Respected sir, I received one parcel from Delhi . Address as follows., Watch store Property, Number 67, Lane number 3, Shastri Park, Chander Nagar, Delhi- 110051. I bought one smart watch RS.2999.00 Fit wise watch. This watch is a toy watch. Not working., I am totally disappointed., I received delivery COD basis. Cash on delivery. Could you please stop payment to vendor, as he is cheating people with the help of Bluedart company. I am ready to return them, but no phone or email I'd to them. Kindly do the needful please

    I wish there was a 0 rating or negative rating for the kind of service this facility is providing. Without even bothering to contact the customer, they have been continuously updating the status as "Undelivered Item held at Location" for the past 4 days. And they even dare to update the status falsely that my contact number was not reachable. The response from the contact center is even more pathetic. They just keep repeating the standard verbiage to everyone facing the same kind of issues. If any authorized Bluedart Official is taking action on this issue, then my tracking number is [protected] and my contact number is [protected]. Let's see how long does it take to get a response now.

      It's very disgusting to inform you that bluedart vendor has neither contacted me for way bill no [protected] nor traced my address and gives the status of consigned refused to accept on 03.02.2021 at 12:46.
      The expected date of delivery was 02.02.2021.
      I waited till 03.02.2021 but now it is showing wrong status.
      None of your number is active.
      How to contact bluedart in such a situation?

        Though the consignee address is written properly for waybill no. [protected]; the courier is still not delivered. I have given my email id for getting intimation and provided the address once again in the message. I have not received any mail from bluedart. Moreover, blue dart has delivered to the same address before it was supposed to be delivered on 2 Feb 2021 but I got a message on 3 Feb 2021. it was already a 1-day delay and still, it's not delivered.

            Status shows delivered but I haven't received parcel

            Respected sir/Madam, My parcel AWB No. [protected] is not delivered at my home and none of my family member received this item till now. One sms has come to me showing that your item delivered on 2.02.2021. I approached to your customer care for the same. This is not expected out of a reputed company like this.             Courier was not attempted to deliver in the shipment address with simply marked as no consignee found at the address. As I am overseas I have authorized my mother to collect the parcel on my behalf still haven’t got a resolution from blue dart on the concern raised, called up the customer centre and they don’t seem to understand to take any further step to resolve the issue.

              Respected sir/Madam, My parcel AWB No. [protected] is not delivered at my home and none of my family member received this item till now. One sms has come to me showing that your item delivered on 22.01.2021. I approached to your customer care for the same. They told within 24 hours your problem will be resolved. But after almost 10 days no response has been taken by your company. This will also tarnish the image of your reputed company. Please take necessary action so that I can get my parcel immediately.

                Prohibited area - entry restricted for delivery

                My waybill no. Is [protected]. My parcel was out for delivery by 3.23 pm from Lucknow service center to CSIR-CDRI. The closing time of the institute is 5.30pm. Hence, their entry was restricted. Kindly deliver the parcel anywhere between 9.30 am to 4.00pm to the provided delivery location by tomorrow....

                            To day I have received a confidential documents which was courier from my client vide No.: [protected] - Delivery address Navin Nayak & Associates, Basavanagudi. The delivery person has not handed over document to our office instead he throwed the document at ground floor gate itself where as our our office is situate at 3rd floor. On the document cover itself its clearly mentioned confidential. If some took over the document who will be hell responsible? After paying higher charges to delivery is this reckless service we can expect. When I checked status of delivery it says received by SELF. Is it not Blue Dart to have responsible to delivery the documents to concerned office/person? Can I get proper explanation on this please.

                              I got a call at 11.50 am from Mr. Mahesh the blue dart delivery boy. i told him I am available at my given address. i can pay for the parcel by card or cash but he returned back without contacting me and later i got this message of the missed shipment ship.
