Hi team,

My parcel [protected] has not yet delivered but showing status as delivered.

I checked with delivery person who supposed to bring but he is stating as he will bring once he free out.

Parcel is business sensetive matterial, please help to get it delivered.

        I have ordered a laptop.And the delivery guy belongs to blue dart was not ready to delivery it at home.He was asking me to collect it on the day.I denied due to personal issues Because of that he misbehaved while delivery the item.He argued and suggested better to buy from the shop itself if you can't collect it from the place where they are ready to deliver.
        In the invoice it is written 653km.

        is this the manner that your staff have.Is this way to deal with the customers.

        Am extremely sorry tell that i was not expected this type of behaviour from blue dart.

        Delivery guy misbehaved.He was not ready to delivery at the address given.Just becz we demanded the delivery he shouted on us.

          Hello,
          We have a problem with the bluedart delivery. The delivery boy is not behaving properly and does not bring the product to the address and does not talk politely.

          Cheque book has been dispatched by IDFC Bank and your blue-dart delivery boy is not delivering the cheque book.

          When the product or post cannot be delivered to the address, it cancels the product and is saying "Consignee Refuted to Accept" in the reason.

            Dear Team, This is regarding Way Bill no [protected] to raise an issue against the behavior of Blue Dart Employee "Alok" who called me todat dt 4th Jan 2022 that he has reached at the destination at 4:49pm (mob [protected]) when I have asked to confirm the exact location he told me that he is not there? He confirmed that he will connect the material by today evening but later I have recd the SMS that Customer (myself) has requested for future delivery. I had to select tomorrow's date on the link but today I have realized that whatever I have heard about Blue Dart is not at all truth. If these kind of employees are working with you who are clearly lying then I definitely don't want to interact/use Blue Dart in the future. Will also give this feedback to Lenovo from where I have ordered the package and even make aware everybody in my network for the bad experience.                 Today by 17:30 I received a call from bluedart delivery boy and I gave him my address along with landmark but he did not turn up he did not even call me and wrote consignees address incomplete/incorrect in tracing details please help me it's about 43"tv.

                  I neither received a call on the number above nor any other form of communiation.
                  But I received a message stating that the consignment is delivered on 01-Jan-2022 at 7:38 and delivered to Raghu. I have not authorized any one to receive the consignment.
                  Please redress the issue at the earliest or pay cost of 10000.00

                    I received a message from bluedart stating that the consignment with waybill no: [protected] was dispatched.
                    Till now, i didn't receive any update. Today i tried to track the consignment status, the tracking details showing that the courier person tried to deliver the courier many times saying that the Cnee Refused Id/Otp Not Shared-Incorrect. I didn't receive a single call/sms from them regarding the delivery.
                    Blue Dart Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                        My consignment was supposed to be received on dec 27, 2020 but i have still not received it. The status shows: consignee shifted from the given address.
                        I had not receoved any call or email if they had any issue with finding my address.
                        This is fustrating.

                          I was at my home location the entire day and regularly following the update and tracking my order with blue dart. It's showed it's out for delivery at 16:15 on 29th Dec 2021 Hadapsar service centre. However around 9:30 pm i got an sms stating consignee not available ...this is poor customer service. I have rescheduled the delivery for 30th Dec 2021 between 9am to 1pm IST ...hoping it's delivered without any hassle...0 customer service

                              They are putting message on tracking "consigner address unlocatable". Normally this is not new story in the bluedart team. They are ready to deliver only nearer to their office. If the delivery address is bit long, simply the can put message is unlocatable.

                              the same address we are using in Amazon, Flipkart, Swiggy etc. but the never put the message " the consigner's address unlocatable".

                              We have mensioned the phone number clearly. they may call from nearer place to collect. But without taking any effort, they are putting wrong message in tracking.
                              That is Bluedart...

                                I have submitted the passport through blue dart where in they confirmed that i will received the receiving receipt on whats app .I have not received the same infact now not answering the calls on[protected] and also this is second time where they insist us to submit the same in the branch . If we are paying for pick up and drop then why we have to go and submit there ?
                                Please get me the receipt asap.

                                  I have ordered an item from itsy bitsy store. The shipment was out for delivery on 27th dec (yesterday). But I haven’t received it yet and now it shows the error - consignee’s address incomplete/incorrect. I tried calling the number but there’s no response. How do I fix this error? The receiver will not be at the same destination tomorrow so is there a way I can change the address of the item isn’t delivered today?

                                    The parcel was supposed to be delivered on 27th December 2021. Instead, the status changed to prohibited area/ entry restricted for delivery

                                    Not sure how it happened as i did not receive any call from the bluedart guys when they came to deliver nor any text.

                                    Please help me get my parcel asap. I'm not sure where to directly contact the people responsible. There is no direct contact number provided for the held location nor the address and the generic helpline is non-responsive.

                                        The package I am expecting shows out for delivery and then got updated as Unable to find location.

                                        The agent has not tried to reach me for details and I am unable to reach out to bluedart support to provide this detail.

                                        I live in a prime location and have regular delivery so this shouldn't be a problem. I have also provided a well known landmark when placing the order.

                                        Please assist in getting my package delivered.
