However upon opening the package i realised that, all the three watches were of some other brand and also fake quality ones.

Apparently it's mentioned on their website, "100% original quality" and "3 days money back guarantee". But the products were definitely fake. And there is no option anywhere on their website to request a refund.
Also there isn't any sort of contact information on their website.

I sent an email regarding this issue the very next day to the email id ([protected]@gmail.com) that was given on the courier package. But there is not even a single reply till now.

P. S. The package was delivered by blue dart express.
Vendor name : balaji traders (As written on the courier package)
Website name : shopkart360.com

Please take this complaint as a priority and report them, so that more consumers won't be cheated in the future.

Hence, i am ready to return the item back.
Therefore please initiate a refund for the same as soon as possible.
