Sir/Madam,
I wish to bring to your notice that a consignment AWB [protected] was sent to me via Blue Dart on 09 Feb 2022 which contains a Personalized Debit Card With My Name Ending XX0213 and also a CHEQUE BOOK PERSONLISED WITH MY NAME for Account Ending XX0650 from Mumbai but the same has not been received by me and I am IN RECIEPT of various messages on my mobile and in my Email and also one saying that the same has been delivered to one Santosh on[protected] in Sakinaka @ 12.44 PM and the reference no. is [protected]H11099, I do not know any one by that name and more or less the consignment is on my name and address so how can it be delivered to some XYZ person without getting the OPT which comes only on my MOBILE and I have received the same and nobody came to my residence at all.
I spoke to one Sanjay on the same day around 2.02 PM who is from Customer Care Of Blue Dart ( Phone No:[protected] and he confirmed that the consignment AWB [protected] is on the name of Mr. Anil Kumar Gambhir R/o 10-2-276/5 Marredpally, Secunderabad – 500 026 Telangana which was also used as verification purpose and when I asked him for a Conversation OR Complain No: I was told that the consignment No: [protected]. He also confirmed that it was delivered to Santosh who might be the watchmen in my apartment to which I confirmed that I Own and Live in an Independent Bungalow and I am a Senior Citizen aged 69+ year’s and I do not go out at all only for emergencies. He promised to raise a Resend request and said the same would be resent the same day and someone from his TEAM would get back to me. BUT NOTHINGH SUCH HAS HAPPENED TILL NOW ??????
Also please make a note that I received a call from one Mr. Mahesh on[protected] @ 13:33 PM from phone no: +[protected] and he informed that me that I will the consignment and not to worry when I told him that I have received OPT on my mobile but nobody has come, he said he was Customer Care of Blue Dart and I NOT should take tension and 100% the consignment would be delivered very soon to me. I don’t know why he called me sounds little SUSPISIOUS??????
I AM ALSO ATTACHING ALL THE MAILS AND SMS I HAVE RECEIVED IN MY EMAIL AND MOBILE KINDLY GO THROUGH THEM AND GIVE ME A SUITABLE REPLY.
“ALSO NOTE VERY IMPORTANT, THAT THIS CONSINGMENT CONTAINS VERY IMPORTANT (I AM REPEATING) ITEMS LIKE A DEBIT AND CHEQUE BOOK WHICH HAS IMPRINTED WITH MY NAME AND MAY BE OTHER VITAL INFORMATION ABOUT ME WHICH IF MISUSED COULD EFFECT ME A LOT. HENCE THE SAME SHOULD BE SENT BACK TO ME ON TOP PRIORITY BASIS.”
SERVICE IS VERY BAD FROM BOTH ICICI BANK AND BLUE DART – NEVER EXPECTED THIS.
