Blue Dart Express — Order getting delayed for false reasons

I ordered a Asus laptop from Asus eShop on 25/07/24 which was to be delivered through Blue Dart by 29/07/24. Everything went fine till it reached the local sorting center of sorts. Blue Dart guys kept the order with them for 2 days and on the day the order was supposed to be delivered, they delayed it further by giving a false reason like: Prohibited Area-Entry Restricted for Delivery.

I tried reaching them through phone and email but so far haven't gotten any response of sorts from them. Everything reeks of a scam.
