Blue Dart Express — Shipment held undelivered from past 5 days

Shipment held undelivered from past 5 days and also shows status as "Consignee Not Available" by default without even calling Consignee. This is creating worry and I was checking my call history if at all blue dart delivery guy have called or not.

This is completely false status and I have not received call. Worst thing is that Shipment is held from past 5 days without any call or notice or email. No proper action or response to mails.

No option in toll free number [protected] to directly connect to agent. I have been trying to reach them from past 5 days, as this shipment is very critical and it is related to credit card delivery
