Date My bank has sent the shipment # 18/12/2019
Shipment was not received but AWB number in BlueDart site shows delivered
Courier person neither called nor messaged about the delivery of product.

Their number doesn't work either, Wrote an email to Customer care too, No response from them either.

My kotak bank new chip debit card shipment tracking no/waybill no ([protected]) and reference#[protected] is returned due i was not available in the mentioned delivery address (I have salary account and company's address has been changed). Please deliver the above shipment no. At my new office address. Kindly find a new address for your delivery purpose. (You may find company's address is already updated. Not sure why kotak sends it to the old address)

One important consignment AWB [protected] containing FASTag has been sent by ICICI Bank but even on 18th 4 PM the status of the AWB showed expected delivery on 17th dec2019. Most inefficient poor service oriented company surviving on Brand name established by earlier dedicated staff now possibly replaced by Parasites not even updating status and working with diligence. Still the consignment is not delivered and customer care appears to be illiterate on the status since she is also waiting for update. Possibly God will update it appears.

Blue dart waybill no. [protected] was shipped from gurugram to greater noida, and as per blue dart track portal, it was delivered on 7-dec-2019, but at delivery address, it was never recieved. I checked and got confirmation from delivery address spoc. This was containing some important documents. Please check it and provide this shipment.

Sir/madam, on 16/12/2019, with a huge expectation i was waiting for a courier taking a leave from office and keep tracking on my courier online.
But suddenly it was mentioned as consignee shifted to other place. This is due to the mis ommunication from the courier sender (Icici bank) where the address updation is delayed. When enquired after waiting for long time (About 35 min), call was connected to the blue dart customer care and she have redirected the parcel to my office address stating that this parcel cannot be collected in person (Though i was ready to go to your servicer centre).
Now the point is i haven't received any call from the courier person/his number to my mobile. If i had recieved or he would have called, there could have been a smooth flow. Request you to arrange the delivery person to contact me when he has arrived to my office and also share his number before delivery.

I raised a return request on 12th dec 2019 through snapdeal regarding the item i received sub order id: [protected] but the courier person not picking the item keep on rescheduling till now.

Courier person contact no. [protected] (R. Balakumar) i never expect this service in blue dart really disappointing. Please pick up the return request as soon as possible.

There was no delivery attempt made for the consignment [protected] and i didn't receive any call from the delivery person however i received a message stating that undelivered due to address related concerns. Address has been clearly mentioned with landmark and easily identifiable.. This is the second time facing issue with same consignment with chromepet branch.. Worst service and front desk person in chromepet branch is arrogant and never picks customer call and doesn't respond properly.. This is a very important consignment and i need to receive it at the earliest.

I had ordered an product through snap deal order id # [protected]. The product was send back due to door lock. I went to your office to enquire about that, the way your front office customer executive treated me was unexpectable. She was so rude. And spoke to me wrongly and abused me. I had never experienced such kind of customer service ever. I am really disappointed with your service. Please my humble request don't hire such kind people who don't know how to treat the customer. I am not sure you are going to take action or not. My work just to let to know what is happening in your company. I am putting the same complaint to snap deal also. We have receive a parcel & after checking, we have received a wrong product in my parcel. Please advise how to claim my original process or refund amount.

I have tired to call your customer service number but after the 30 sec later call automatic disconnected.

Please provide a solution to resolve my case.

The consignment vide awb [protected], is not being delivered to me at my nirala greenshire residence in sector-2 of greater noida west location. The culprit in this case is the delivery boy employed by gaur city 1 office of bluedart express. The delivery boy, on the 1st day misinformed the city office, and, on the 2nd day still he is absconding with the consignment right up to 6.30pm now. The centralised customer care executives are very nicely assuring me of immediate delivery as soon as possible. But alas, they are well trained to speak lies.

I am supposed to receive a courier with way bill # [protected] on 13 decemeber 2019.
However i have received a call from bluedart franchise, tanuku andrapradesh (Phone # [protected]) to come to there office and collect the parcel.

The parcel is supposed to be delivered at attili (Pincode 534134), however the delivery person demanded me to come to tanuku (15 km's from my residence) and collect parcel.

Why did bluedart accept the courier if they don't have the service to deliver at attili (Pincode 534134)

I called customer care at they have taken complaint but there is no action.

On 11 th dec 2019 we try send one courier through blue dart service. Pickup guy accept that courier & gave awb no -[protected]. When we try track the courier after 12 hrs we observe that courier still in mumbai hub. When contact to blue dart person he said that they already redirect that courier.. When we try ask the reason they ans they don't know the reason. One next i visit one blue dart branch & enquire abt same courier. They said they have service their 7 their no reason to deny that service... Due their miscommunication we almost face 48 hrs delay to dispatch that courier finally we decide shipped that courier through speed post

I got update that the shipment was delivered to recipient deepak on 11 dec 2019 but it was never received. Shipment [protected].

The tracking status shows delivered but the location says hsr layout whereas my mailing address is gb palya.

The delivery time was around 8 pm and no notification was informed to me by the delivery agent.

I stay alone and when i checked with the security guards it...

I ordered a product on sbi rewards .its been 1 month.but delivery boy didnt give the product.he is not answering my call.please take some action about it.i ordered the product on november 3.But if i check tracking id it was showing as delivered.please check what had happened?if not i will take action about it.the delivery boy turned off his phone.i ordered earphones.which costs thousand rupees.it was not cash on delivery.

Blue dart number [protected] dated 29 nov 2019 and new waybill number - [protected] for delivery of pan card in r/o sarla devi status shown at blue dart that item delivered on 11 dec 2019 but i did not received yet. I need my pan card for transactions with bank and for other purposes too. Please look into the matter for delivery of pan card at the earliest.
