My consignment was supposed to be received on dec 27, 2020 but i have still not received it. The status shows: consignee shifted from the given address.
I had not receoved any call or email if they had any issue with finding my address.
This is fustrating.

    Address: Pune Hadapsar next to noble hospital Maharashtra

    I was at my home location the entire day and regularly following the update and tracking my order with blue dart. It's showed it's out for delivery at 16:15 on 29th Dec 2021 Hadapsar service centre. However around 9:30 pm i got an sms stating consignee not available ...this is poor customer service. I have rescheduled the delivery for 30th Dec 2021 between 9am to 1pm IST ...hoping it's delivered without any hassle...0 customer service

        They are putting message on tracking "consigner address unlocatable". Normally this is not new story in the bluedart team. They are ready to deliver only nearer to their office. If the delivery address is bit long, simply the can put message is unlocatable.

        the same address we are using in Amazon, Flipkart, Swiggy etc. but the never put the message " the consigner's address unlocatable".

        We have mensioned the phone number clearly. they may call from nearer place to collect. But without taking any effort, they are putting wrong message in tracking.
        That is Bluedart...

          I have submitted the passport through blue dart where in they confirmed that i will received the receiving receipt on whats app .I have not received the same infact now not answering the calls on[protected] and also this is second time where they insist us to submit the same in the branch . If we are paying for pick up and drop then why we have to go and submit there ?
          Please get me the receipt asap.

            I have ordered an item from itsy bitsy store. The shipment was out for delivery on 27th dec (yesterday). But I haven’t received it yet and now it shows the error - consignee’s address incomplete/incorrect. I tried calling the number but there’s no response. How do I fix this error? The receiver will not be at the same destination tomorrow so is there a way I can change the address of the item isn’t delivered today?

              The parcel was supposed to be delivered on 27th December 2021. Instead, the status changed to prohibited area/ entry restricted for delivery

              Not sure how it happened as i did not receive any call from the bluedart guys when they came to deliver nor any text.

              Please help me get my parcel asap. I'm not sure where to directly contact the people responsible. There is no direct contact number provided for the held location nor the address and the generic helpline is non-responsive.

                  The package I am expecting shows out for delivery and then got updated as Unable to find location.

                  The agent has not tried to reach me for details and I am unable to reach out to bluedart support to provide this detail.

                  I live in a prime location and have regular delivery so this shouldn't be a problem. I have also provided a well known landmark when placing the order.

                  Please assist in getting my package delivered.

                    My document shows it is delivered but it's not delivered by the courier person it is wrongly updated in portal.

                    There is no call or message from the courier guy and it says it's delivered.

                      Hello Team,

                      Need to enquire about the Tracking Number : [protected].

                      I see that the parcel is received by Vasanth, but I have not authorised anyone to collect it. I have no Idea why was the parcel sent to Office Location. I haven't received any calls to check for the address. The parcel got delivered at my office location but the team must be aware that all the employee are working from home. There was no clarification done neither they asked for any permission before dropping the parcel at the office nor they checked for any kind of authorization before handing over the parcel to unknown.

                      This is not appreciated, the parcel consist of the bank related documents which is highly sensitive and need to be handled accordingly. Any misplacement or lost of parcel will not be entertained.

                      I want my parcel to be sent at the earliest on this address : #57/1, 2nd Main, DMR Layout, Maragondanahalli, Bangalore - 560036.

                      I need the team to take an immediate action on this matter. Kindly revert back with valid justification and do the needful.

                        My self Varaprasad l, I’m staying in Hyderabad. So many time this Bachupally blue dart team was rejected my orders with out my knowledge, they people are not contact with the customers and not visit to the customers address. There are mention they tracking form customers not at home, customers not letting the calls, etc…

                        Same again I’m facing the issue now, they are not contact but in tracker form showing customers not interested to exchange.

                          Actually the shipment has been arrived Namakkal hub on 22 DEC 2021. It needs to be delivered on that same day. I called the blue dart courier guy name Karthik who usually delivers the courier to our address. He knew the location very well. He has delivered many shipments earlier as well. So I just called him he replied back he have the single parcel alone for our area and he told will deliver it on next day. But when I called him on the next day 23 DEC 2021 he told me like he have too many shipments today so he told when you come to namakkal town just give a call to him so that he will come and deliver. After reaching namakkal I called to his mobile he told he just now came from that area. But I told him will wait for sometime come and deliver the shipment. After few hours of waiting I tried his mobile number but he is not responded back to the call. The delivery status simply every day they are changing like Address unlocatable/landmark needed. But even other shipment like DTDC and all delivering the package without any hassle. Worst ever customer service . On the 23 DEC call I have informed to Karthik I will be out of station for a week. On 24 DEC 2021 after providing the review in Google the shop owner is responding and provide his comments in the Google review. Unfortunately most of the bank have a tie up with them to deliver their cards. I told the need of the ATM card delivery to the courier guy while I talked to him. Still he couldn't deliver it.

                            Consignee'S Address Incomplete/Incorrect

                            The address on the AWB is correct and I also provided a phone number to call the consignee. Please check with the delivery person in order to call the consignee to locate the address.

                              I had to call them twice for delivery but still haven’t received any update nor my product.
                              Product status after tracking says the customer requested future delivery which I didn’t, they’re putting Whatever they want in the status and making the delay.
                              This explains blue dart is lacking in professionalism.

                                On 8th of Dec 2021, blue dart was supposed to deliver my HDFC welcome kit with AWB no. [protected] at my permanent address but even after 9 days it was not delivered. On 17th of Dec 2021, they messaged me that my parcel is returned at origin. When I called the customer care service ..they told me that is was returned to Kolkata as the service is not available at my address . The courier boy didn't even bothered to call me. If he would have called me, I would have collected it personally with necessary ID proof ..or they could have returned it to HDFC BRANCH but they didn't.
                                Even after re-attempt..till date I haven't received my parcel.. Because of this my account is blocked and I am facing many problems .so please solve my problem as soon as possible.

                                  My parcel containing my credit card reached Sardulgarh on Saturday 18-12-21, but the delivery person is not delivering allegedly and denied delivery to my village. The delivery person is not receiving my calls since 18-12-21 . I have called him a lot of times but the parcel is still not delivered to me even after 6 days.

                                    Good afternoon
                                    I am filling this complaint regarding the Blue dart Home delivery.
                                    During the application of my US VISA I opted for a Premium delivery charging 650 INR. So that my passport can be delivered directly at my home and so that I didn't have to take stress of visiting Blue Dart office.
                                    But today i. e 23/12/2021 i got a phone call from Blue Dart staff they said that you have to collect your passport from the office.
                                    If I still have to collect my passport from Blue dart courier service office and still have to pay 650 INR... Even after opting for your so called Premium delivery... Which means Door step delivery. Then what's the use of your premium delivery.

                                    Moreover when I visited Blue dart office for collecting my Passport and gently asked about what to do now do i still have to pay for it... Then one of the staff member misbehaved with me... Which is not at all tolerable.

                                    Its my request to you. Kindly look after this matter and if possible and applicable for a refund.

I have tracked my shipment they updated false update without attempt delivery.. how your delivery team update false update about my detail. I have made complaint in customer care. They are saying everyday u will get ur shipment today . But they updated again false statement in tracking.. they are playing with my order... Worst and poor service of bluedart. [censored] they are not come to my location. They simply updated the false statement about customer information.. in blue dart no one is working.. we are paying for courier.but they are not working for customer. Blue dart cheating the customer and earning money.. what a worst policy they have . Please ban blue dart. I need my delivery .. poor service.

                                        I want you to notice that I received a payment of 1269.56/- Rupees through Blue dart on 09 November, 2021. I made an Online payment but due to some reason it was on pending . the delivery boy was in rush and he told that Blue Dart never accepts double payment and ask us to made another payment this time my friend made online payment and was succeeded. after that my pending payment had also been succeeded. I had waited for two working days for my refund but I did not get any amount. I had contacted to my bank but they said that the payment had already been debited. I called customer support of blue dart so many times but they had not responded to my compliant. Its been more than a month, I request you to please resolve my issue as I have some other important work too.
