I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the delayed delivery of my courier (Tracking Number: [protected]), which was dispatched on 8th August 2024 via Blue Dart/DHL. We specifically chose your service due to its reputation for reliability and paid premium charges for early delivery. However, the service received has been far below expectations.
The expected delivery date of 12th August 2024 has now passed, and despite several missed delivery dates, the package has still not been delivered. The tracking updates have repeatedly shown incorrect information, such as "Consignee's Address Incomplete/Incorrect, " even though my address is accurate and complete. Additionally, no delivery partner has contacted me to verify the address or to attempt delivery.
I have also tried multiple times to reach your customer care team, but the contact number provided is not reachable. This lack of communication is unacceptable and has left me with no way to resolve the issue.
Given the premium charges we paid for expedited service, this experience has made me seriously reconsider using Blue Dart/DHL as our courier partner in the future. I request that you urgently investigate this issue, correct the tracking information, and ensure that my package is delivered without any further delays. Additionally, I expect a thorough explanation for the repeated errors in tracking and the unavailability of customer support.
