We have been expecting a courier, which the customer care is not confirming any possible date of delivery, even after multiple call attempts. Every call, customer care person says it will be delivered "tomorrow" & status is as "unlocatable" The bill has 2 phone numbers, one mobile & one landline & we havent received any calls. Please do the needful. Today was delivery date and item was not delivered it was urgent...i tried to call but number was unreachable then I tried to reach out to mai office transport Nagar got address from Google but I come to know office was shifted... Very bad service, I give feedback to my company not to do parcel through Bluedart
