My delivery waybill: [protected] was never attempted. At 12:25 on 25/10/2021, the status was out for delivery.
It was an extremely urgent package and I was waiting all day at home just to receive this package. My area and premises are not restricted either and deliveries and movement are free and allowed at all hours of the day.
However no delivery person came, no one called my phone, at 19:26 on 25/10/2021, I see the status automatically changed to 'Prohibited Area-Entry Restricted For Delivery'.
This is a lie. Nobody even attempted this delivery.
This is absolute crap service and very very unprofessional and dishonest from such a brand. Please resolve!
