Your delivery service lacks so much transparency, that I feel like I will never be able to trust my package delivery with bluedart anymore. The delivery tracking and status update is so delayed. There is no connector where I can actually get an update for an item on real time basis. Atleast a responsible feedback. I asked to arrange a call from the delivery guy. I was said that was being arranged but it wasn't done. Then suddenly next morning i see the status update that the delivery had been attempted but premises closed. But there was no call in this regard to find out the details. This is seriously unacceptable. A little responsible behaviour is all we can expect. I paid Rs 450/- for a consignment from Kolkata to Ranchi. It's almost 72 hours since the booking was made. Please intervene. The amount is quite considerable given that other couriers are charging half of that. When i pay premium amount i expect premium service. Leave alone premium, this comes close to sub standard. Blue Dart Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Dec 12, 2020 Updated by Subarno Das Furthermore, Still Awaiting for a responsible revert. Furthermore, it's a pathetic experience, from your customer service whereby it appears thaty numbers have been blocked by them, as I was continuously following up with them about the status of my order. I am very sure of the same as the first number from which I was contacting, started ringing the tone that it is busy. So i called from tbe other number. They picked up. Now both the numbers have same response. It's so negligent and unprofessional,
