Blue Dart Express — Product delivery not received

I ordered from Elinor Jewels and did a UPI payment on 4th september 2024. their delivery service was Shiprocket and Blue dart was supposed to deliver the parcel to my address. on 10th i received a sms from blue dart saying your parcel is delivered and received by 'RAHUL' i do not know any rahul, it is not delivered to me. i was sent a code as well but without that code i dont know who received it.

I have trying to use the numbers provided by both of them and they are either invalid or not responding. i even emailed them and texted on their instagram page. no response at all. this is not quality service.
