This is my sisters home . courier no [protected] is not delivered to me .your courier status says consinee shifted to the said address.its my sisters home. please its humble request to you please deliver my parcel as soon as possible.

Couple of weeks back, pick up was registered by VFS for passport pick up and it was cancelled due to pincode issue. It was registered again with full details of address and now it's been marked as incomplete address

I was expecting a call from the bluedart delivery team so that they can locate me well, in case they have difficulty to reach out to me. That's why phone number is provided, right? Without a call bluedart team straightaway marked my address as incomplete, and to mention i didn't get a single response from bluedart on this.

What's the need of providing contact details when no one is going to reach out for more details.This is highly unacceptable.

The delivery boy didn't came to my location sent me a missed call and when i told him to atleast come to my address and inform me he used abusive and foul language..
and it's challenge from my side if you didn't fire this person I'll go to court and file a police complaint against him and bluedart also

Hi very disappointing to write i got call on 19 Nov 2021 from delivery boy regarding my packet and ensured to deliver it but till today 22 Nov 2021 neither he picked my call nor he delivered my packet

I got a same message saying location cannot be located…!!!
Where as i got another parcel from other courrier company on same address …!!!

Why your delivery boys are facing this problem…??
Why they dont call us on the mentioned Mobile number..??

My AWB number [protected], this contains some very important documents, Expected delivery date was 16th November, but haven't received it yet. Since then customer service is not providing any details like cause of the delay, status of the package etc. They just lodge complaints at their end and thats it. Unfortunately Customer service just follows a standard template to handle concerns and is of no real help. Total useless department. br...

My son had to fly on 21st November 2021. they dispatched passport after taking from VFS for thrice, but it got returned for thrice.Third time was sent to the default address as advised by the courier company. Sir, my name is Nipan das..my AWD no is [protected] booked on 17 Nov 2021..origin pin code is "781335" and destination pin code is "500015". and the weight of the shipment is "1750" grams...The agent taken Rs 600/- for the shipment. Which is too high cost for the shipment..so i request you to confirm the actual cost to be required for delivery the shipment and if he taken extra amount then please return me the amount . also take action againt the agent. This message is to just inform how poor blue darts services are. My order from nyka was set to be delivered at 12th November. The delivery boy called and at night 9:30 PM and asked me to take the order so I refused as it was really late at night and I wasn’t comfortable. The next day i called the delivery boy and asked him at what time will you come, he said my parcel is lost and go talk to my supervisor and gave me his number. After calling the supervisor 10 times he answered the call and very very rudely he said its lost and cancel it. Then i asked him to deliver asap so he was yelling at me and said madam i will make it deliver by 17th November only before that I won’t or you can cancel it. Then i also registered a complaint with customer care of nyka and blue dart both on 15th November. Today is 17th and i called the supervisor again at 8 PM and he laughed & said I forgot about it and please come and receive it by yourself. And this is not the first time i am having problems with blue dart. On the day of diwali the same delivery boy came at 11:30 PM midnight and asked me to collect the parcel. I had to collect it as it was from my office side.

The blue dart delivery people have not given me the product since 11th November saying certain reasons
i) Either its raining
ii) It's not possible to give just one parcel all the way from Angul to Kaniha
(it takes 1 hour on rad from Angul to Kaniha)

They have not been responding to my callls as well

The parcel was dispatched since 3rd Nov, however it hasn't reached me till 17th Nov within the states of India

I mean, its a thing to be thought about, parcels are not been delivered within states.
