Blue Dart Express — complaint letter against the courier service | |||||
This is to draw your attention to the unsatisfactory courier service byBlue dart company. I handed over the packet with way bill no. [protected] on 12.7.18 Shibpur, Howrah, West Bengal 711102. And their staff member assured to deliver the packet within three days, but failed to fulfill his promise. Not only has the parcel not been delivered till date, but there has been no satisfactory measurements taken on the part of courier company to give details of the delay. I regret to say that I am literally disenchanted by the service provided by the company. I never complained about any of services during the past time. But this time it was a big letdown. I hope you will take a serious notice of this complaint immediately in order to ensure that packet is delivered by 20th July 2018. Please note I have send consignment on 5 of December and it reached at 10 Dec evening, when it reached the package was opened if any material is missing how can I get it back.

This is reference to shipment No - [protected] receipt at Bahdurgarh office on 03 Feb 2021 but not delivered till date after regular calling to your Bahadurgarh office and customer care also. Moreover behavior of delivery boy is also Very Rude.
