Hlo bludart my name is Manjunath from bank the credit card is to be delivery but i am out of Station that day i told the delivery boy to give to my sister but he is soo arrogant and say a bad words on my sister pls take a action otger Wise it will be soo ashamed of blue dart.       HI I am Hariharasudhan,
      my ref number is : [protected], when i check in online status is showing as "C'Nee Shifted From The Given Address". I have not shifted from that address. I am staying there from past three. I don't know why they have updated like that. Please ask them to contact to mobile number/phone number given in the courier. I have not seen any issues with other courier service.

          We have done some purchase from the Herbalife website and they have sent the items from the blue dart service but on 3rd Feb 20201 it is shown dilivered so we have done the complaint against the oder on both the site Herbalife as well as blue dart aslo with the complaint no 753027 and my blue dart way bill no [protected] but on 5th same problem agine item not recived but shwoing delivered. If it don't get resolved will move to conser court for the mental harrasment I have faced.

I bought one smart watch RS.2999.00 Fit wise watch. This watch is a toy watch. Not working., I am totally disappointed., I received delivery COD basis. Cash on delivery.               I wish there was a 0 rating or negative rating for the kind of service this facility is providing. Without even bothering to contact the customer, they have been continuously updating the status as "Undelivered Item held at Location" for the past 4 days. And they even dare to update the status falsely that my contact number was not reachable. The response from the contact center is even more pathetic. They just keep repeating the standard verbiage to everyone facing the same kind of issues. If any authorized Bluedart Official is taking action on this issue, then my tracking number is [protected] and my contact number is [protected]. Let's see how long does it take to get a response now.

                It's very disgusting to inform you that bluedart vendor has neither contacted me for way bill no [protected] nor traced my address and gives the status of consigned refused to accept on 03.02.2021 at 12:46.
                The expected date of delivery was 02.02.2021.
                I waited till 03.02.2021 but now it is showing wrong status.
                None of your number is active.
                How to contact bluedart in such a situation?

                  Though the consignee address is written properly for waybill no. [protected]; the courier is still not delivered. I have given my email id for getting intimation and provided the address once again in the message. I have not received any mail from bluedart. Moreover, blue dart has delivered to the same address before it was supposed to be delivered on 2 Feb 2021 but I got a message on 3 Feb 2021. it was already a 1-day delay and still, it's not delivered.

                      Courier was not attempted to deliver in the shipment address with simply marked as no consignee found at the address. As I am overseas I have authorized my mother to collect the parcel on my behalf still haven’t got a resolution from blue dart on the concern raised, called up the customer centre and they don’t seem to understand to take any further step to resolve the issue.

One sms has come to me showing that your item delivered on 22.01.2021. I approached to your customer care for the same. They told within 24 hours your problem will be resolved. But after almost 10 days no response has been taken by your company. This will also tarnish the image of your reputed company. Please take necessary action so that I can get my parcel immediately.

                          My waybill no. Is [protected]. My parcel was out for delivery by 3.23 pm from Lucknow service center to CSIR-CDRI. The closing time of the institute is 5.30pm. Hence, their entry was restricted. Kindly deliver the parcel anywhere between 9.30 am to 4.00pm to the provided delivery location by tomorrow....
