Blue Dart Express — No one came for pick up from monday..

I have a Google pixel phone which was to be picked by Blue dart agent due to some repair issue.

This clearly mentions that they should have picked it up by monday, they haven't and that is caused me to be without the phone as no picked it up, which is causing the delays.

I have called the customer service to provide me with the agent number but they have declined it.

And gave some vague reason about it.

Please do help..
