My parcel arrived in Ludhiana from where I am supposed to collect but I don't know the exact location where it was and the status was customer requested for future delivery 🙄 Hal . What the hell is this going on . I need my passport urgently

HAL = Hold At Location
Go pick up the passport from the location you sent it from.
It's customer requested because probably when you signed some forms, they had written in the forms that your address was not in the BlueDart delivery list.
