Blue Dart Express — I am complaining about a false marked delivery

I had claimed a warranty replacement of boat rockerz 255 z plus, it was to be delivered b/w 16-20 may, so I got only a call by blue dart agent prayagraj (contact no :[protected]) on 17 may, and he marked it delivered without actual delivery (scammer agent) when I called him he pick up and then blocked me, and after that I contact out boat customer support they told I had to reach them out before 48 hours (a new unknown rule of boat) so they ignored to help

I'll be greatful and obliged as soon as it get solved
