I have not got any call from the currier guy regarding delivery of my package. But they have updated the status as consignee not available, but whole day i was present at the given location. Even i called to the number provided in sms o the blue dart team. But they have not responded properly amd asked me to wait. This is very unprofessional behavior of the blue dart team. Please improve ur service and get me my package asap. The customers has to suffer a lot because of this kind of attention.

    My order has been attempted for delivery and the status shown at the website is "NO SUCH CONSIGNEE AT THE GIVEN ADDRESS". No calls are made to me by the delivery agent, nor has been any attempt made for delivery. Bogus remarks are shown and my product is still undelivered. Pls deliver my product asap

      Delivery delayed beyond control (Blue dart)

      I was about to get my delivery today. As bluedart informed me via sms. But at 9:45pm I got to know 'delay caused beyond control' via my waybill tracking. The courier was coming from mumbai. And I reside in West bengal, south Kolkata. I don't know why this happened. Please solve this issue as soon as possible. It's urgent for me to get that courier....

      I ordered my Muveacoustics impulse 2 pro headphones on 20 August and paid from Google pay. My parcel's tracking number is [protected] . I was regularly checking the delivery status on website of blue dart to know the status of my order. But Today, shockingly it has been written as delivered successfully and i have not received it yet. I am worried about the payment I paid and also for not receiving the product. I tried all the customer care numbers but got no solution. I bought it from zeeva elections mumbai and company which was delivering the order was blue dart. Kindly help me

                I am available in this address but they will update as no such consignee at the given address. They do not call me for guide the direction or what's another problem. Worst service. Please forward this to bluedart courier service for doing some action. I saw first time this type of service worst service in my life.

                      As my order was comming yesterday. But i couldn't get it yesterday. Your team told me there is an issue regarding delivery. So i was waiting today from 11.00am . But still they did not deliver my parcel yet. I have very important things in the parcel. So i called the office they told me we will deliver today. But they didn't delivered my parcel yet. I am waiting from 11.00 am. Till now.
                      So i request you please send me my parcel as soon as possible. Otherwise the parcel is worth nothing. I want you to deliver my parcel taday.

                        The delivery boy misbehaved verbally. He was so rude and arrogant. My dad had a verbal spat with the delivery guy. The delivery guy was literally shouting and yelling on us. He refused to do a contact less delivery. He was standing on our entrance gate and refused to deliver it on our doorstep. Please I want to lodge a complaint against him. The name of the delivery guy was Sudip Bhadra. The tracking I’d was [protected]. His mob number is [protected].
                        I want a copy of the registered complaint on my email - sreosidas.[protected]@gmail.com. If you don’t take any action I am gonna escalate the issue on every social media.

                          Hi,

                          I have applied for my new debit card and same has been not delivered on my shipping address. Yesterday i have received mail in the same i have checked the shipment status and its showing delivered but still we have not received this shipment. I need this today it's already delayed. I have contact in my nearest branch valsad and they said they have delivered on AXIS banks address may i know why they have sent to bank address as shipment address is my home address. This is very pathetic and hopeless service. I need my shipment today as we need this on urgent basis if i will not get i will escalate to nodal officer.

But still the consignment is at the delivery point( koilandy blue dart office, Calicut, Kerala). And also not answering to the calls.very disappointed actions from the respective office and staff.                                     I supposed to receive two packages including my highly classified documents via this courier service.
                                    The pin code dilevery is 209307.
                                    There is no contact person in the Akabarpur RTO center. He returned my package two times to the origin undilevered.
                                    Highly pissed of by their service no other place to complain.
                                    Please monitor your services seriously and be accountable.
