I have sent a courier to Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh from Tamilnadu on 30th July through Shiprocket, it reached Destination Hub (Kanpur Area) on Aug 1st. It’s been 8 days, that the courier is not attempted to deliver. On calling customer care, they are saying the same, it might have misrouted and not reached Destination Hub and will be delivered in a couple of days, saying that they are raising a ticket. Daily they are raising new tickets, but no solutions/update so far. Yesterday (Aug 9th) I received a call from Shiprocket Support team saying, “your order will take 5-7 days to deliver, i[censored] need in urgent, u can process new order for your client and we will initiate RTO and refund the order value with RTO charges if applicable. Till today (Aug 10), I don’t get any update from them. Then I did chat with Shiprocket, they said, there are operational issues with Bluedart and will initiate RTO and Refund will be done by Bluedart courier itself.
