        Blue dart is holding my important original documents

        My AWB number [protected], this contains some very important documents, Expected delivery date was 16th November, but haven't received it yet. Since then customer service is not providing any details like cause of the delay, status of the package etc. They just lodge complaints at their end and thats it.         I ordered a Mini ZVS induction heater for a project. The shipment is showing the status as "consignee's address incomplete/incorrect bluedart issue". I called the customer care number[protected] but no use the call did not even go through it.

          Passport returned 3 times /Not delivered

          Very Disappointed service of bluedart. My son had to fly on 21st November 2021. they dispatched passport after taking from VFS for thrice, but it got returned for thrice.Third time was sent to the default address as advised by the courier company.             This message is to just inform how poor blue darts services are. My order from nyka was set to be delivered at 12th November. The delivery boy called and at night 9:30 PM and asked me to take the order so I refused as it was really late at night and I wasn’t comfortable. The next day i called the delivery boy and asked him at what time will you come, he said my parcel is lost and go talk to my supervisor and gave me his number. After calling the supervisor 10 times he answered the call and very very rudely he said its lost and cancel it. Then i asked him to deliver asap so he was yelling at me and said madam i will make it deliver by 17th November only before that I won’t or you can cancel it. Then i also registered a complaint with customer care of nyka and blue dart both on 15th November. Today is 17th and i called the supervisor again at 8 PM and he laughed & said I forgot about it and please come and receive it by yourself. And this is not the first time i am having problems with blue dart. On the day of diwali the same delivery boy came at 11:30 PM midnight and asked me to collect the parcel. I had to collect it as it was from my office side.

            I also have registered a complaint with blue dart and nyka on 15th November and no action are taken yet.

              HI Team,

              The blue dart delivery people have not given me the product since 11th November saying certain reasons
              i) Either its raining
              ii) It's not possible to give just one parcel all the way from Angul to Kaniha
              (it takes 1 hour on rad from Angul to Kaniha)

              They have not been responding to my callls as well

              The parcel was dispatched since 3rd Nov, however it hasn't reached me till 17th Nov within the states of India

              I mean, its a thing to be thought about, parcels are not been delivered within states.

                        [protected]: this is my docket number.Last two days I am receiving a sms for out of delivery. But late in night your representative gives me a misscall for few seconds and when I call back he/she disconnect the call. Later I receive an sms saying delivery attempt failed. If you guys don't want to deliver properly why do you have this service. Attaching the call details of your delivery person. Let me know if you need more details else kindly sort out the issue.

                          Shipment Redirected On Same Awb

                          Hi,

                          My waybill number is [protected] and it reached Chennai on Nov 13, 2021. Today it is November 16 and yet to reach my address. It goes to a hub near my house and returns back to the main hub everytime.

                          When I see their tracking wrong pincode and they have returned it to the hub.

                          This is not the first time I am seeing "Shipment Redirected On Same Awb" and they take two more days to deliver.br...

                              I here by raise my complaint aftr facing same problem for 3-4 times…!!!

                              Courrier boy is not contacting me and for 3-4 iam recieving a mssg saying we couldn’t reach you we couldn’t reach you and they are sending the product back …!!!

                              And they were my prepaid orders…!!!

                              Please please try to fix this attitude of your employees…!!!

                              Being it a prepaid order wenever they contct me saying we will deliver today i need to drop all my plans and simply sit at home waiting for the parcel

                              And this problem i faced for 3-4 times in same month…!!!
