HI Team,

The blue dart delivery people have not given me the product since 11th November saying certain reasons
i) Either its raining
ii) It's not possible to give just one parcel all the way from Angul to Kaniha
(it takes 1 hour on rad from Angul to Kaniha)

They have not been responding to my callls as well

The parcel was dispatched since 3rd Nov, however it hasn't reached me till 17th Nov within the states of India

I mean, its a thing to be thought about, parcels are not been delivered within states.

          I am waiting for the shipment since morning and the Sholinganallur blue dart has shamelessly lied that the consignee is not available ..this is a real case of fraud..worst behaviour from blue dart which was not expected

            Hi there,
            [protected]: this is my docket number.Last two days I am receiving a sms for out of delivery. But late in night your representative gives me a misscall for few seconds and when I call back he/she disconnect the call. Later I receive an sms saying delivery attempt failed. If you guys don't want to deliver properly why do you have this service. Attaching the call details of your delivery person. Let me know if you need more details else kindly sort out the issue.
            Plz stop making fool o[censored]s.

              Shipment Redirected On Same Awb

              Hi,

              My waybill number is [protected] and it reached Chennai on Nov 13, 2021. Today it is November 16 and yet to reach my address. It goes to a hub near my house and returns back to the main hub everytime.

              When I see their tracking wrong pincode and they have returned it to the hub.

              This is not the first time I am seeing "Shipment Redirected On Same Awb" and they take two more days to deliver.br...

              Delivery boy called me for address confirmation on 4 days back to delivered my HDFC welcome Kit, after that we continuously tried to call him but he denied my every call .

                  Sir/madam
                  I here by raise my complaint aftr facing same problem for 3-4 times…!!!

                  Courrier boy is not contacting me and for 3-4 iam recieving a mssg saying we couldn’t reach you we couldn’t reach you and they are sending the product back …!!!

                  And they were my prepaid orders…!!!

                  Please please try to fix this attitude of your employees…!!!

                  Being it a prepaid order wenever they contct me saying we will deliver today i need to drop all my plans and simply sit at home waiting for the parcel

                  And this problem i faced for 3-4 times in same month…!!!

                  Please fix this problem

                    Dear sir the courier boy not delever the doc in my home and no any call for me. wrongly he say consignee address unlocable landmark needed .I am calling bt road courier branch but not pick up my phone. kindly request you to resend my doc.if any problem call me

                        I am facing the same issue. Its been more than 8 days since the expected delivery date.
                        I don't know What to do, If they tell me where the package i will go get it.
                        I have mailed them about the urgency of the package several times.

                          My order from zivame having shipment no#[protected] had to be delivered today by bluedart courier but no one called me regarding the delivery of the shipment and updated false status that address un
                          not locatable/landmark needed. If the address was non locatable than the mobile number of the consignee was always available for contacting and locating the address but the employees of blue dart are giving wrong reasons and not even trying for delivery. Kindly look into this matter as it is too disappointing and too unprofessional.

                            I ordered a product in Ektarfa and they have used Bluedart service to courier my product. This is Blue Dart tracking number: [protected].
                            I didnt receive my product but I received SMS stating that it has been delivered.
                            I emailed Bluedart customer service and they mentioned that it has been package was delivered on 12th November 2021 at 13:55 to me. I didnt receive any call from the delivery boy and I doubt they are really looting customers valuables. I expect a response from Bluedart to arrange a call with delivery boy and they havent shared it yet.

                              As co. taking high charges for faster delivery but delivery was not made in given time but it was too delay and no one from BLUE DART take necessary action or responsibility for resolved it after several complaint.

                              Who is responsible for delay delivery for which we suffering lots of issue.

                              Take necessary action and compensate for delay delivery .

                                Date of incicent: 07th November 2021

                                My way bill number from BlueDart is [protected]

                                BlueDart claims that they have delivered my important original document to the concerned person by name "Yogesh Babu R" on 7th November 2021 in the evening, while none of them were at home on both 7th and 8th of November 2021.
                                I am concerned as to know to whom did BlueDart deliver my document?

                                I also raised a complaint via telephone with the BlueDart Customer care on 12th November 2021 and they promised me that they will trace and inform me within 24 Hours about the shipment. Apparently No action has been taken even when 24 hours has been past.

                                Can you please help me trace my document and have it delivered to right person?

                                      He asked me to come down and he wasn't even at my place and then when i said i cant come cause of my leg pain, he refused to deliver my courier and left rudely. and i have called 100 times later he dint pick my call at all. is this kind of guys representing your company.
