Dear Consumer Complaint Forum
I would like to raise a complaint against BLUE DART as they did not deliver the product that i had ordered for instead of which they are sending a message stating the address related issue.
Mr. Gopal (courier boy) whose mobile number is [protected], calls me at 19:34 on 14June2018, and asks me to come near some landmark so that he will handover the product to me. When i said i have provided my residential address appropriately and deliver to my house, he never responded. After which i waited for half an hour. As i did not get the call back from him, I tried calling him 7 times till 22:24 14June2018. He did not pick my call. And he send me a message saying the deliver boy attended to deliver the product but couldn't be delivered due to address related issues.
I did not see a reason why he couldn't deliver the product though my address is appropriate. Just yesterday i received a courier on the same address, which i have provided for this product delivery also.
I clearly see this carelessness of the deliver boy and simply gave the reason as address incorrect as he did not wanted to deliver the product.
I would request to take necessary action on Blue Dart and especially the courier boy Mr. Gokul (whose contact number mentioned above).
I need the product to be delivered ASAP. Please help me.
