I sent a package through Blue Dart on 25th Aug and after four days, the tracking shows shipment delivered on 27th August and recipient by "Self". However, no one was at home at the time of delivery (18:11). Now I do not know the status. The delivery person didnot even call.
This is extremely disappointing and I need to recover my package urgently.
The toll free number does not allow to talk to any company person. How do I recover the package?

The delivery agent doesn't try to call and locate the address of mine . my ATM card is in the parcel which is send by the bank I need immediately but they send it back to the bank without contacting me . and the office address and the phone which us given on the site of out local bluedart office is not working even no one able to to track that where is your office because they ar changing their office many time

I was supposed to receive my package on 2 sep but today it's 4 sep and still i haven't received my package.
The reason is showing restricted area for delivery but in my area there is no restriction for any kind of delivery..

Shipment no [protected] is not delivered to a correct destination. It should be delivered to Kolkatta but got delivered to Surat.

Thai to you did not check the identity and phone number provided and delivered the items.

It is very ridiculous. I could only know now that i got message that my shipment has been delivered.

I am very much pleased with the services provided by Blue Dart couriers. It's very much punctual rather I can say it's almost before time. But sorry to say that the delivery agency placed at Kunnamangalam, Calicut in Kerala which is 2 kms from my residence, is not at all delivering the courier to the address. They always say that pls collect it from the agency. I have had this same experience previously several times. Once I insisted them to deliver at the address and they delayed it for 3 days. Today also I had to collect it from the agency. AWB No.[protected]. Blue Dart please issue strict instructions to your agencies to deliver the goods to the address.

I have not got any call from the currier guy regarding delivery of my package. But they have updated the status as consignee not available, but whole day i was present at the given location. Even i called to the number provided in sms o the blue dart team. But they have not responded properly amd asked me to wait. This is very unprofessional behavior of the blue dart team. Please improve ur service and get me my package asap. The customers has to suffer a lot because of this kind of attention.

I was about to get my delivery today. As bluedart informed me via sms. But at 9:45pm I got to know 'delay caused beyond control' via my waybill tracking. The courier was coming from mumbai. And I reside in West bengal, south Kolkata. I don't know why this happened. Please solve this issue as soon as possible. It's urgent for me to get that courier....

I am available in this address but they will update as no such consignee at the given address. They do not call me for guide the direction or what's another problem. Worst service. Please forward this to bluedart courier service for doing some action. I saw first time this type of service worst service in my life.
