I made payment for the order (₹2999) through UPID to Bluedart. The delivery executive rejected the payment since it was not made through the link provided, but directly to the Bluedart account and he said that the payment would be refunded within 1 day. Request you to please refund by today

      I got message that my important parcel with AWB#[protected] is delivered on 14 January 2022. But I have not received it.

      When I tracked on blue dart website, it shows that it's delivered to another city and not to my address.

      Please take immediate necessary actions to bring it to me

                  I purchased vedix customized product (order #3455518) on Mon, Jan 3, 11:31 PM (10 days ago). Bluedart is the package handler and the tracking number is [protected]. The shipment has reached Palampur and is out for delivery on 8th January at 5 p.m. He couldn’t call me up and surprisingly the status updated that the customer requested future delivery.

                    We delivered our parcel on 25th November but this is not delivered to us right now whereas blue dart said that it is delivered within 5 days but blue dart delivered our parcel in wrong country and also not responsible person is in company who says that where is our parcel.

                                On tracking the consignment it’s mentioning that the shipment reached nearby centre but not able to locate the addressee.But no calling attempt came from the bluster agent.I tried to call the blue dart centre but not connecting.
