I placed an order for the laptop on 12th July, and according to your tracking information, it arrived at my location on 16th July. However, I have not received any call from your courier services about the delivery, and I am still waiting to receive my package.
Despite my patience, I have not been contacted, nor have I received any updates regarding my order. I find this lack of communication extremely unprofessional and unacceptable.
