I have a consignment that supposed to be delivered on 24th of Jan but unfortunately due to medical emergency I have rescheduled it to be delivered today for which I have also gotten the confirmation text from bluedart that the consignment will be delivered today. When I try to reach out the courier guy who contact me on 24th Jan in order to check whether the consignment will be delivered today, he was so rude and disrespectful in his response which I really don't expect from one of the trustworthy delivery partners like you. As I questioned him that I have already rescheduled the delivery online to today, the reply from him was so arrogant which was extremely surprising and unacceptable. He responded me saying " if you rescheduled online then ask the online guy to deliver you... I can't deliver..." which is unethical. He was literally shouting at me like I'm his servent and abruptly disconnecting my call. I would like to have the consignment to be delivered today before the end of the day. I also attach the confirmation text from bluedart in this mail for your reference.

    Address: Ottapalam, Kerala

    My credit card shipment awb - [protected] has reached Ottapalam on 24th January 2022 morning. My address is around 3km from their office. But they are not taking any actions to deliver the package to my home.
    No communication was done from their end on the delay.

    Called a couple of times to customer service but no useful action taken

        Most bad experience...

        As per schedule, my credit card should be delivered yesterday itself, they did not come to my home, not even make a single call to me, but they blamed me as "Consignee Not Available". Does this make any sense? Or are they playing us fools. Lying everytime and most of the time not responding.

          Tracking Status for the Courier is showing "C'Nee Shifted From The Given Address".
          I'm the recepient and I can tell that the address mentioned on the parcel is my work address (A Manufacturing Ind.) which is located near almost 4-5 Landmarks at the same time.
          This is completely a matter of negligence from the Courier Express that they're not able handle so many customer complaints resulting in very poor service.

          P.S.: I tried every single contact including the toll free no. & it doesn't help in finding even a solution let aside finding the courier itself.

            AWB no. [protected]. Product was scheduled to deliver on 21/01/2022 but I got a message late in the evening at 7 PM that it was not delivered due to address related issue. I contacted your customer care on Saturday moriing to reclarify my address but sae process repeated on Saturday and Sunday.

            On MOnday Morning i contatcted your customer care again as there is customer service on Sunday. But your customer service is highly pathetic.

            You dont provide the contatct details of your delivery executive unlike other delivery service and your customer service is pathetic.
            Highly pathetic service and no regards for customer.

              I ordered some stuff from zara and the estimated delivery was 19 jan 2022 which was delayed. Later on even without receiving any call it was updated as delivery address unlocatable.

                Courier that i was supposed to receive from bank (check book) was delivered to wrong person without even contacting me or notifying me even though they had my contact information. its not not some grocery or other products. while delivering such important products they should take some responsibility any make sure that it is delivered to right person.

                    Hi Team,

                    Below waybill no shipment dispatched from Mumbai to Chennai on 12th Jan and it reached the final destination(Redhills) on 15th Jan.

                    It's been more than 5 days(today's date is 20th Jan), the order is not yet out for delivery.

                    Kindly process this order and let me know when I would receive this order.

                    Bluedart is not attempting any deliveries and just updating in their system that no such consignee is living in the address even though I regularly following up with the customer service. Didn’t receive any call from the delivery person if it’s hard for him to find out the address. But didn’t even once. Such a worst experience and service by Bluedart.

                      I had shipped a carpet through Blue Dart on the 23rd December 2021. It was an amazon self-return shipment. I received a notification on the 30th of December that my shipment had been received.

                      When I contacted the vendor with the confirmation they told me that they had not received my shipment. I even shared with them the name of the person who signed for the package and they told me no such person works there.

                      Immediately I contacted Blue Dart about it and they said they will investigate the matter. They even gave me a reference number M[protected] Its been almost three weeks and no clear answer.

                      What is the course of action I need to take to help resolve this issue. Any suggestions or ideas are appreciated.

                          The worst service ever !!
                          Worst company to rely on !!!
                          Through VFS I was asked to book a pickup for my passport submission which I did on 11th Jan and since then I am eagerly waiting like a child for the pick up. Even after a week when no one turned up I thought of checking the status on bluedart and surprisingly it says I canceled it !!! Nonsense !!!
                          I was all time available at home waiting for the person to pick my order up and get this done and it shows that it has been canceled by me !!! I have cameras in my building ! What nonsense is this ! I want immediate action on this !!! My Airway Bill Number (AWB) is [protected] I have emailed to you people as well ! Paid extra so that u intimate me all the details but still this is the way you people are harassing me

                          Passport submission is utmost important to me why on earth will I cancel it ? Your pick up agent are lazy and useless just trying to avoid work and accusing the customer for the same who has actually paid 1700 for the pickup. Horrible Company!!!

                                I have ordered a product from Paytm. Expected to be delivered by 19.01.22. but i got a notification that your product is going to deliver by today that is 18.01.22. but without even making a call they updated as address incorrect in the delivery status. How can you guy's be irresponsible like this. Not even a single call made to my number.
                                Atleast provide some delivery executive number like other food delivery applications do. kindly resolve this issue. And revert me when iam going to get my package. Very worst delivery agency

The delivery executive rejected the payment since it was not made through the link provided, but directly to the Bluedart account and he said that the payment would be refunded within 1 day. Request you to please refund by today

                                      I got message that my important parcel with AWB#[protected] is delivered on 14 January 2022. But I have not received it.

                                      When I tracked on blue dart website, it shows that it's delivered to another city and not to my address.

                                      Please take immediate necessary actions to bring it to me
