Status: Prohibited Area-Entry restricted for delivery

Dear Sir/Ma’am,

My waybill no. is: [protected]

This is a 65inches TV to be delivered by 11th September, 2021. On tracking my shipment, I notice the status as “Prohibited area-Entry restricted for delivery “. This status usually doesn’t end up delivering the product to the customer. Its an extremely fragile and expensive TV and I would request you to please look into the status of this shipment and help...

I have a parcel that was to be delivered today.. It was out for delivery since morning..
But was refused to be delivered at night around 8.45 by the delivery guy...
And he updated to reschedule by saying no one was available to take the order...
I then called the delivery guy ... He said come to some location to take the order from him

    Airway bill no - [protected]

    After waiting for 72hours no one visited to collect the courier

    From last 3 days, I am tracking with the same Airway bill no, Blue Dart Executive reschedule the same and after that he update his remarks that Request cancelled from customer End, but the Executive not visited to collect the same.
    Please contact me..or resolve mine issue or I will going to tweet the same.

      As per their 9th September update my they attempted delivery of my product at 8.17 PM but my area is under restriction. Which is totally wrong information. I didn't receive any call also from them.
      Why the hell bluedart take consignment delivery from brands when they have so cheap delivery service.
      It's so irritating to see how they are working.
      I need to know why the hell Bluedart made that comment.

      It's just disgracing to courier service how bluedart work.

      You have to get my order to deliver correctly to my address else I will be bound to go into further action from my end.

        I had a shipment scheduled to be delivered from Bluedart with number shipment#[protected].

        The current status of the shipment as marked by bluedart tracking is "Consignee'S Address Unlocatable/Landmark".

        However, no one contacted or called me. My address is very clearly updated and I receive multiple parcels with the same updated address seamlessly with other courier service without any issue.

        Even the company from where I ordered the parcel used ECOMEX for delivering my last two orders and I did not have any issue with it.

        The issue only seems to be with Bluedart. I suggest them to hire appropriate staff who would actually try to locate the address and call the customer in case they have any issue locating the address instead o[censored]pdating the status like that.

        I would like the bluedart to address my concern and deliver my parcel as soon as possible.

            A courier letter sent from chennai to mumbai has not been delivered. altgough blue dart confirms delivery, the consignee has not received the same
            Proof, Blue dart provided a pdf document which shows a different name of recepient and no relation or phone etc is mentioned
            There is no signature to verify the recepient
            This is an important government document
            Blue dart has not initiated any actions to track the wrong delivery

                I did not received my shipment which is having my Debit card. It shows it is delivered to Saumya but my name is Nitesh. Below is the message I received
                Thank you for cooperating in the contactless delivery of your shpt vide Blue Dart Awb#[protected] to SAUMYA. Please acknowledge delivery on https://bludrt.page.link/gW1iE

                I tried to call the call center but no response. I tried to send email to customer care but its showing this service is not available. Why my Debit card is handed over to wrong person and who will be responsible in case of fraud. Please update me ASAP.

                  Today morning in have received a message from the delivery partner like the below as I will receive my delivery today, but when I have contacted them they haven't replied properly yet, I lost my trust in BlueDart. The issue is i have once I received this message from you I have told to my manager like I will receive my product today, so I will start working from tomorrow morning. But here still I haven't received my product yet. Please help on this matter as soon as possible.🙏🙏

                        I sent a package through Blue Dart on 25th Aug and after four days, the tracking shows shipment delivered on 27th August and recipient by "Self". However, no one was at home at the time of delivery (18:11). Now I do not know the status. The delivery person didnot even call.
                        This is extremely disappointing and I need to recover my package urgently.
                        The toll free number does not allow to talk to any company person. How do I recover the package?

                              I was supposed to receive my package on 2 sep but today it's 4 sep and still i haven't received my package.

                                    I am very much pleased with the services provided by Blue Dart couriers. It's very much punctual rather I can say it's almost before time. But sorry to say that the delivery agency placed at Kunnamangalam, Calicut in Kerala which is 2 kms from my residence, is not at all delivering the courier to the address. They always say that pls collect it from the agency. I have had this same experience previously several times. Once I insisted them to deliver at the address and they delayed it for 3 days. Today also I had to collect it from the agency. AWB No.[protected]. Blue Dart please issue strict instructions to your agencies to deliver the goods to the address.
