I ordered a printer from HP India Online Store. The courier service is been done by the Blue Dart. The Printer is supposed to reach me by today. I got a message in the noon, at 12:02 PM that my shipment is out for delivery. Since then I am waiting for my order, which I haven't received yet, and nobody from the Blue Dart did bother to call me. Quite interestingly, the status of my order is shown "No extension found".
The order is for my house and the address also belongs to my house. Blue Dart just changed the status of the order without clarifying or enquiring from the customer about the address. And they give false information on delivery. This is far from what I expect from a reputable company like Blue Dart. I want this issue to be resolved asap, and deliver my order earliest tomorrow to avoid facing any legal actions from my side.
