    Hi,

    My Shipment # [protected] has not moved since 6 days and I have been constantly trying to get in touch with customer care without any luck .

    I don’t even know when I will receive my shipment. Please provide an update

        I haven't received my prepaid order and the tracking shows it delivered. I tried contacting them but it's never connects. Its the worst experience ever. And the worst ever service. I will recommend never to use this pathetic blue dard express. So much dissapointed.

            Our Amazon product smart watch was broken.Bluedart person came and told he has to send photo.He send photo by attaching the broken screen and send it to his office.From there they told not to take return back.Whreas Amazon official told it will be replaced.Such person from bluedart or any office must be punished.

              I was expecting a order today that is 1st March 2022 but according to your website it shows that my order has been sent back to the shipper without having any valid reason . I request you to please help me in sorting out this, my order was coming from Bangalore.

                My Tracking ID- [protected] and order id - 3I23185458.

                The order is booked on 24th February, 2022. It is supposed to be deliver yesterday(28th February). But it is not delivered yet. It is still showing in PUNE WAREHOUSE, however my address is in Kolhapur district, pin-416209.

                Please do the needful on urgent basis.

                    Hi,
                    I scheduled a pickup to send few items from Mumbai to Noida via Blue Dart on 24th February. I provided the complete address on Challan Papers but the pick-up guy didn't provide the correct address. I came to know about it when I called the Customer Care to track my shipment on 25th Feb. Kindly rectify the Receiver's (Consignee) address with Airway Bill number: [protected].

                      I have a currier to receive from Blue dart which i could not collect yesterday because of some office work and i was in another office with was far from the given address but i already informed currier buy before he the leave blue dart office to deliver my Item now in this morning i ask him to deliver today morning before lunch then he denied then i said him that you have to deliver the currier according to customer convenience then Currier boy was arguing to me and said you can complaint and i will deliver it after 3 days.

                      if blue dart team keep same behavior then i will have request to my all agencies not to deliver any thing from Blue dart

                        Waybill Number - [protected]

                        The process was really unprofessional. As it is the parcel was late. I did not even receive the delivery boy's number to keep a track. I did not receive any call and suddenly the parcel showed delivered. I got important stuff in there. Please help!

                          I ordered a HP laptop from hp website on Feb 20, 2022 - Order Id : [protected] which was about to be delivered by Bluedart with waybill number : [protected] on 23/02/2022. Now the product is not delivered to me and it is showing as delivered to someone named 'Sing' and to some other address most probably. Please help me to get my product as I have my exams coming and I need to appear for it using the laptop.

                          Just now complaint number - 828580 raised by Bluedart Support.
                          The product was delivered today after I raised a complaint ticket with HP and Bluedart. The courier person told that his vehicle got damaged yesterday. So he couldn't deliver the product and couldn't inform as no number was present on the product (When i recieved the prodcut the phone number was clearly mentioned on it). So conclusing everything, I got the product today and the product is in fine state.

                              Really disappointed in today's delivery. The delivery boy was very rude and the package was not delivered to my house (the shipping address given). The delivery boy asked me to come to the nearby town and asked us to be there within half an hour. He told he would not call again, and that I had to wait at the town till he comes. He also told that If I was not there at the town by the time he comes he would just leave. And the most frustrating thing was that he was late and I had to wait for him.

                              We buy stuff hoping that it will be delivered to us. But this guy wants us to go and collect from him and wait for him? Is this how you treat your customers?

                              Really disappointed!

                              Do look into the harrasment issue and I hope that proper action will be taken.

                                My bank document sent by bank on 11 Feb 2022 from Delhi to Ujjain on my home address, and the Sam's is delivered by 14 Feb 2022 as per tracker and received by me but I am not staying in Ujjian, they updated wrong details, I don't know where is my curiur, I am trying to contact customer care but haven't recive any positive response,
                                They have delivered curier in wrong address or they miss placed my very important documents.

                                  I wish to bring to your notice that a consignment AWB [protected] was sent to me via Blue Dart on 09 Feb 2022 which contains a Personalized Debit Card With My Name Ending XX0213 and also a CHEQUE BOOK PERSONLISED WITH MY NAME for Account Ending XX0650 from Mumbai but the same has not been received by me and I am IN RECIEPT of various messages on my mobile and in my Email and also one saying that the same has been delivered to one Santosh on[protected] in Sakinaka @ 12.44 PM and the reference no. is [protected]H11099, I do not know any one by that name and more or less the consignment is on my name and address so how can it be delivered to some XYZ person without getting the OPT which comes only on my MOBILE and I have received the same and nobody came to my residence at all.

                                  I spoke to one Sanjay on the same day around 2.02 PM who is from Customer Care Of Blue Dart ( Phone No:[protected] and he confirmed that the consignment AWB [protected] is on the name of Mr. Anil Kumar Gambhir R/o 10-2-276/5 Marredpally, Secunderabad – 500 026 Telangana which was also used as verification purpose and when I asked him for a Conversation OR Complain No: I was told that the consignment No: [protected]. He also confirmed that it was delivered to Santosh who might be the watchmen in my apartment to which I confirmed that I Own and Live in an Independent Bungalow and I am a Senior Citizen aged 69+ year’s and I do not go out at all only for emergencies. He promised to raise a Resend request and said the same would be resent the same day and someone from his TEAM would get back to me. BUT NOTHINGH SUCH HAS HAPPENED TILL NOW ??????

                                  Also please make a note that I received a call from one Mr. Mahesh on[protected] @ 13:33 PM from phone no: +[protected] and he informed that me that I will the consignment and not to worry when I told him that I have received OPT on my mobile but nobody has come, he said he was Customer Care of Blue Dart and I NOT should take tension and 100% the consignment would be delivered very soon to me. I don’t know why he called me sounds little SUSPISIOUS??????

                                  I AM ALSO ATTACHING ALL THE MAILS AND SMS I HAVE RECEIVED IN MY EMAIL AND MOBILE KINDLY GO THROUGH THEM AND GIVE ME A SUITABLE REPLY.

                                  “ALSO NOTE VERY IMPORTANT, THAT THIS CONSINGMENT CONTAINS VERY IMPORTANT (I AM REPEATING) ITEMS LIKE A DEBIT AND CHEQUE BOOK WHICH HAS IMPRINTED WITH MY NAME AND MAY BE OTHER VITAL INFORMATION ABOUT ME WHICH IF MISUSED COULD EFFECT ME A LOT. HENCE THE SAME SHOULD BE SENT BACK TO ME ON TOP PRIORITY BASIS.”

                                  SERVICE IS VERY BAD FROM BOTH ICICI BANK AND BLUE DART – NEVER EXPECTED THIS.

                                      My name is Akshara Bhardwaj and my tracking number is [protected] for the order which has been delivered to wrong person. There was no call no message regarding any delivery update from the delivery site or delivery person.

                                      I was worried for more than a week and today I got to know that it has delivered to some person named Akansha.
