Courier Booked from Chennai to Patna ( Bihar) on 25th Sept 2021 but till date...I couldn't get the parcel.

    I have applied credit card from hdfc bank and it was dispatched on 9 oct 2021 for Amritsar yesterday i got message that my courier will be delivered on 10th October but after some time it shows consignee's address is incomplete but if delivery boy had called me it can be solved AWB no. Is [protected] please resolve it and send it to below address of not i can also visit bluedart office. My address is

        The parcel was supposed to delivered on 8th October. Instead the status changed to held at location with tag - prohibited area/ entry restricted for delivery

        Not sure how it happened as i did not receive any call from the blue dart guys when they came to deliver nor any text.

        Please help me get my parcel asap. Am not sure where to directly contact the people responsible. There is not direct contact number provided for the held location nor the address and the generic helpline is non-responsive.

          Hello Blue Dart,
          my tracking code is [protected].
          estimated delivery date was on 8th October 2021. In website they have updated as "delivery attempted premise was closed", truth was no person was contacted me whole day i was in home. so then i called to customer service on 9th of October[protected], they told me that they will deliver product today EOD. but i have received no call from blue dart.
          but in website updated as "shipment out for delivery" at 19:19 of 9th October 2021 and then at 21:00 of 9th October 2021 updated as "consignee out of station". i was waiting whole day for service.
          they are simply updating status without making attempt to deliver and that to in non working hours simply updating status as out for delivery.
          I would like to request blue dart to consider the issue seriously and do the needful.
          i hope will get my product ASAP.

            I would like to inform blue dart that your delivery person Mr. Praful Vanmali firstly asked me to come to Blue dart's office and collect my checkbook which was to be delivered to my home. When I refused to come to the blue dart's office then he came down to my building and throwed the checkbook from ground floor towards me on first floor. What a careless activity blue dart. He don't even came till house. Such a lazy person.

              My parcel is tuck from 3 days at City which only 60km from my place What the pathetic service is that. BLUEDART has no customer care number or poll where we can resolve issues, basically it's a uniway service by which they don't take care of customer view.

                A government document parcel was to be delivered to me at the residential address. But at the time no one was available at that address. The guy delivered it to someone else without even checking the identity proof. I asked them to get back my parcel but they didn't do it. Now I have lost my Parcel.

                  My shipment is [protected]
                  I was suppose to receive my shipment by today as per what I had received through an SMS by Blue Dart. I was waiting at the given address for the shipment to be received the entire day however to my surprise when I tracked my shipment at 3:30 PM the status reflected no consignee available at the given address so my shipment has returned. Now the question is neither I received any call nor did I leave my house for a fraction of a second. Upon calling there customer service first the lines were busy and then I was asked to recharge my phone number for there xyz charges per second. I recharged my phone and the money also got detucted as per the call rate but I could not reach any one. Such unprofessional fraud company should be banned from being in the market.

                    My credit card was send from bank to my parmanent address in village. But when delivery person contacted me. He said there is no service to my given location. So I asked him to deliver to another address which was in serviceable area. He said he has to ask in office and get back to me. 2 days after I got sms that delivery was made but I was not there. So help me resolve this issue. Ref no.[protected]

                        I have not received my chequebook for my canara bank account.
                        The courier person called me on 2nd October and told that he deliver the next day. The shipment status showing Out for delivery from last 4 days. Also call is not connecting to customercare [protected].
                        Today, the person again called and told it will b delivered tomorrow.
                        Everyday call coming from BlueDart but no one is delivering the product. I wrote to the bank and bluedart. They are also not taking it seriously.
                        Please deliver the chequebook courier as soon as possible to the following address mentioned in my KYC.

                        Please do the needful.

                          We normally request not to send via BlueDart.But some company have tie up and they send the item

                            My mailed dated 1st October below to Bluedart:
                            My waybill no:[protected] reached at the delivery location on 1st october 2021. I reached the hubli bluedart office to enquire on the same with my exchange product. The executive told me that the concerned executive who is supposed to check exchange is absent and asked me come next day. And now when I check the status its updated as "Customer not ready with exchange". First of all no delivery attempt happend and secondly I reached the bluedart office with exchange product and in return the current blames the customer. Is this the ethical practice. This is 3rd time I am facing such inevident status update by Bluedart. Any idea of improving customer service?

                            After the above mail they replied saying that the they resolve the issue and again on 5th October they did they the same thing, My mail to bluedart on 5th October below.:

                            Again the same update by the bluedart office. Wrong status update. They didnt even call me and blaming on me.
                            I dont want this order to be delivered. Kindly return it to the sender. I am no more accepting pathetic bluedart service. Let me post about this is public forum.

                            Kind request to everyone never ever opt for fraudulent and pathetic bluedart. Such an unethical behaviour

                            Bluedart service is not what a customer is expecting. The product was to be delivered was marked out for delivery twice and blaming customer is not ready with exchange status. I got a mail stating that address is not serviceable even when I saw bluedart guy delivering in my society. If address is not serviceable then I please request bluedart to take up the delivery orders and blame the customers for their fault.

                                Shipment redirected on same awb,wrong pin code

                                After my order came only 100km far it shows "Shipment redirected on same AWB".
                                Even after i gave the correct pincode which i use everytime.

                                Delivery boy not delivered my product and not initiated with me before come to my place when i live alone and i was not at my house due to my court work.

                                  My consignment with way bill number- [protected] has no update after 20th september. I called many times to customer service, they told that they will respond and give update for my consignment but got no response. They simply registered my complaint with number- 790738, and take no action.
