[Resolved]  Blue Dart Express — Regarding not delivering my prepaid order

They are just looters. I had ordered my product which was expected to deliver on 7 March and I have ordered it on 4 march but today is 14 march after 11-12 days after booking I haven't received any product or update on my order. They are just fooling their customers by saying that your order will be deliver today. They are just fraud. I regret so much by ordering from this company. And my mental health is also affecting due to this such dumb process. I regularly calling their customer service from the past 10 days but they are just saying a repeated line, your order will be deliver today. And that today never comes. I want my money back because they don't value the money of their customers. They are just looters who loots the money of the customers.
