I would like to escalate the issue regarding my icici chq courier send to given address.i requested to blue dart to send the courier to new address whr we are staying.i also provided the contact number of my mom as i stay in UAE.still the courier guys never contacted my mom in given number to your folk Mr.Vikram and surprisingly he is a customer service manager.i would like to raise a complaint against the service and will take serious action if i dont receive my chq before its expires.details are given below. AWN # [protected] I HAVE SEND THE NEW ADDRESS TO MR.VIKRAM IN MAILS AND ALSO TOLD HIM TO CALL MY MOM @0091 [protected] SO MANY TIMES.BUT STILL ITS 2 TIMES IT RETURED BACK. WHO WILL TAKE RESPONSIBILITY IF MY CHQ EXPIRES. I NEED A RESOLUTION OR IT WILL BE SERIOUS ISSUE ON BLUE DART AS I LL PUBLISH THIS ON EACH AND EVERY SOCIAL MEDIA.
