Blue Dart Express — Lost product

This is to bring to your attention about a package bearing waybill no.[protected] dispatched on January 13 2021 from all Banjara Hills Serv. Centre which was to be delivered to me today.

The delivery man said that my product is lost and that he will deliver it later in the evening . The online tracking info shows my product to be delivered although to whom is still a mystery! To add a feather in your cap, neither the delivery executive's contact details were shared with me prior to delivery nor did he bother to call me later.

The package contained important stuff. Such callousness and unprofessionalism cannot be expected of a company of international repute! I, therefore, request you to look into this matter on an urgent and priority basis and do the needful at the earliest.
