I had ordered a pair of headphones from ZRPL and they chose to ship the same through bluedart. The shipment has arrived at its facility but for a week they are showing address discrepancies and if I am contacting the customer care they are not receiving the call.

Please make sure they deliver the shipment ASAP.

      Hi this is our second shipment. which still has no new updates till yet from last 4 days. its supposed to deliver by tomorrow but has not left our nearest hun.

        Hi. our shipment which was sent within the same state is unable to reach the destination till yet. the destination is just 3 hrs ride or less than 100 kms from here. but even after complaining in mail, the shipment is still delayed. dont know why it is so hard for you to deliver so less distance shipment.

          Blue dart is not giving me my business shipment since 10 days because it has my old number which is discontinued now. I'm providing every detail to them including airway bill number, and my adhar. Yet they didn't hand me the package which cost me business loss. I have been writing complain mails since 10 days but there hasn't been any reply. Moreover, the number they have provided everywhere does not work. It's a very frustrating experience.

            Dear sir/mam, I have a Oneplus 6 phone. And it was not working well. So there is option in oneplus care app to book repair online and it will directly get transfer to banglore. So applied for this. Bluedart is official company who picks the parcel. Then blue dart associate came to my home. They picked up my parcel. But now parcel has not reached to the destination. They have lost somewhere. I have talked to them. They are giving any response. I am totally stuck in between. Please help me out over this issue.

              Way Bill No. [protected]

              I purchased spadiga mala on[protected]. Eta is 3rd December 2021. Bluedart is the package handler. The shipment has reached chennai, and is out for delivery on 3rd December, which is my city where i live. I wanted to know the delivery contact details of the courier or details of bluedart delivery boy so that i can either gather the package or can have the information of delivery in advance.

              I couldn't receive both, i was expecting a call from the bluedart delivery team so that they can locate me well, in case they have difficulty to reach out to me. That's why phone number is provided, right? Without a call bluedart team straightaway marked my address as incomplete, and to mention i didn't get a single response from bluedart on this.

              I made a tweet, wrote messages to bluedart on twitter handles, wrote mail and did a lot of efforts, all in vain.

              Now i am getting an error status that consignee's address is incorrect or incomplete. And have seen people hardly get resolution to this issue, what shall i do?

              If delivery boy even comes at the above landmark and calls me, the issue will be resolved. I will come up to gather the package.

                Hello Sonia,

                Please do let me know that you have the authority to make sure to delivery my parcel at my residence without fail today.

                The expected delivery was at 27th Nov 2021 but still it is not delivered.

                The way Bill number is [protected].

                I have being calling you folks on this number [protected] as per below and attached the screenshot with timing as well:

                Dec 1st - provided the alternate number, customer care executive said it will deliver on Dec 2nd, but not happened

                Dec 2nd - Again I have called you folks on the same number, they said the address is not proper and provided the residence address, they also said will be delivered on Dec 3rd 2021, but not happened. You folks should have got all the details at the first place when the customer calls at the first time.

                Dec 3rd - Again called today, they raised the complaint number 810177. They said, please wait for 2.5 hours a person named Amit will contact, why I need another person to contact me again, you have all the details in place already, I don't have any hope.

                So, wanted to escalate it to you.

                Just how many days we need to wait and test the customer patience, Blue Dart is affecting the customer psycology mentally.

                I have attached all the screenshots in place.

                Hope you will take some immediate action to rectify it.

                  The worst courier service in Shillong. They are withholding the order beyond the due date of delivery and they are the worst, poor, disgrace, unprofessional, pathetic service ever. They are holding the package and not even bother delivering the item..I haven't receive my parcel till today..

                    My package which is supposed to deliver on 1/12/2021 have not been delivered yet, And without any call From the courier service department they just put my package into exception or incomplete/incorrect address and now i am callimg your customer support nwmber from two days in the morning they said it would be delivered on 2/12/2021 upto 6.:00 pm and when i call them in the afternoon they just said my package should delivered tomorrow, And now it's been two days like this please help me to solve my problem as early as possible.

                    I have registered a complaint for my package is not delevered to me yet after so many calls and emails to the company they solve my problem, But it takes two days by them to completely solve my problem and delivering my package.

                      I had placed an order of Saregama Carvaan-Tamil. The order number is 509675. And the WayBill Number is [protected]. The status of tracking is showing "Consignee'S Address Unlocatable/Landmark", I waited for 1 day completely but I haven't received it yet. None of the delivery people has contacted me.

                        Package with consignment number [protected] hasn't arrived yet. What's wrong with you? Are you the only delivery service running in India? There are many other delivery services who are delivering before expected time but still this worthless bluedart is facing issues due to pandemic. Fabulous!
                        I have had 3 packages delivered through bluedart in my entire life and these were one of the biggest mistakes of my life. Bluedart's service is really pathetic. You don't care about customers' urgency, their need and their hard earned money.

                          Order status Waybill no 89720520750

                          My order waybill no is [protected]. My order was supposed to be delivered today as I got a text message at 4:53 PM. It was an iphone mini 12 with an exchange for an older model with a new one. The shipment did not arrive for 5 hours and then it was automatically cancelled with the message "Customer not ready with exchange".

                          Nobody from Bluedart even contacted me and asked me about anything. Instead you people automatically...

                          So I have ordered whey protein from a renowned brand and parcel was supposed to reach me on 29-nov-2021. I received a text on 29-Nov-2021 that the parcel was out for delivery.

                          But on 30-nov-2021 I received a message saying that the parcel is being returned due to incorrect consignee address, and if that were the case no one really bothered to call me to get the correct address.

                          My correct address (once again)

                          House number 62, Gali number7, Shri ram avenue, 88ft road, majitha road, amritsar - 143001. Landmark ; Near Bhabha High school.

                          If the delivery boy comes to the aforementioned landmark or calls me, the issue will be resolved.

                              AWB no - [protected] . This shipment status is showing delivered in portal online whereas this is not delivered at all in the shipment address. How strange and cheating this is. Date of incident - 30th Nov 2021

                                  I was supposed to receive my deliverables on 26th Nov. This is document from my bank. On 29th Nov, i still haven't received my deliverables.

                                  I got a call from Blue dart on 26th Nov, to confirm my address. I told them the address, and they said it will delivered on next day. Again i called on 27th Nov but still same response. I have called many times and always same response.

                                  Any one can reach on address mentioned...

                                  Very pathetic service... BLUE DART neither responds to mail nor to mobile... My parcel has received nearby hub 3 days prior. Despite of requesting to customer care number for speedy delivery because of requirement of medicine to my mother who is a cancer patient. I didn't get a single call.. I strongly don't recommend BLUE DART for any dispatch...
