I ordered phone from samsung website. The delivery boy did not even call me once and delivered the product to some stranger. Very pathetic and irresponsible person.

Please forward this to bluedart courier service for doing some action. I saw first time this type of service worst service in my life.

Sir,
As my order was comming yesterday. But i couldn't get it yesterday. Your team told me there is an issue regarding delivery. So i was waiting today from 11.00am . But still they did not deliver my parcel yet. I have very important things in the parcel. So i called the office they told me we will deliver today. But they didn't delivered my parcel yet. I am waiting from 11.00 am. Till now.
So i request you please send me my parcel as soon as possible. Otherwise the parcel is worth nothing. I want you to deliver my parcel taday.

The delivery boy misbehaved verbally. He was so rude and arrogant. My dad had a verbal spat with the delivery guy. The delivery guy was literally shouting and yelling on us. He refused to do a contact less delivery. He was standing on our entrance gate and refused to deliver it on our doorstep. Please I want to lodge a complaint against him. The name of the delivery guy was Sudip Bhadra. The tracking I’d was [protected]. His mob number is [protected].
I want a copy of the registered complaint on my email - sreosidas.[protected]@gmail.com. If you don’t take any action I am gonna escalate the issue on every social media.

I have applied for my new debit card and same has been not delivered on my shipping address. Yesterday i have received mail in the same i have checked the shipment status and its showing delivered but still we have not received this shipment. I need this today it's already delayed. I have contact in my nearest branch valsad and they said they have delivered on AXIS banks address may i know why they have sent to bank address as shipment address is my home address. This is very pathetic and hopeless service. I need my shipment today as we need this on urgent basis if i will not get i will escalate to nodal officer.

Way bill no.is [protected] suppose to delivery on 16th August to the customer. But still the consignment is at the delivery point( koilandy blue dart office, Calicut, Kerala). And also not answering to the calls.very disappointed actions from the respective office and staff. Not interested to do future courtiers.

Worst company I have never seen it... Since from one week Iam asking this is no response such a useless company...if there is a problem u have solve it...if not close ur company...really vast

I supposed to receive two packages including my highly classified documents via this courier service.
The pin code dilevery is 209307.
There is no contact person in the Akabarpur RTO center. He returned my package two times to the origin undilevered.
Highly pissed of by their service no other place to complain.
Please monitor your services seriously and be accountable.

Available 24x7 in the room still form 2 days bluedart not deliverying my courier and showing consignee not available

I've parcel from sbi ref number:AWB#[protected] it was scheduled to be delivered by 7th Aug 2021, still its pending claiming that incomplete address. Almost 10-15 times I called in customer service center and expressed my problem, daily they r promising that "today it'll deliver, today it will deliver ". But still I didn't get my parcel. Today it's 17th Aug 2021. And now I'm requesting you to please solve my issue.

Parcel shows out for delivery yet no one called for address verification or anything. Instead, they put "Consignee'S Address Incomplete/Incorrect" which is not because I order online products regularly and all products come to my house without any issue. There is never any hassle in reaching my area. I already put two landmarks (which are very well known) yet the product isn't delivered.

The above consignment has not been delivered to client sri Allada Adinaryan Rao, plotno.D/126, sbi employees'housing colony, sector-9, cda, cuttack-753014 on 22.05.2021 as it is mentioned by your messenger. Matter urgent, as it is a policy document.
