        I didn't get my delivery in time this is happening 3time for me and today also mised the delivery and they told me silly reasons. It's not correct I have very important courier but I'm not get it in time. They message me finally like this

          In the afternoon I got message that your pakage will delivered today.
          At 9pm I got message that your pakage is delivered acknowledge it. I checked on bluedart website it is showing delivered.
          Need help for it. I want my pakage delivered safely.

            I order item on floweraura.com and item is to deliever by bluedart.com on 21 Oct 21 but till the date item not yet delievery and item is final destination station and no response from courier company .Order is placed on my wife name. No response from product company nd courier company

              My delivery waybill: [protected] was never attempted. At 12:25 on 25/10/2021, the status was out for delivery.
              It was an extremely urgent package and I was waiting all day at home just to receive this package. My area and premises are not restricted either and deliveries and movement are free and allowed at all hours of the day.
              However no delivery person came, no one called my phone, at 19:26 on 25/10/2021, I see the status automatically changed to 'Prohibited Area-Entry Restricted For Delivery'.
              This is a lie. Nobody even attempted this delivery.
              This is absolute crap service and very very unprofessional and dishonest from such a brand. Please resolve!

                  This is happening to me for 2nd time. I belong to hisar city. If delivery persons is not able to deliver due to work load or other personal reasons, they update fake status and go home in the evening.

                  My last order was on same address and i received it without any hassle. Then how can someone update `Consignee'S Address Unlocatable/Landmark`
                  Without even Calling the customer.

                  It was Saturday and they wanted to go home asap, they didn't deliver it.
                  Why they didn't update the status that delivery next day.

                  Why customer has to call every time and scold delivery guys. If they do not want to work fire them.

                  I repeat this is happening to me for the 2nd time.

                    I have requested for gift against my sbi credit card redeemed points, both the gift ref no[protected] code ak1223 &referance no[protected] code ak709,
                    both gift was send through blue dart courier but is not delivered to my address, 1st one is showing returned back but till date my points are not reverted back though complain is given, second gift mentioned is showing delivered by blur dart courier but i have not received, it is totally fraud and till date sbi is not taking any responsibility.

                      The delivery boy refused to deliver my package on the delivery date. He just call me and I missed it but just after 1 min I call him back and then he said that he will deliver it on Monday. I said I need this Today so please deliver it just now. But he said that you have to pick it from the main bus stop. Why should I pick it from the place where was he? And I said that I will complain about him but he said no worry. So is this a service of Blue Dart that if I missed a call and just after 1 min I call him back then he refused to delivery it, and I didn't received it on time. I really want that blue dart should take an action against him (mob. no. - [protected])

                        My blue dart courier got delivered to a different address and it's showing delivered.its an important electronic gadget . Why is there no check done to ensure if it is delivered to the correct person or not .

                        Who is Bariksec?I don't know him. Why don't you check the name before delivering or confirm by calling given number

                        Please resolve this issue at the earliest.

                          I have ordered some products from Patanjali and the package is supposed to get delivered by Bluedart courier company, AWB no. [protected]
                          I have ordered on 2nd of October 2021 but still my order is not delivered by Bluedart.
                          There is no latest update in the tracking site of bluedart for AWB no. [protected] and no one bother to inform me about the delay and any reason for the same.
                          The package contain food items and I do not understand the reason of such delay and that too without informing.
                          Kindly look into it and get it resolved.

                            I had a consignment to be received today. And it was shown as 'Out for Delivery', in the morning, while tracking. But now the status is updated as: "Consignee'S Address Unlocatable/Landmark".
                            I have given proper address, with landmark, and no one has contacted me till this time.
                            The consignment is o[censored]tmost importance to me, and I am not able to call the customer care number also (telling the number does not exists).

                                    If you dont know how to Run Courier Business then please shutdown your business ..Today Afternoon Time i got the message that "We will Deliver Your Shipment (Amb No [protected]) Today .And i waited Till Evening to collect the parcel .But Just now i got a message that in not available at my delivery Location ..So This Just ###.When i check statua on yiur website its showing Consignee Is Not Available .What Does Mean ? are you guys joking With Me ? The Whe im there in my Home only to collect the parcel and your Puting this Reason ..If Not Acceptable .If there Any Rider Delivery Problem Or Server Problem Then I can understand your Problem.But Your Puting wrong Status on Your Website .So its completely Not Acceptable So im Requesing To you Kindly Please BE ON YOUR COMMITMENT DONT CHEAT WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS..AND KINDLY DELIVER MY PARCEL ASAP.OR ELSE I HAVE TO FILE A LEGAL COMPLAINT AGAINST YOUR FAKE STATUS AND COMMITMENTS..

                                      The blue dart delivery associate is updating the entry form pas days (8 days) that Consignee did not accept the package. Whereas there is no record of their employee to contact me or even send message for the delivery. And given your company's past track records its not surprising for this to happen again. And I don't know the employee name cause first they dont provide and second he haven't contacted me or even called me. And Their employee have audacity to upload a fake update entry. Or your employee know the whole Jabalpur that you dont needed to call even once. And here I am receiving notifications from Nykaa to re send the order explaining them why i have "NOT RECIEVED THE PACKAGE". If this problem is note resolved by 18.10.21
                                      And despite of all this they updated the status to holding package at the facility and yesterday i receive an email that my given contact details are wrong and my number was not reachable.
                                      In the history of online shopping this has not happened. I don't know what the problem is with the blue dart team that they can not communicate and deliver the package. Even after continous complaint the problem have not been resolved
                                      Also as i updated at the nykaa site my preferred date of delivery on 18.10.21 i was constantly checking the tracking details there was no update on the site about it and one day after i receive their email from customer care.
                                      Yet now yesterday only AGAIN i updated the status at the Nykaa app.

                                        Blue dart package did not received by the given time by the company harassment of customer calling to the service centre to collect the package but the package has not arrived 3 to 4 times when there but very rude behaviour and they do not give a ear to what the complaint was.
