Blue Dart Express — Order Status:Customer Not Ready With Exchange
My order waybill no is [[protected]]. My order was supposed to be delivered (October 03-2022) today as I seen in tracking status arround 11.51 am (October 03 - 2022). It was an Samsung Phone with an exchange for an older model with a new one. At the time of 8:07 pm (October 03-2022) there's a status as."Customer not ready with exchange".
Nobody from Bluedart even contacted me and asked me about anything. Instead you people automatically cancelled the delivery attempt and wrote made up reasons with your own thinking. What kind of behavior and work ethic you people are doing? How can this be so irresponsible that they directly put the status as Customer Not Ready With Exchange without even contacting me. As a customer we expect a completely safe and honest delivery not something like this. Honestly this is so Disappointing!
I would take approriate action if this repeats!
