and pay method through blue dart.it request me to pay now, then I clicked on pay and then it give me option o[censored]PI payment method and I paid.it then told me that I'll recieve a payment confirmation mail on my registered email and I have to just show it to pickup boy and give him the parcel with address written on it.I asked pickup boy about it and he told me that blue dart don't accept online payment service.it only pickup courier and took cash pay for it.then I showed him mail and ss of my payment details.he told me to file complaint of blue dart service

                    I have recently ordered something my bluedart way no is [[protected], [protected]], it says consignee's address incomplete/incorrect. I have ordered on given location hundred of times. At least gave us delivery partner location we can communicate.
                    Given location was with pin, street building, landmark. Help me resolve this issue. I really need the product i ordered.

                      Blue dart express Waybill no. [protected]

                      The courier service hasn't delivered the parcel to my address as it is "Out of Delivery Area" mentioned in their tracking status. But they didn't return the parcel to the sender whether they delivered at the Dhubri HDFC Bank as mentioned in their tracking status (not to me) without contacting me.

                      Please arrange for the return of the parcel to the sender if it is "out of delivery area" of courier service at the earliest. It's very urgent. Thank you.

                        I received two order from Adidas through bluedart on 12 January 2022. At first i tried to pay Rs.2799 through paytm but the transaction didn't go through at that time so i had to pay with cash. After 30 min i received a message from my bank that Rs.2799 was debited from my account. So i called the delivery boy and he told me to reach customer service. At first i reached Adidas customer service and they were very quick to get back to me. I tried to reach Bluedart customer service but everytime i tried to call them it says busy. It has been more than two months and i have not received a refund from the company.

                          I have paid 5614 rs money at blue dart shipment at 19 feb 2022 my way bill number is [protected] and it showed it delivered and I confirmed regarding same and it was fine but at 19 march 2022 again 5614 rs got deducted from my account, Why this amount has been deducted, So I need my 5614 rs and also without my card how my money deducted this also I need to know

                            I was suposed to receive a product via bluedart which i ordered from van heusen and in the shipment status says it is delivered, the delivery person did not contacted me if he had any doubt on delivery address i had given my number also, in the evening i received a msg saying he failed to deliver the product so reattempt will be made and after 1 hour i got a msg saying the product is delivered, but i did not receive it, please do something on this, please!! And i am ready to collect it from where ever you say

                              Blue Dart delivery team never call for address clarification and in tracking status they simply keep address is incomplete. This is the second time hapening with me. All other courier service have no problem with our address or they will amke calls for address.

                                    I am from Kartarpur, punjab, 144801.
                                    You can see in the image clearly that Blue Dart, Flipkart, Myntra. Amazon, all of these delivery companies opened their stall on the highway. This is their daily routine. They will call you and will say come and get your parcel. These people never deliver products at home. Even you mentioned full address. These companies charge for delivery and their delivery boys harras people to leave their work and come to them for their parcel. Then what is the matter of sending like these. I saw there everyone was frustrated and said that I was working, I was studying and have to come for parcel. Everyone waste their time and they sit below a flyover and just call If you don't come they take back your parcel and will say wrong address or person not available. So, I don't know how this will resolve. I found this platform and posting this picture I clicked yesterday 14 of March 2022.

                                      Hello,

                                      I had ordered something from wedtree which they have sent through bluedart. It was supposed to be delivered on 12th march. I have an event this friday and bluedart are not updating inspite of it reaching my city ob 11. they have now changed its status to "Customer Requested Future Delivery: " on their own.
