Waybill Number - [protected]

The process was really unprofessional. As it is the parcel was late. I did not even receive the delivery boy's number to keep a track. I did not receive any call and suddenly the parcel showed delivered. I got important stuff in there. Please help!

    I ordered a HP laptop from hp website on Feb 20, 2022 - Order Id : [protected] which was about to be delivered by Bluedart with waybill number : [protected] on 23/02/2022. Now the product is not delivered to me and it is showing as delivered to someone named 'Sing' and to some other address most probably. Please help me to get my product as I have my exams coming and I need to appear for it using the laptop.
    Blue Dart Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Just now complaint number - 828580 raised by Bluedart Support.

    The product was delivered today after I raised a complaint ticket with HP and Bluedart. The courier person told that his vehicle got damaged yesterday. So he couldn't deliver the product and couldn't inform as no number was present on the product (When i recieved the prodcut the phone number was clearly mentioned on it). So conclusing everything, I got the product today and the product is in fine state.

        Really disappointed in today's delivery. The delivery boy was very rude and the package was not delivered to my house (the shipping address given). The delivery boy asked me to come to the nearby town and asked us to be there within half an hour. He told he would not call again, and that I had to wait at the town till he comes. He also told that If I was not there at the town by the time he comes he would just leave. And the most frustrating thing was that he was late and I had to wait for him.

        We buy stuff hoping that it will be delivered to us. But this guy wants us to go and collect from him and wait for him? Is this how you treat your customers?

        Really disappointed!

        Do look into the harrasment issue and I hope that proper action will be taken.

        Next time record it from your phone . journey from your house to the pickup location and sent it to the higher authorities of blue dart customer service tag them on twitter with the video proof

          My bank document sent by bank on 11 Feb 2022 from Delhi to Ujjain on my home address, and the Sam's is delivered by 14 Feb 2022 as per tracker and received by me but I am not staying in Ujjian, they updated wrong details, I don't know where is my curiur, I am trying to contact customer care but haven't recive any positive response,
          They have delivered curier in wrong address or they miss placed my very important documents.

            Sir/Madam,

            I wish to bring to your notice that a consignment AWB [protected] was sent to me via Blue Dart on 09 Feb 2022 which contains a Personalized Debit Card With My Name Ending XX0213 and also a CHEQUE BOOK PERSONLISED WITH MY NAME for Account Ending XX0650 from Mumbai but the same has not been received by me and I am IN RECIEPT of various messages on my mobile and in my Email and also one saying that the same has been delivered to one Santosh on[protected] in Sakinaka @ 12.44 PM and the reference no. is [protected]H11099, I do not know any one by that name and more or less the consignment is on my name and address so how can it be delivered to some XYZ person without getting the OPT which comes only on my MOBILE and I have received the same and nobody came to my residence at all.

            I spoke to one Sanjay on the same day around 2.02 PM who is from Customer Care Of Blue Dart ( Phone No:[protected] and he confirmed that the consignment AWB [protected] is on the name of Mr. Anil Kumar Gambhir R/o 10-2-276/5 Marredpally, Secunderabad – 500 026 Telangana which was also used as verification purpose and when I asked him for a Conversation OR Complain No: I was told that the consignment No: [protected]. He also confirmed that it was delivered to Santosh who might be the watchmen in my apartment to which I confirmed that I Own and Live in an Independent Bungalow and I am a Senior Citizen aged 69+ year’s and I do not go out at all only for emergencies. He promised to raise a Resend request and said the same would be resent the same day and someone from his TEAM would get back to me. BUT NOTHINGH SUCH HAS HAPPENED TILL NOW ??????

            Also please make a note that I received a call from one Mr. Mahesh on[protected] @ 13:33 PM from phone no: +[protected] and he informed that me that I will the consignment and not to worry when I told him that I have received OPT on my mobile but nobody has come, he said he was Customer Care of Blue Dart and I NOT should take tension and 100% the consignment would be delivered very soon to me. I don’t know why he called me sounds little SUSPISIOUS??????

            I AM ALSO ATTACHING ALL THE MAILS AND SMS I HAVE RECEIVED IN MY EMAIL AND MOBILE KINDLY GO THROUGH THEM AND GIVE ME A SUITABLE REPLY.

            “ALSO NOTE VERY IMPORTANT, THAT THIS CONSINGMENT CONTAINS VERY IMPORTANT (I AM REPEATING) ITEMS LIKE A DEBIT AND CHEQUE BOOK WHICH HAS IMPRINTED WITH MY NAME AND MAY BE OTHER VITAL INFORMATION ABOUT ME WHICH IF MISUSED COULD EFFECT ME A LOT. HENCE THE SAME SHOULD BE SENT BACK TO ME ON TOP PRIORITY BASIS.”

            SERVICE IS VERY BAD FROM BOTH ICICI BANK AND BLUE DART – NEVER EXPECTED THIS.

              I got a message that my package from blue dart is arriving today but no one came and in a few hours received a package delivered message. I checked with the security if my package was lying down but there was no such package delivered

                Hi,

                My name is Akshara Bhardwaj and my tracking number is [protected] for the order which has been delivered to wrong person. There was no call no message regarding any delivery update from the delivery site or delivery person.

                I was worried for more than a week and today I got to know that it has delivered to some person named Akansha.

                Please investigate this.

                  I had ordered a costly saree, they had shipped it my address through bluedart. I dint receive it. But got message from bluedart as shipment delivered. Very bad service from bluedart.i want my Product as soon as possible.

                    My product did not given at door delivery and the courier boy behave was very irresponsible. I was told that courier boy " i am given to complaint for this reason " they said that irresponsible answer to me . I am very angry with that courier boy.

                      I got msg that your shipment will deliver today but I didn't order anything and after sometime another msg came your order delivered and in the track link also the status was showing delivered.                           I had ordered multiple items from plum.com of which one product is dispatched from the bludart delivery service and rest from the delhivery. I have received thr parcel from delhivery but not from the bludart courier service.Actually they have my parcel with them but they are not getting it delivered i dont know why because they had called me once for delivery but they never get it delivered and whenever i check for the tracking it shows consignee out of station, So product is held back but they are not taking efforts to deliver my parcel and i dont know how to contact them because whenever i phone them the number shows to be busy .

                              My name is john and i ordered a gift for my friend on her address .. i didnt provided the Mobile number but given her full address .. but the delivery agent didnt even tried to deliver .. what they do is bring the parcel from the office and sits under a tree and calls every receiving person to come and take parcel from him..

                              They dont try to find the house ..

                              The AWB [protected] they didnt delivered it to my friend . The status of the parcel is "Need department Name/Extention number" .

                              Why they didnt deliver when they had the address on the parcel ?

                                I was supposed to receive my package from HDFC bank on 5 Feb 2022.
                                But the delivery agent didn't even call me regarding the delivery address instead marked it as incomplete address/incorrect address.
                                I tried to reach them via email regarding the same then they told they will reattempt the delivery but again same thing happened and my order was again marked as incomplete address/incorrect address.
                                It happened 4 times till now and still i haven't received my package nor any response from Blue dart side regarding my package.

                                  Order returned to source without contacting me

                                  The courier service has never contacted me for delivery. Instead, the shipment has been returned to origin at shipper's request. How do i get this re-delivered?

                                  For four days it was shown at Haldwani, 5km away from where I live(where order was suppose to be delivered)

                                  Had they contacted me I would have picked it up.
                                  After seeing they are returning it I googled for local bluedart number and called them....

                                  There was a priority courrier booked from Chennai to Lucknow . This was not delivered . Inspite of repeated follow ups the company personnel refuses to even acknowledge the mistake . More the courrier personnel has made incorrect entries about the delivery receipt . I am deeply aggrieved

                                    I ordered a calendar from Vistaprint on 2nd February and was expecting to receive my shipment via BlueDart on 8th February.
                                    I received a message that my package will be delivered on the said date at 13:00 but at 13:30 I received a message stating my package way non deliverable due to address related issue.
                                    I tried to call the customer care but the response was poor stating that they will resolve the issue, but they didn't.
                                    My problem with blue dart is, if the cant figure out my address (which is highly unlikely) why didn't they call my registered number.
                                    I always have the same address on my shipment, I have never received any issue before unlike Blue Dart.
