No delivery and rude behaviour of the agent

1. Please refer Tracking ID no[protected].
The consignment was booked on 10 Sep however same has not been delivered thik date.
2. The delivery agent has called my guest on 15 Sep from his mobile no [protected] and insisted to come and collect the items from him. Cannot provide consignment details exact location

Address:blue dart

I used to called up customer care in which i usually informed that my goods is in transit. some people told me it reaches Kona ware house Kolkata while other told me its in transit from Bangalore to Kolkata. It was despatch on 6/09/2021 from Bangalore in which nobody can inform me the consignment location till today i.e 17/09/2021. Iam so worried. Please help...

Do not deliver at door step as they claim

Blue dart never deliver at doorstep as they claim. Staff is nonsense and put call on hold or block number. They return parcel and ask customers to come to city to pick parcels instead of deliver at proper address. Very poor service ....

Courier association open the box/manually he packed

Hi Team,

In my life one of worst experience in bluedart courier. Today morning I got one product. In that time parcel look like good. Once I opened the parcel. There only available in the product in that parcel without box and that product look like old(used product may I guess). Regarding a fraud consignment at Kochi - Waybill No 78548594714

Address:Mundanchery House, ARC 120,PHC road, Cheranalloor,Kerala ,India

I have a grievance/ complaint against the COD related to the Waybill No [protected] which was delivered to me on Sep 14th, Noon.

What I was expecting was an Educational Solar Power Robot Kit of Worth 1500 Rs.

but to my agony, it was a robot car worth Rs. 300.

When the vendor called me for the delivery address, they confirmed that there is a Return policy for a week .

Package not delivered even after repeated complaints

My package was due to be delivered on 11 sep but I did not get any call from the delivery boy, later the status showed that my address was incorrect even though I've provided the correct address. The next day i registered my complaint with CUSTOMER care and they assured me that by the end of the day, I'd receive my product. To my surprise, the delivery boy did not call even once and later updated the status as address incorrect....

I ordered a product from POP IT OUT website, which was supposed to be delivered today, 13th Septemeber 2021, but has been delayed by giving the reason that the "CONSIGNEE'S ADDRESS UNLOCATABLE/LANDMARK NEEDED."

I gave the same address that I give to Amazon, Flipkart and other similar websites but I have never experienced this kind of issue.

Delay in Delivery and refusal to deliver

But was refused to be delivered at night around 8.45 by the delivery guy...
And he updated to reschedule by saying no one was available to take the order...

Courier not Pick Up

After waiting for 72hours no one visited to collect the courier

Air Condition from Tata Cliq

As per their 9th September update my they attempted delivery of my product at 8.17 PM but my area is under restriction. Which is totally wrong information. I didn't receive any call also from them.
Why the hell bluedart take consignment delivery from brands when they have so cheap delivery service.
It's so irritating to see how they are working.

Delay in delivery of my order

I had a shipment scheduled to be delivered from Bluedart with number shipment#[protected].

The current status of the shipment as marked by bluedart tracking is "Consignee'S Address Unlocatable/Landmark".

However, no one contacted or called me. My address is very clearly updated and I receive multiple parcels with the same updated address seamlessly with other courier service without any issue.

Letter not delivered to consignee

A courier letter sent from chennai to mumbai has not been delivered. altgough blue dart confirms delivery, the consignee has not received the same
Proof, Blue dart provided a pdf document which shows a different name of recepient and no relation or phone etc is mentioned
There is no signature to verify the recepient
This is an important government document
Blue dart has not initiated any actions to track the wrong...
