Hi my way bill number is [protected] and i was supposed to receive my parcel today but it instead shows the "Prohibited Area-Entry Restricted For Delivery" message. Please help me, this is the first time its happening and i have absolutely no idea what that means.

My waybill no [protected] which is a product of Apple Silicon case has shown online retuned on the very date it was supposed to be delivered. No deliver person came to my address or ever called me. And without my consent product is returned to the company.

Morbi Bluedart's office provides inferior service.
They call us to collect the parcel otherwise they send it back.

It hasn't been delivered for the past two days when I keep getting updates on its delivery. The agent supposed to deliver it didn't try to contact me. He gave me such a short ring that it was not possible to pick up the call. When I returned the call twice, he didn't pick it up. Delivery agent name - Bhupendra. His contact number [protected]
Please hire people interested in doing their job. Very poor service by Bhupendra. Rectify the situation immediately.

Your services is not satisfactory at all. SBI has sent me a urgent document via Blue Dart Express - EJR SERVICE CENTRE. C/O JETEX PARCEL SYSTEMS. 419, G-BLOCK, NEW ALIPORE. NEAR NEW ALIPORE COLLEGE. KOLKATA-700053. But 4 days over and till now no body came to my place. When I am tracking with waybill no, your site is asking that my address incorrect. which is totally wrong statement. That ERJ service is a fraud agency....

I have been calling Bluedart customer care daily and getting different responses from the team. One guy is saying order is still im Mumbai another is saying the order has reached Bangalore but no idea on when it will be delivered but they will send an email to check status

Pathetic, have some empathy on customers. End of the day we are paying for the service it’s not free

My Order from DrTrust.in was Shipped using Blue Dart(AWB [protected]).Its a YOGA MAT.When it reached my city and the time for delivery came, the Delivery guy called and said to Pick-Up the item from Distribution Center because the item was "too big" to fit in his bag and in the evening i got a Whatsapp from Shiprocket (#135596) the company which gave the consignment to BLUE DART, Saying order was not delivered because I wasn't available at the time of Delivery.That's ridiculous to say the least.I am willing to share more information but the above information should be sufficient.

I got tracking message from bluedart in that the deliver date is 20 but still I didn't received my courier and the courier guy today called me telling that he was not able to deliver my courier due to some road construction is going on here I am telling him in another way but he is not listening my words properly and my courier is also weight and he telling me that I can only go collect the courier it's door deliver right but why they not do their work properly still I didn't received my courier

I recently ordered an outfit from House of Masaba (needless to say it's an expensive pre-paid product) and it was supposed to be delivered through blue dart on Nov 22 (as per their tracking timeline.)
I didn't receive any product but at 11:33 pm at night, I received an SMS stating that the product is delivered to me (the messages said collected the parcel and now the tracking portal is showing it as delivered.br...

I was supposed to get my package delivered it to me on 22Nov2021 and was shipped on 18Nov2021 .
On 23Nov2021 I was informed by customer care that my package has been lost and cannot be found.
The person who was transporting the vehicle stopped somewhere and some one took the package it seems.
How can they be so careless ?
When I ask the customer care who is responsible for this they are telling that the seller...

I received call from delivery boy to collect my ICICI bank credit card from his convenient place. I requested him to deliver the same at my address. But he refused with the reason that he has no vehicle !
Moreover, he reported wrong feedback that my address is not proper!
And I could not receive my credit card.

Couple of weeks back, pick up was registered by VFS for passport pick up and it was cancelled due to pincode issue. It was registered again with full details of address and now it's been marked as incomplete address

I was expecting a call from the bluedart delivery team so that they can locate me well, in case they have difficulty to reach out to me. That's why phone number is provided, right? Without a call bluedart team straightaway marked my address as incomplete, and to mention i didn't get a single response from bluedart on this.

What's the need of providing contact details when no one is going to reach out for more details.This is highly unacceptable.

The delivery boy didn't came to my location sent me a missed call and when i told him to atleast come to my address and inform me he used abusive and foul language..
and it's challenge from my side if you didn't fire this person I'll go to court and file a police complaint against him and bluedart also

Hi very disappointing to write i got call on 19 Nov 2021 from delivery boy regarding my packet and ensured to deliver it but till today 22 Nov 2021 neither he picked my call nor he delivered my packet

I got a same message saying location cannot be located…!!!
Where as i got another parcel from other courrier company on same address …!!!

Why your delivery boys are facing this problem…??
Why they dont call us on the mentioned Mobile number..??
