We are totally fed up with the unprofessional approach by bluedart, especially you.
We have been requesting for the last five days for a pick up and following with you to know status.
Every time, you will commit a call back or status update and never did that.
You don’t have any clue on what is happening and never tried to resolve our issue.

We had a deadline to deliver the shipment which is not going to meet because of your negligence.
Hope you would revert some time with a solution. And by any chance you are picking up the material,
Kindly arrange to send it through air freight since we hope that would make up for the lost time.
