        Hello Soni Rupali here. Today I got unordered parcel from blue dart delivery. At that time I was not at home. And they took 800rs from one of my family members. And the product looks like that somebody already used it and then delivered. I want immediate action on that. Otherwise I go higher authority.

          i have ordered some plants from ugaoo website and it should be delivered to my location by 18th june, but as i can see now there is a issue from bluedart site and below is the issue "Blue Dart Express — prohibited area-entry restricted for "Marathahalli, 560037.

            I opt prepaid services and my parcel tracking number [protected] was Delivery on 19 Jun 2022 but now its showing Load On Hold;Space Constraint-Comml Flt without any reason.urgent the product

            I need this parcel to be dispatched urgently. i called to blue dart customer care but no one picking the phone nor giving me proper response.

                      Due to the address and pincode mismatch the parcel hasn't been delivered yet even though I gave the correct pincode at the time of order.

                        My shipment no. Is AWB-[protected]

                        This reached Dehradun on 11th June 2022.

                        And I got the message that it will be delivered on 11th.

                        It has been 6 days now while my contacting the delivery person everyday but still I have not received my parcel.

                        Moreover today the status has been falsely updated that parcel has been received by me whereas nobody came to my house to deliver it. He is not even picking my call today after updating false status of delivery.

                        Either deliver me my parcel or refund me the complete amount of my parcel.

                        And I would request you to take serious action against such a delivery partner. His phone number for your reference : [protected]

                        And now after false update of status he is not even receiving my calls

                          Way bill no-[protected]
                          I applied for fast tag in online and it will be delivering through blue dart courier. But blue dart was unable to deliver the product to my address. Blue dart courier knows that my address is not reachable. Then why blue pick the courier and now they are showing that Out of Delivery area. So don't use Blue dart for courier sending purpose. You can use postal service. Postal service is better than blue dart courier.

                            I had applied for Axis Bank credit card and I was about to receive it today through BlueDart express today 16 June 2022.
                            AWB no. [protected]

                            My address is-SN 20/4 C/O Salma Ansari First Floor Flat No 1, Next to Royal Park PG, Kharadkar Park, Sainath Nagar, Kharadi, Pune 411014

                            I receive all my delivery parcels from Amazon and Flipkart on the same address.

                            I have provided my mobile number and I know the BlueDart has my mobile number with them. I receive the message today morning that says 'Your Item will be delivered today.' but I didn't receive the delivery persons contact number. I was hoping to contact him to tell my exact location if they are unable to locate it.

                            BlueDart also didn't call me for my location. They just skipped the delivery of my credit card. This is so unresponsible behavior from the courier agency.

                            Please deliver my parcel BlueDart ASAP, I need my credit card urgently.

                              I was expecting my package to be delivered today but somehow when I opened the consumer app they marked my shipments as delayed. I'm also hearing about this issue from other customers that they also facing the same issue with their products if it has to be delivered by enroute bhubaneswar, is it common or what ?

                              I have ordered a product from direct consumers website and I think due to your name they have handed over the shipping responsibility which you guy's are not fulfilling, anyhow I'm going to report samething in their forum also so at least they should use reliable sources to deliver their product from next time onwards.

                                      I have booked a consignment which is medicine from Kolkata to Agartala via Surface and after booking this consignment i got confirmation from them that the medicine will deliver at Agartala 13th June 2022, but still my consignment not deliver also they dont have any contact number also. i raise a complaint regarding this matter from their site also but they did not reply me. This is very urgent medicine for patients but this courier have no responsibulity.
