[Resolved] Blue Dart Express — not yet received the product | |
Dear sir/ma’am, I had placed an order from one plus on 26/11/18 and was dispatched on 28/11/18. It’s expected delivery date was on 1/12/18, but now it’s 3/12/18 and my item’s status is stuck from 30/11/18 and no further updates it states “shipment further connected air hub in siw”. Blue dart agent kolenchery asked to collect the parcel from office bt as per d address it should be delivered to my home...he asked me to collect it from office since the agent is not ready to deliver it to home...

WayBill Number: [protected].
The courier was from HDFC. When I checked the status now it says "blue dart delivery failed because no such consignee at given address".
How is this possible? They could have contacted me over my mobile number.
I need my shipment delivered by today.
