The product is not upto the mark, demo showed 4 number of books and pen and eraser duster type, but we getting only 2 books and not getting pen and duster

I have not received my chequebook for my canara bank account.
The courier person called me on 2nd October and told that he deliver the next day. The shipment status showing Out for delivery from last 4 days. Also call is not connecting to customercare [protected].
Today, the person again called and told it will b delivered tomorrow.
Everyday call coming from BlueDart but no one is delivering the product. I wrote to the bank and bluedart. They are also not taking it seriously.
Please deliver the chequebook courier as soon as possible to the following address mentioned in my KYC.

Please do the needful.

I have never got anything delivered and so is the case with many of my friends and colleagues in Northeast.

We normally request not to send via BlueDart.But some company have tie up and they send the item

My mailed dated 1st October below to Bluedart:
My waybill no:[protected] reached at the delivery location on 1st october 2021. I reached the hubli bluedart office to enquire on the same with my exchange product. The executive told me that the concerned executive who is supposed to check exchange is absent and asked me come next day. And now when I check the status its updated as "Customer not ready with exchange". First of all no delivery attempt happend and secondly I reached the bluedart office with exchange product and in return the current blames the customer. Is this the ethical practice. This is 3rd time I am facing such inevident status update by Bluedart. Any idea of improving customer service?

After the above mail they replied saying that the they resolve the issue and again on 5th October they did they the same thing, My mail to bluedart on 5th October below.:

Again the same update by the bluedart office. Wrong status update. They didnt even call me and blaming on me.
I dont want this order to be delivered. Kindly return it to the sender. I am no more accepting pathetic bluedart service. Let me post about this is public forum.

Kind request to everyone never ever opt for fraudulent and pathetic bluedart. Such an unethical behaviour

Hi, My order was marked delivered in the morning while it was not even delivered, I wasn't even contacted for order delivery and it's been completed.

BlueDart Order - [protected]

After my order came only 100km far it shows "Shipment redirected on same AWB".
Even after i gave the correct pincode which i use everytime.
Tracking id #[protected]...

My waybill no. is [protected].
Delivery boy not delivered my product and not initiated with me before come to my place when i live alone and i was not at my house due to my court work.
Now he is denying to deliver my product.
Please help

My consignment with way bill number- [protected] has no update after 20th september. I called many times to customer service, they told that they will respond and give update for my consignment but got no response. They simply registered my complaint with number- 790738, and take no action.

It's has been 1.5 years till now package is not delivered.to the location and it's not returned to me as well
There is no response from the blue dart team

As per massage from Blue dart parcel having AWB#[protected] is delivered to Pujjari on 28/09/2021 about 2pm.
But I have not received any parcel from blue dart on above said date and time.
Please let me know whom you have delivered it what is his contact number.
Hopping you will solve this issue ASAP.

Blue Dart Delivery Agent Vikas (as per true caller) called me on Wednesday 22, Sep 2021 late evening for the address details and according to him he is new to that area so he told he will come next day, but next day instead of delivering the package he marked it as "Consignee Not Available" and when I called him he told it is raining here so he will come tomorrow.
But today is 25 Sep 2021 and my package is still not delivered. br...

The product has been not been delivered at the address it has not been visited and been said that the address is not proper from last 4 times I have to visit to the office to take the product

I recently ordered an iPhone 20w charger and today on 22september got a message saying your item has been dispatched and will reach at your doorstep, suddenly at the end of the day order status changed to prohibited area & a new message saying address related issues kindly find an urgent solution ASAP or refund my amount

It is very sad that your person shown or updated wrong status which is delivery attempted and premises closed.
I and my family available at this address 24*7 as this is our residence, no one attempted delivery for the subjected Waybill, I was waiting whole day to receive the materials after receiving the msg that it was out for delivery.
So, pls fix this type of issue there should be a manner i[censored]ndelivered then pls take your responsibilty that yes we could not deliver today, do not show wrong status.
This is second time we have faced this type of issue and then also I wrote this kind of suggestion.

This complaint is regarding the blue dart service in portblair, to the pincode 744101. I have bought multiple orders to that particular pincode...and numerous have been delivered. But sometimes for no reason, me even without getting any phone call from them in the provided phone nmbr, my address is declared not reachable . Despite reaching the destination pincode and blue dart office, I am not being given door delivery, which is very annoying.

Today I was supposed to get the parcel with AWB nmbr [protected]. Instead I got a msg saying the provided address is not reachable, as I complained to u above. I also did not receive any phone call from the office in Port Blair.

I request you to please look into this issue!

I ordered the product ( bell bottom) from Meesho on 13 September 2021 and on 17 September 2021 delivery boy delivered the product and when I opened the order I found that there was no bell bottom instead of having an old and used jeans. I called on number mentioned on the bill but the call owner said it was fake. I called blue dart delivery boy he said it's not his duty.So I called Meesho customer care they asked for bank details. Then I dropped an email to blue dart they replied with sorry but when I asked how I exchange my product they haven't reply me yet.

Power cut for past 1 hour. Rain stopped already but still power didn't came

My parcel [protected] was not deliver from last 3 days. When i call to customer care they said it will deliver tomorrow and today they told me the reason in delay was heavy rainfall but there is no rainfall in moga. Your employers are great lier. From last 3 days my parcel location is moga, punjab.

I purchase products by blue Dart but the product was wrong and very cheap I don't purchase anything...please refund my money
