[Resolved] Blue Dart Express — product lost by the courier guy | |
This is to bring to your attention about a package bearing waybill no. [protected] dispatched on november 6, 2019 from all cure pharma, new delhi which was to be delivered to me today. The online tracking info shows my product to be delivered although to whom is still a mystery! Moreover, the recipient shown on online info is named as some random "meera" whereas no one in my family is named so. To add a feather in your cap, neither the delivery executive's contact details were shared with me prior to delivery nor did he bother to call me upon successful delivery. Even your customer care no.[protected] is dysfunctional!! The package contained important vaccines to be administered to an allergic patient. Such callousness and unprofessionalism cannot be expected of a company of international repute! Nov 8, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Having discovered that my package has been delivered to another recipient, I immediately reached out to the Blue dart's customer support team by sending three complaint mails back to back at [email protected]

[email protected] (to Sonia Nair: head of customer support operations at Bluedart).
Do remember to mention your waybill no. and contact no. in each email. I had also reached out to them via Twitter via DM (Twitter handle @BlueDartCares and @BlueDart_).
Shortly afterwards, I received a reply from [email protected] assuring me of expedient redressal. He called me and connected me with their local management whereupon I came to know that the address on the package was provided as wrong by the Pharmaceutical firm leading to its misplaced delivery. Although, it still doesn't explain why the delivery agent didn't bother to call me upon the supposed successful delivery.
All in all I received my package intact. Thanks to BlueDart for taking up my issue on priority basis.
